Obama Administration persuades defense contractors not to warn employees of impending layoffs.

Do you work for a Defense Contractor with more than 100 employees?

Your Company is required by law to WARN workers of mass layoffs 60 days in advance.

There are massive defense budget cuts coming at the behest of Obama and the Democrats in January. Companies are needing to downsize in response to this fact.

Obama has asked your company not do do so since this would fall right before election day, and cost him votes.

The Obama administration promised to pay your company to cover legal costs and penalties for failure to warn of mass layoffs, according to the WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act).

When you’re unemployed it will be difficult to sue your former employer, however Obama is obviously NOT in your corner, should you attempt to do so.

In compliance with Obama’s request, Lockheed Martin says that is not going to announce its January layoffs until after the election.

Lindsey Graham says the Obama request is illegal. He has pledged to stop the use of tax dollars to reimburse companies’ legal costs incurred for failure to comply with the WARN Act.
