Life Dynamics and Jill Stanek: Groundbreaking Legal Means to Stop Child Predators

As many pro-lifers know, Jill Stanek has joined with Life Dynamics to report news on the life issues. She’s now reporting on a groundbreaking push by Life Dynamics to hold the abortion industry accountable for concealing the sexual abuse of minors.
This blog has repeatedly referred to the first study, done more than 10 years ago by Life Dynamics, which revealed that over 90 percent of abortion clinics, who were called by an actress portraying a 13 year old girl with 22 year old boyfriend, showed a willingness to flout the laws requiring reporting of suspected sexual abuse of minors. Many of these abortion clinics even provided the methodology to conceal the sexual abuse.
Now Life Dynamics has mailed CDs to 53 thousand personal injury attorneys to educate them on the state laws pertinent to this issue, and the possibility of bringing suit against school officials, health care professionals and clinics which provide services to minors who have been sexually abused by adults, and fail in their legal requirement to report such abuse to the state.

The government can force retailers to sell these drugs to the sexual predators, only if they stock the drug.
In the future, lawsuits might be the tool to stop the government from forcing retailers to stock these drugs. None of the businesses could survive a group of civil lawsuits for aiding sexual predators.

Currently good target states for this kind of litigation are Washington, Oregon and of course, New York. The large retail pharmacy chains would run screaming to the State Boards of Pharmacy for relief from the governments requirement to sell these drugs to minor females and their rapists.

Students Who Want Sex Change Should Apply to Duke

Duke University has jacked up the fees for all students in order to offer payment for sex change surgeries for students. This will now be covered up to $50,000 dollars.

This puts Duke University on the list of nearly 40 universities which cover sex change operations.

Students who are anticipating such a change in their life should strongly consider applying to a school on this list of universities, of which Duke counts itself near the top. Those who do not feel that they can afford to contribute to sex change surgery can also opt to avoid this expense.

NYT and WAPO Find Planned Parenthood School Sex Ed Too Shocking for Their Readers

Both the New York Times and the Washington Post refused ads from the American Life League which contained images from Planned Parenthood’s sex ed for grade school kids. The material in question is targeted for kids as young as 10 years old, yet the two leftie papers refused ads with the excuse that sample material was too shocking for their adult readers.

These two fading news rags are big Planned Parenthood supporters, yet they seem not to approve of the sex ed programs that the abortion giant is bringing into American primary schools. The Washington post found the images too graphic. The New York Times would only run the ads if the American Life League would blur the images which are used to teach our 10 year old kids.

Boston College Wants to Discipline Students for Handing out Condoms

Administrators at Jesuit-run Boston College have sent out warnings of possible disciplinary action to students who have been passing out free condoms on campus.

Students have established so called “safe sites” on campus for distributing the prophylactic devices for males and females. As readers know, condoms and the premarital free for all is against Catholic teaching. While the administrators are not spying in individual dorm rooms for condoms and sex, they object to the public distribution at their institution.

One might expect that students who desired to attend a Catholic institution might have some respect for the religious sensibilities and teachings, even if they do not fully concur. But we have learned, from Sandra (the riveted) Fluke that some students attend these institutions for the purpose of tearing them down. The condom distribution is said to have been occurring since 2009. Perhaps the practice has become extremely overt, or perhaps an administrator finally mustered the courage to address the issue.

A Washington DC group, “Advocates for Youth, is donating $400 each semester for condom distribution at Boston College according to the Boston Globe.

It appears that the local ACLU is ready to jump into the fray. Perhaps this would not be so bad. If the Jesuits lose this argument in the legal arena, it might be a step towards smaller government.

If the ACLU can establish that penalties against handing out condoms in public at a religious educational institution, are unconstitutional then we can establish that laws against smoking in public are likewise unconstitutional. Remember…. condoms don’t stop the spread of HPV (genital warts), etc. In fact, new STI cases VASTLY outpace than new jobs AND new graduates in the United States, with an estimated 19.7 million new infections in 2008, says the CDC. This costs the nation $16 billion in direct health care costs per year. On these bases ‘Nanny’ Bloomberg and Michelle Obama would have to shut down their obsessive-compulsive meddling.

Boston College need not “discipline” the students for their undiplomatic and discourteous treatment of their educational institution and its traditions. Instead, the students could be “praised” online with video and verse, and in letters of recommendation, for their very public “concern” for the sexual health and availability of their fellow students. Particular attention could be paid to the students who pass out condoms in front of the church. That information would remain as searchable as the facebooks, resume, and other activities of the students, and help to track them into appropriate career paths. ;-)

From The Telegraph of the UK, comes a story from the old humping …errr.. stomping grounds of A.C. Kinsey, the legendary pervert of the Midwest. Yes……. a study from Indiana University has concluded that:

Heterosexual men who watched the most porn were more “open” to the idea of same sex marriage, according to Assistant Professor Paul Wright.

He opines that porn ‘adopts a’ singular….. whoops….. ‘INDIVIDUALISTIC, non-judgmental view’ on all sorts of sexual behavior. Exposure to this is said to be linked to a more positive view of same sex marriage.

Per the Telegraph, people of the UK have seen sufficient porn that they are quite (over) ripe for gay marriage.

It seems to Pharmer, that after viewing a lot of porn, the users could just marry themselves, and save themselves the trouble of maintaining a long term relationship with another person. :-P

Carefully left out of this report are the confounding factors which drive guys to do housework, the most significant of which would be

1) chronic illness of the wife,

2) longer work hours for the wife,

3) income and privacy impediments which would often attend households with a female primary breadwinner,

4) marriage to a feminazi! ;-)

This study is just another one among millions which raise an association vs causation question.

Psssst Media Secret: FBI investigates NJ Sen. Bob Menendez for Use of Underage Prostitutes

You won’t hear hardly a whisper of this if you watch the mainstream news. Sen Bob Menendez apparently likes to visit the Dominican Republic, via private aircraft for recreational reasons. He has a Democrat, donor buddy, Dr. Salomon Melgen, an opthalmologist with whom he likes to party, and the FBI knows it. This is why they have raided said physician’s office complex looking for evidence, and have driven away with van’s full of material.
Some other problems of Dr. Melgen, besides his party life with Sen Menendez, are his successive tax liens, amounting to many millions of dollars.

For background, you can visit HERE, and see the original interviews of women in the Dominican Republic, who say that Sen. Menendez paid them for sex. The women reported that he promised them $500, but they only received $100.

When pressed about the accusation, Senator Menendez said that he would not dignify the story with a response.

The above linked article features interviews with three former members of the Trinity United Church of Christ who detail the political job appointments of Michelle Obama, and her auspicious arranged marraige with Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama once claimed that he met Michelle in class at law school but they appear to have actually been introduced in Chicago in 1989 during Obama’s summer law internship. WND interviewees in Chicago are credited with the info that Jesse Jackson selected Michelle as a match for Obama, and Jeremiah Wright agreed to the combination. The interviewees also maintain that Obama kept up his gay relationships after the marriage took place, with one, dubbed Hazel, telling her eyewitness story in Chicago since 1996.

Birth Controlling the High School Herds in New York City

EXCLUSIVE: New York City high schools giving students morning-after pills and other birth control, without telling parents – NYPOST.com.

The Department of Education has expanded their “CATCH” Program (which involves giving birth control pills, Plan B and Depo-Provera to girls without parental consent) to 13 New York high schools. Parents can opt out of the program by FINDING a piece of paperwork allowing them to opt out, and signing it. The so-called information telling parents of this form has resulted in only a 1-2 percent response.

Prescriptions for the drugs are supplied by Health Department physicians. This can be obtained by seeing a school nurse, and taking a pregnancy test.
From the NY Post:
“We can’t give out a Tylenol without a doctor’ s order,” said a school staffer. “Why should we give out hormonal preparations with far more serious possible side effects, such as blood clots and hypertension?”

Last year, New York City boasted a 64% abortion rate among 7000 girls under 17 who got pregnant.
Watch and see if this program of giving out pills at high schools has any effect on the statistics.

Pharmer wonders who is the brainiac behind this new “CATCH-bugs” program, which is likely to boost the incidence of STDs in the area, now that girls will have less incentive to abstain or use barriers.

The following schools are listed by the NY Post as participating in the program to pass out birth control hormones to kids without parental consent. Adlai Stevenson and Grace Dodge in The Bronx; Boys and Girls, Clara Barton, W.H. Maxwell Career and Technical Education, Abraham Lincoln and Paul Robeson in Brooklyn; John Adams, Newcomers, Queens Vocational and Technical, and Voyagers in Queens; High School of Fasion Industries in Chelesa, and Port Richmond on Staten Island.
Seward Park Campus in lower Manhattan was dropped from the program because the school medical office couldn’t keep up with the business.

Registered Sex Offender Gian Verdelli Arrested For 169th Time After Allegedly Groping Woman On PATH Train « CBS New York

In Jersey City, NJ, Gian Verdelli has been arrested for the 169th time for groping a 28 year old woman on a PATH train. His victim provided a cell phone photo of her (alleged) attacker, and said that he had also groped her on June 30.

One wonders if the TSA gropers will be able to impact the incidence of unwanted sexual encounters aboard the public transportation systems. Passengers might trade an unofficial grope for an official one by a trained expert. At 61, Verdelli perhaps should be considered expert.

One also wonders if the law enforcement and judicial systems of New Jersey are aiming for the Biblical standard of forgiveness. With the 169 arrests, they were well on their way to 70 x 7, and certainly to the actual standard: until the very end.

Tea Party as Safe Haven for Gays.

David Lampo, VP of the Log Cabin Republicans, makes an appeal for the Tea Party to address and support gay legal “equality”. He seems to have overlooked that legal equality between males and females has never existed, mainly because the sexes are not the same. (Note the current hot issue of sex selection abortions.) The most optimum social condition would be that the sexes are regarded and respected as equally valued humans.

Many conservatives disagree with the kind of sex that gay people prefer, but are infinitely less likely to cull gays from the human herd through health care rationing and abortion, (should a propensity towards gayness ever become prenatally diagnosable).
Conservatives will respect the rights of gays to remain alive, because they are human.

The lefties, often due to reflexive hatred of Christianity, have made friends with extreme groups who have shown a propensity for stoning or chopping the heads off of gay people.

Which is worse, having a finger wagged at you, or being killed? Yes, no matter your sex preference, it is safer to hang around people who think that willfully killing humans is wrong.

PP spokesperson Chloe Cooney complained to the Huffington post about suspicious incidents occurring at various clinics, which they suspect to be tied to impending exposure by the very famous Live Action Films or possibly some other pro-life groups.
Though planned unparenthood claims to find sex selective abortions “disturbing” it has opposed legislation to prohibit the practice. Business is business – wouldn’t want to be turning away customers.

It seems that they’ve amassed enough solid evidence that they’re willing to commit themselves and say yes, the two really are connected.

Indiana Right to Life spotted a little detail about the development of a sex ed program for the girl scouts of Bloomington, and 12 surrounding counties.

Herman Cain: He Said She Said, the Ginger White Edition

Ginger White says she had a 13 year Fling with Herman Cain. Herman Cain says he knew this woman for that period of time, but did not have sex with her. Also, Cain scooped the news stories by announcing the new eruption before the interview with Ms. White aired. We’re hoping for some voice analysis services on these interviews too. White has had some trouble paying the rent lately (multiple eviction notices) and perhaps needs an opportunity to make money from a book. Hopefully she is a good writer, and can handle a plausible 13 year stretch of good times with Herman.

If BetterYale.org Gets their Way, Sex Week is Flushed

Undergraduates for a Better Yale College, who have been working to have the notorious biannual sex week eliminated, have finally succeeded in their operation, though as of today, their web site has not been updated to reflect this. Commentary from the group is available at the Yale News. Generally they call for respect and modesty, which some fellow students distinguish from prudishness.

The University president has “cautiously” announced agreement with a “Marshall Committee” calling for elimination of this orgiastic week of festivities, which had inspired title IX complaints that the event generated a sexually hostile environment. The event has been replete with presentations by porn film stars, harassment and sexual assaults.

Organizers of the events are offering to design a revised program, in order to hang on to vestiges of Sex Week.

One wonders what will be the final result, a mere removal of the Yale name from sex week, or a removal of sex week from campus.

Daily Mail: Cain Accuser’s Rocky Financial Past

Murky past of Herman Cain accuser Sharon Bialek starts to emerge | Mail Online.

Sharon Bialek needs to get instruction on how to work for a living. It seems that she has a hard time getting and keeping a job. For several years, she has been dating Mark Harwood, ~~who admits to supporting her so she can take care of her 13 year old son.~~ See Update below.

A possible clue as to how she obtained contact with the lawyer of her dreams: she lives in the same building as David Axelrod. However, researchers have discovered that the David Axelrod listed as attorney in one of Bialek’s many lawsuits is a different guy.

Will we find any Cain accusers who have absolutely zero personal connection with Obama? Probably not.

It is painfully obvious that the U.S. media has a much different attitude when a Black man is accused of sexual harassment, than when a White man is accused of sexual impositions, and rapes. Apparently they believe that this behavior is more excusable for a White man and he should be given the benefit of the doubt. Before any actual accusations were formed against Cain, the Politico had published over a hundred stories saying that women had been made to feel uncomfortable by the candidate.

In the 1990s sexual harassment claims were made as a matter of sport. In the later 90s the companies were beginning to recognize that many of the baseless claims were costing them much effort and good employees. It was also found that feminist groups were much more tolerant of sexual predator politicians if they supported abortion.

It is necessary to go to the media from other countries to see some more balanced take on the treatment of candidate Herman Cain, and Pharmer suggests that you do this.

Update: More on Karen Kraushaar, (who was offended at the gesture about her height being the same as Cain’s wife). The media is a bit embarrassed that we all noticed the difference in their treatment of Cain vs that of Clinton and are starting to look at the former’s accusers. Kraushaar has a history of seeking monetary compensation for offenses to her sensibilities at work. While at the immigration service, she demanded monetary payment for what she thought was unfair treatment, not being allowed to work from home after an injury, and an offensive email circulated by a manager. Be sure to click the link to find out the type of stuff which offends Kraushaar, who does not remember asking for MONEY in connection with her complaint while working at the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Update 11/11/11: Mark Harwood clarifies things for the media: He says he is not supporting Sharon Bialek, and that he is no longer her fiance as of February 2011, when she moved out of his residence. He states that Bialek has a very good child care settlement, and works from time to time. Harwood himself is recovering from a long divorce settlement, says he financially supports his kids back in the UK, and has been let go from employment with a severance package a month ago.

Released on the Weekend to Protect Penn State

Penn State AD Tim Curley charged with perjury in sexual abuse case – College Football News | FOX Sports on MSN.

This story should have come out on a Monday, and bloggers should retweet and re-facebook it then.

A former athletic coach, defensive coordinator of Penn State has been arrested and charged with 40 counts of various sex crimes and related offenses with minors. Specified among the charges are 10 boys who were pre-adolscent to early teenage at the time of the encounters with one Jerry Sandusky.

Sandusky retired in 1999 from the university, but started a charitable outreach for young boys and used university facilities for some of his programs (and allegedly also sex) with the boys. In 2009, suspicion caused the University officials to ban Sandusky from bringing his boys on campus.

What caused the suspicion?

A janitor and a grad student had each reported witnessing separate incidents of Sandusky molesting young boys, years before. Allegedly Sandusky was using the university property to seek out his own preference of happy valley.

It’s 2011 now….. and finally there is some response from the law to theses allegations.

Greg Couch at Fox Sports asks why no one helped these young boys when the incidents were witnessed. The graduate student is said to have promptly reported the incident to university officials who apparently dropped the ball.

Two of them, Tim Curley, Athletic Director, and Gary Schultz, Vice President of finance and business are now charged with perjury and are expected to turn themselves into the police on Monday. Joe Paterno the Penn State footlball coach is under fire for his insufficient response to the allegations.

Sandusky, now 67 years old, has been arraigned on his collection of 40 charges, and has been released on a surprisingly low $100,000 bond.

Pharmer will be watching and comparing the media response to the allegations against Penn State officials and ex employees, to see if it measures up to their response to reports of sexual offenses by clergymen.

It’s a match…. Dominique Strauss-Khan’s DNA and the sample found on the Sofitel housekeeper’s shirt.

According to investigators, Strauss Khan asked the maid, “Don’t you know who I am?”

Perhaps this nut expected the housekeeper to feel fortunate to receive his DNA sample.
