Increasing Mortgage Fees to Fund the Payroll Tax Cut | Mortgage News.
In the temporary payroll tax cut bill that reduces the funding of social security, there is an increase in mortgage fee payments collected by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. This will occur over a ten year period, and the money will go to the Treasury, not the two mortgage lenders.
The cost of the payroll tax cut is being shifted to people who take out new mortgages or refinance them.
The housing industry really didn’t need this additional “help”. This new mortgage fee is never expected to go away, unlike the temporary payroll tax cut (which cuts funding of social security).
Bottom line, Obama is not really cutting taxes, and if he were, it would be a cut to the source of social security funding.

Egypt court orders end to ‘virginity tests’.
A Court in Cairo has decided in favor of Samira Ibrahim, and ordered the Egyptian military to stop the “virginity tests” on female detainees.
The tests were supposedly done to protect soldiers from rape charges.
The examinations, done on prisoners from Tahrir Square demonstrations, were sufficiently invasive that they amounted to inflicting sexual assault to prove that none had occurred.

Yet to be determined are the reprisals and scheduling problems which might crop up as a result of their dissent. U.S. District Judge Jose Linares says that he will retain jurisdiction over the case to monitor and rule on any disputes which might arise as the decision is enforced.
Perhaps the hospital will recognize the public relations problem of coercing participation in abortion, and allow the nurses to practice in peace.

Obama Admin Sued, Made New Hampshire Fund Planned Parenthood | LifeNews.com.
New Hampshire cancelled a 1.8 million dollar grant to planned parenthood, due to concerns that part of that money would be supporting the abortion portion of their business.
Obama decided to make up for this by granting a 1 million dollar replacement with your federal tax dollars. This was funded through cuts in funding to neighboring health care providers. In addition, this money was provided without the usual process of allowing other agencies to compete for the grant.
New Hampshire Right to Life has been looking into this unusual million dollar grant, and is suing the Sebelius HHS, because this very ‘opaque’ agency refused its Freedom of Information request for information.
The Obama administration has also opposed a Texas attempt to defund planned parenthood.
Indiana is fighting the HHS threat to defund its other health programs because of the state’s decision to defund the country’s largest abortion provider.
The answer is: YES your federal tax dollars are being used to fund abortion. Obama is fulfilling his promise to keep ABORTION at the center of his health care program.

An Arabic teacher, Usama Mahmud Hasan, is said to have incited an attack by students on 17 year old Ayman Nabil Labib, who wore a cross, in addition to a traditional Coptic cross tattoo on his wrist, which he had refused to cover up.
After an attempt to flee the classroom, Labib was forced into a teachers room by two supervisors, and beaten to death behind a closed door by a dozen attackers.
The killing led to demonstrations by Coptic Christians in the streets of Mallawi. So far, two Muslim students have been detained, and the governor of Minya, El-Rouby has suspended the school’s headmaster and two supervisors.
They’ve lost energy and funding for medical research in Europe, and have been pushing abortion for all sorts of untoward prenatal diagnoses, so this new abomination is just one in a series.

A number of factors have pushed the advancement of medical science in Europe into a state of suspended animation. One is the inherently bankrupt nature of government run medicine. Another is the practice of killing the victims which eliminates the pressure to find medical means to alleviate their suffering.
There have been regimens of HIV meds given to infected mothers, and regimens of zidovudine or nevirapine used in newborns, to prevent the appearance of HIV in the infant, which have met with very high rates of success.
Apparently an extreme impoverishment of the health care systems in Europe motivates them to promote abortion as a solution to this problem, instead of using antiretroviral drugs.

This censorship idea is neither profound nor new. The science journals have been known to publish at the will of the government. (Think: “climate change research”.)
In this particular instance, there is request to redact some of the material and methods section, and part of the data on specific bird flu alterations which make it more easily transmitted among humans. The idea is that this might help prevent the propagation of these altered viruses for bio-terrorism uses.
