The legal proceedings for employees of Kermit Gosnell’s house of horrors abortion clinic in Philadelphia have resulted in 2 guilty pleas for murder. Adrienne Moton, and Sherry West will be sentenced for 3rd degree murder, which carries a maximum penalty of 40 years.
Gosnell’s clinic was closed due to unsanitary conditions, the meperidine overdose death of Karnamaya Mongar, as well as the practice of infanticide.

Rather they keep the kid in there as long as the mom can sustain it, deliver the kid early if the mom can’t, and try to keep both the mom and kid alive. Pro aborts seem to passionately hate any legitimate medical intervention that doesn’t result in the kid’s death. Otherwise why would it bother them that some people believe in preserving the mom’s life without PURPOSELY killing the kid?

‘(2) DEFINITION- In this subsection, the term ‘health care entity’ includes an individual physician or other health care professional, a hospital, a provider-sponsored organization, a health maintenance organization, a health insurance plan, or any other kind of health care facility, organization, or plan.
‘(3) REMEDIES-
‘(A) IN GENERAL- The courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction to prevent and redress actual or threatened violations of this section by issuing any form of legal or equitable relief, including–
‘(i) injunctions prohibiting conduct that violates this subsection; and
‘(ii) orders preventing the disbursement of all or a portion of Federal financial assistance to a State or local government, or to a specific offending agency or program of a State or local government, until such time as the conduct prohibited by this subsection has ceased.
‘(B) COMMENCEMENT OF ACTION- An action under this subsection may be instituted by–
‘(i) any health care entity that has standing to complain of an actual or threatened violation of this subsection; or

Abortionist James S Pendergraft injected toxic doses of meds into the hearts of fetuses in utero, and told their moms to finish up the job at a legitimate hospital, or other facility. This way the abortion would be counted as a fetal demise, miscarraige, etc., and the mom would avoid the abortion stigma as well as much of the cost.
Ella, (ulipristal acetate) was put on to the market as a morning after pill, but the abortionists will be doing a similar thing with this drug, using it off label, and in increased doses, to cause fetal demise.
It’s another abortion pill, but without the regulatory controls applied to mifepristone, ru486, it’s chemical analog.

Andrew Rutland, a 67 yo Los Angeles abortionist has agreed to give up his license for the second time. This time his troubles result from killing patient Ying Chen in a failed abortion attempt.
The patient suffered cardiac arrest, subsequent to the administration of anaesthesia medication, was hospitalized and died six days later.
Overdose of anaesthesia was blamed for the death. One could not expect abortionists to know the vagaries (pharmacogenomics) of dosing drugs to patients of various sizes and different races. Of course that info is vital to avoiding overdoses, but those practitioners are not held to the standards of usual competency. Pennsylvania abortionist Kermit Gostnell had similar troubles with dosing the anaesthesia in patient Karnamaya Mongar, who died after repeated doses of meperidine caused a heart arrhythmia.
Rutland had lost his license the first time after the death of Jillian Broussard, a newborn whose spinal cord he severed during a forceps delivery.
Ying Chen’s family has filed a wrongful death suit against Rutland.
It’s the anniversary weekend of Roe V Wade, the March for Life is Monday, and the media really has its hooks into Kermit Gosnell.
They’re wringing their hands over the deaths and mutilations of his female patients, and wondering how the state failed in its oversight of the action for 30 years.

Apparently complaints about conditions at the Gosnell abortion facility fell on deaf ears at the Pennyslvania Department of Health.
One wonders if any reports at all filtered to the State Medical Board.
The disturbing practice of Philadephia abortionist Gosnell appears to be a public relations disaster that keeps on giving. Jill Stanek has sunk her teeth into this story, and is chronicling his many violations of the minimum standards of abortion practice. She is now addressing the fact that an outside agency (National Abortion Federation) had observed Gosnell’s unsanitary and unsafe facilities, and failed to report them.
Pharmer would also like to bring up the fact that nearby hospitals had to be receiving Gosnell’s patients, and their ER staffs had to be aware that he was an abysmal practitioner. Botched abortions, incomplete abortions, infections, etc. all find their way into the neighboring hospitals, and after a time, the causative agent develops a negative reputation with police, paramedics, EMTs and emergency department staff. One of the dampening influences which prevent such abominations from coming to the attention of authorities is fear of HIPAA sanctions. Was this, (as well as the isolation of other hospitalized patients from their social support system), an intentional thing, or an unintended consequence of HIPAA regulations?

A bill HB1366, designed to close crisis pregnancy centers is being heard by the Washington State legislature at this time.
Very simply, the bill adds medical regulations to the crisis centers which are applicable to no other facility, and opens the centers to lawsuits filed even by those who have never visited the facilities, nor have suffered damages.
It would appear that Democrat Sen. Rodney Tom, the sponsor of last year’s attempt to pass this bill, thinks that removing free services for moms who want to keep their baby a bright idea. Coercing more abortions, by removing the alternatives, was his way to deal with the current economic crisis.

This is why the ACLU has been trying to compel Catholic Hospitals to do Abortions, but has made no move to compel Any Hospitals to do open heart procedures.
Many smaller hospitals have to outsource the most complex surgical procedures. Innumerable human lives have been lost in rural and other remote locations because their needs could not be met at small hospitals or clinics. But the ACLU has made no move to address this serious problem. (In addition, the it has stood behind an administration which seeks to reduce the availability of high tech, lifesaving care in the entire country as a method of cost containment.)
Instead the ACLU has put forth a stipulation, without evidence, that cutting up a baby and sucking it out can sometimes be necessary to save a woman’s life, and submitted a demand to the Dept of Health and Human Services that abortion be provided by all hospitals as emergency care.
The ACLU’s demand could close down a lot of emergency rooms, and precipitate innumerable more deaths from lack of available care, but that is obviously NOT their concern.
Abortion serves to conceal abusive sexual practices. This is what distinguishes abortion from essential services such as open heart or robotic surgery. This is the only possible reason that the ACLU could prioritize abortion so strenuously over other life saving procedures.
If you are thinking of having an abortion in another state for the sake of privacy….. Just remember that it’s OK in Michigan to dispose of the aborted fetuses in regular dumpsters, in bags, labeled with the name of the MOM.

Read Associated Press LIES about the content of the bill and the cost of the ultrasounds, which are not 750-1500. Pharmer is not paying nearly that much for an ultrasound done this year. It is in the range mentioned in the article below.

So basically, the bill that Crist vetoed requires informed consent before abortion, which would prevent psychological troubles later, when women see ultrasounds of the babies they want to keep, and start grieving for the ones they aborted.
The women would have to pay for a relatively inexpensive ultrasound (which could also reduce troubles of missed ectopic pregnancies, and various abortion errors. ) Remember that many crisis pregnancy centers are offering these ultrasounds for no charge at all.
The woman could choose whether or not to hear about or see the ultrasound, and she would have to sign a form affirming refusal, (as Pharmer did each time she refused prenatal, alpha feto protein testing.) Many consent forms are associated with giving birth. Why are such intrusions considered acceptable while a form to refuse medical information is not?
The woman would be informed of the risks of abortion procedures, which should have been done anyway.

The infant survived the procedure, but was left for dead. He was discovered to be still alive 2o hours later by the hospital chaplain who had visited to pray beside the body. The chaplain noticed movement, and the baby was subsequently rushed to a neonatal unit in Consenza hospital where he died a day later.
So number one reason that the abortionists have trouble is that they abandoned a living baby to die.
Number two reason is that the estimated age of the baby at induced abortion was not correct. This kid would not have lived for a whole day unattended if he were only 22 weeks along.
So this is a much later term abortion attempt than was initially represented by the health care practitioners.

The government will have all your medical data, but this will not matter for sex perverts. Data on men’s purchases of over the counter abortifacients will be of no significance. Planned parenthood failing to report obvious abuse of children is not considered a problem to leftists. Aborting the resultant babies,and hiding the rapes are considered a good service. At the “utopian” endpoint there would be no such thing as a sex crime, with all women and children being subject to this abuse. Worse than the Taliban, the leftists are.

Dr. Shim Sang-Duk used to perform similar numbers of abortions and deliveries in his practice, in South Korea, which has one of the lowest fertility rates (1.19 live births per couple). The physician initially became numbed by abortion, but eventually came to despise himself. Gradually he began trying to persuade his patients against abortion, and finally ceased performing the operations altogether. He has since formed an alliance with other physicians, ~ 30 of which have ceased aborting, along with hundreds of supporters who are at perhaps some earlier phase of development.
While there is considerable opposition to the physicians who won’t abort, as well as loss of patient base, there are no legal hurdles for those who cease the practice in the nation where abortions remain technically illegal.

In the lobby of his Ion clinic, a sign explains his new philosophy. “Abortions, which abandon the valuable life of a fetus, are the very misery for the nation and society as well as pregnant women, families and ob-gyn doctors,” it reads.
For years, Shim rarely, if ever, even used the word “abortion.” Rather, he said, he sought to “erase” or “prevent” the fetus.
“I bought into the government’s argument that it was OK to do this,” he said. “It was good for the country. It boosted the economy.”
Still, Shim was often baffled by his patients’ behavior: After receiving their abortions, he said, most women cried.
“Many patients cry when they give birth,” he said, “but these were a different kind of tears.”
Observing the introspective style of presenting abortion, found much more often in this years’ news output, this blogger wonders if the media is beginning a phase of reinventing itself to address the changing culture.
