18,460 dead people on Ohio voter rolls.
Now that Republicans control most of the States, they could be working to clear the dead people from their voter rolls. This might decrease the rampant fraud occurring due to the heavy use of absentee voting procedures, and other mail in balloting.
Walgreens disputes the claim that they offer pap smears and breast exams, according to this Media Matters blog.
Some Fox news commentators overestimated the scope of the Take Care Clinics which are affiliated with Walgreens pharmacies, and apparently offer rather limited health care services. Linda Nestler, spokesperson of Take Care Clinics is credited with this information.
Note also that Planned Parenthood, despite earlier statements, has not been offering mammography. Pharmer wonders if they might be wanting to bring in such equipment to counter what pro-lifers have uncovered. This might not happen because mammography is generally not a profit center for health care institutions. Reimbursement for services is not good.
Until further notice, Pharmer supposes that the Take Care Clinics at Walgreens (in contrast to planned parenthood) are not “taking care down there” by means of pap smears. And neither of them offer mammography.

People have caught the ‘green bug’ — an infection with enthusiasm for recycling. This has extended into health care environments where some inappropriate recycling can be observed.
For example certain plastics and containers are recycled, or inappropriately transferred from patient rooms to be reused in other patient rooms. This is a danger for the spread of infection, and the rampant spread of staph and clostridium infections may be resulting from this and other bad practices. Some health care employees cannot be dissuaded from these practices.
Above linked is a news story about a pediatric clinic in Colorado, (Med Peds Clinic of Fort Collins) where some enterprising employee decided to recycle half used syringe doses of flu vaccine.
Those syringes (to a normal health care worker) are single use items. Even if it had been appropriate to use half of the dose, the remainder should have been tossed out in the biohazardous waste.
Instead the medical assistant changed the needles on the syringe and recycled.
So……. a lot of kids have apparently received half flu doses, and may have been exposed to infection from other patients. There is a practice of pulling back a bit on the syringe, when injecting a vaccine, to make sure it’s not being shot directly into a blood vessel.
Dr Mark S. Simmons of the clinic stated : “we are a little dismayed that one of our former medical assistants did not follow procedures when handling this” Recommendations from the clinic are that patients who received the vaccines be tested for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C, (etc.) There is not a mention of who would cover this expense.
Some things shouldn’t be recycled.

Mark Crutcher told Jill Stanek that he called Planned Parenthood every name in the book, but couldn’t get them to sue for slander or libel. Too much could be unearthed during the discovery process.
Pharmer thinks that Planned Parenthood won’t be so eager to go to court for awhile, and will lay low, for the reason that so much damaging stuff is now available to the public.
Some lefties might even be smart enough not to accept planned parenthood’s campaign funding.

Conservatives have been chuckling over Arianna Huffington’s treatment of her faithful bloggers for a good while now. We noticed that she had no interest in spreading her wealth, (and this is true of the vast majority of wealthy leftists).
Her bloggers are quite disappointed to see her grab millions in the sale of the Huffington Post to AOL, and hold it all to herself. No bonuses for the faithful minions. What every leftie capitalist needs is a Union organizer, and it looks like Arianna has one of her very own now, named Johnathan Tasini, who wants to suck her and AOL dry.

Seattle school renames Easter eggs ‘Spring Spheres’ – Seattle News – MyNorthwest.com.
A volunteer at a Seattle public school was permitted to bring in Easter Eggs if she consented to call them Spring Spheres.
It is required of Seattle elementary school teachers to be ignorant of the solid geometric forms, and to be unable to distinguish a spherical solid from an ovoid solid.
The volunteer complied, but noted that the third graders weren’t fooled and immediately recognized the Easter Eggs as such.

Obama will be winning his second term in that case.
The only hope for the U.S. is to pack both houses of Congress with Tea Party candidates and have Obama impeached and removed from office.

Another headline doesn’t match the article about a Chicago school which bans packed lunch unless the student has a medical excuse for dietary restriction. Religious dietary restrictions are not mentioned, so it’s interesting to think of what Muslim kids would do with the pork weenies. Is fish being served on Fridays? Likely the Chicago Tribune reporter did not have enough social background to formulate such questions and address them in the article.

Principal, Elsa Carmona has a mission to “protect students from their own unhealthful food choices”. The policy is said to have been in formulated six years ago, but has only become newsworthy today. Perhaps it was noticed that government picks up the tab for much of the food served at the school. The article notes that most of the food taken by the students is being thrown away.
