What happens when the city is looking at bankruptcy, and teachers strike for a raise? (Most others, who pay the taxes for teachers salaries, are taking a cut.)
What should happen is that striking teachers should be fired and new teachers should be hired. That’s too much to hope for in Chicago-town.
