Assisted Living Policy Ruled by Emotions and Not Compassion

The Assisted Living Federation of America has decided to consider giving 911 dispatchers authority to rescind your signed DNR orders, or your  request to avoid CPR treatment.

It seems that the usual sounds made by a dying woman  so unnerved those who heard the recent Bakersfield 911 tape, that they are willing to order bone crushing CPR, even when it is not wanted.

Yes,  a 911 dispatcher who has no access to your medical records, does not have as much training as an RN, and does not your current state of health or your personal guiding principles, is going to have final authority to give you treatment that YOU Do Not Want!!!

This is just as stupid as allowing federal  government bureaucrats to run all of the health care systems of the United States!

The inmates are running the asylum.

Killing as an Essential Part of Health Care – the New Utopian Standard

From the Quebec “Dying with Dignity” Euthanasia Commission comes the following recommendation for providing physician assisted death.

By definition, medical aid in dying could only be provided by a physician. Under their codes of ethics, physicians and nurses are entitled to conscientious objection, meaning they can refuse to perform an act that goes against their values. Of course, physicians and nurses will retain this right where medical aid in dying is concerned. However, a doctor who refuses to provide medical aid in dying for reasons of conscience will have the duty to help his patient find another who is prepared to do so, as quickly as possible

Personal ethics notwithstanding, every  physician will have  to refer for killing, as a requisite function of medical practice in Quebec, if the above recommendation goes through.   Canada has little to no conscience protection for health care professionals who think that  killing is wrong.

There is 100% chance that the same will be expected of all U.S. physicians once Obamacare matures into its utopian form.

Most states already require pharmacists to refer patients to receive abortive drugs, if they choose not to dispense them.  Physicians are expected  to make the option of abortion known to a woman if her baby has an unfavorable prenatal diagnosis.   They fear legal liability if they do not.

These are the reasons that those who think that killing humans is wrong will need to avoid working in many of the  health care professions in the near future.

The FBI investigation on this problem started last spring, with the agents expecting that Petraeus would be fired quickly, due to the compromising potential of the affair and the  above mentioned strange behavior.

This weirdness of wasting so much time with the thousands of  emails after the relationship (with biographer Paula Broadwell) was over, apparently doesn’t flag as unusual enough for a resignation request by the Obama administration.

The Petraeus security threat remained for almost a half year after it was apparent.

Thousand’s of emails!   If this is true, then the guy is completely crazy……. Who will believe whatever he has to say about Benghazi?  What a mess.

Hundreds of TSA officers have been fired for stealing, despite the fact that most of their theft victims have almost zero  recourse once an item has been stolen.

Ramirez is of such low quality that he has been shown to have

1) transported an iPad which is not his from the airport to his home, apparently unaware that these devices are loaded or can be equipped  with tracking, file wiping, and various other anti-theft features.

2) denied having  it after ABC personnel announced that they had tracked it to his home via GPS

3) blamed the theft on his wife after the alarm was set off

Your Transportation Security Agency spends your tax dollars on such cowardly  idiots as Ramirez.

Emails reveal Justice Dept. regularly enlists Media Matters to spin press « » Print The Daily Caller.

The Daily Caller obtained emails between the Obama Dept. of Justice public affairs director, Tracy Schmaler and the folks Media Matters, by means of a FOIA request.
Schmaler worked with Jeremy Holden at Media matters on means to attack the reporters covering the New Black Panther voter intimidation case as well as the DOJ employees who resigned in protest. Also covered are attempts to counteract coverage of the Fast and Furious operation, which caused the deaths of hundreds of Mexican civilians, and at least two U.S. citizens.

Stupid Court Tricks: Featuring District of Columbia Circuit Court

Sherley vs. Sebelius (the Abortifacient One) is the latest in the massive list of Stupid Court Tricks.
The DC Circuit Court has ruled relative to a test of the Dickey Wicker amendment, that embryonic stem cell research can be federally  funded (with your tax dollars)  if the perpetrators can remember to kill the embryos before they get the money.
DUH!
This is how the court interprets a legal directive which forbids federal funding of destructive embryonic stem cell research.
Of no consequence to the court are the facts that the embryos are still being killed for the research and that the this avenue of research has yielded zero medical treatments.

According to a report supplied by Health Minister Lord Howe from the UK Department of Health, 3,144,836 Human Embryos have been created since passage of the Human Fertilization and Embryology Act in 1991. Of these, 94,090 have been successfully implanted, resulting in live births. 1,454,832 Human Embryos were discarded, 101,605 were allocated to destructive research, and 762,311 were placed in frozen storage.
IVF ought to be renamed In Vitro Abortion, given this abysmal record.

American Life League has been touting NaPro Technology as an ethical alternative to the more invasive and abortive IVF. It focuses on addressing and solving the physical causes of infertility to assist couples in conceiving a child, and boasts a success rate rate above that of the IVF technologies.

Armchair Ethicists JUDGE Texas Man Who Beat Daughter’s ‘Molester’ to Death

Dad Accused of Beating Daughter's 'Molester' to Death Is No Hero | The Stir.

A Shiner, Texas father is the talk of the country for beating to death a man who was sexually assaulting his four year old daughter.

At the Stir, they’re generating hits by discussing what this man should have done, after the fact.

Given the available information, Pharmer would judge the father as neither a hero nor criminal. Paternal instincts took over, and he beat the man whom he observed assaulting his daughter. The ‘pedophile’ died of his injuries.
The Dad has to live with having seen a horrible thing done to his daughter, and with taking the ‘molester’s’ life during the act of stopping the assault.
(Incidentally, if this man had shot the molester once with a gun and killed him, there would not be the endless discussion of how many times he should have been allowed to hit the perp.)
Fortunately Texas law is reasonable with respect to self defense, and is not likely to add further misery to this family’s life.

News that the father will not be tried for murder is HERE, and remarkably the media is restraining itself from identifying the father and daughter in the case, or trying to turn it into a race war.

Major U.S. company offers torture-porn tour.

Groupon is too KINKy!

The Waronillegalpornography folks have spotted two ads from Groupon for a tour of a historic armory in San Francisco which has now houses KINK, a producer of torture porn.

The tour offering specifies the possibility of being able to see a live filming. Gross.

Pharmer took a look at the story in the film below and promptly unsubscribed from Groupon. Don’t need their spam mail and won’t be using their offerings.
