Democrats Bring US One Step Closer to the Draft

Joint Chief Chairman Critical of Gay Ban Vote.

Congress has passed a bill to repeal the “don’t ask don’t tell” policy for gays in the military, but the Senate  has not yet weighed in on this decision.   Military officials have been wanting to survey the currently serving military to see how this change in policy would affect the ability of the US to defend itself, before the bill was considered.

Pharmer weighs in with a repeat of the prediction that the Democrats will bring back conscription = the DRAFT.  They’ve been wanting this for a good long time, despite protestations to the contrary.  This is the most plausible  explanation for their persistent  actions to degrade conditions and pay for the soldiers.   This latest  action, to allow open gayness in the military,  is expected  to bring about the largest reduction in force among military personnel, thus necessitating a return of the draft.  The preferred  scenario for the Democrats  will be to place the military in debilitated conditions,  and force their political opponents to shoulder the blame for bringing back the draft during a time of dire need.    Call it a long range plan for their return to power, post Obama.

James O’Keefe and the Telephone Men give Their Side of the Story

From statements to their lawyers, the account, linked below,  is compiled to reveal the planning and execution of the Louisiana phone caper in Mary Landrieu’s office.

As mentioned  earlier,  O’Keefe and compatriots were arrested and charged for dressing up as telephone repair men and interviewing the people in Mary Landrieu’s office.  Apparently, from previous accounts, one of them also touched a phone!!!

This was a MAJOR BUST by the federal marshals and FBI!

South Korea Has Idiots on its Constitutional Court, Same as Many Other Countries

Frozen human embryos ‘not life forms’: S.Korean court

South Korean court rules that Human Embryos are not human if they are frozen and not implanted.

Anyone who is targeted for killing can be labeled as non-human, whether or not this meshes with biological realities.

For example, there could be a court  ruling  or legislative edict that putting on a robe and holding a gavel renders one a monkey, and not a human, and therefore a suitable subject for medical experimentation.

This Futenma business could bust up the government coalition in Japan

Fukushima hints at SDP’s departure from gov’t coalition+.

Mizuho Fukushima was dismissed from the Cabinet by Yukio Hatoyama due to her dissent  with the latest agreement between the U.S. and Japan on the Futenma base.   That agreement is to move most operations to the  Henoko district of Nago — still on Okinawa.  Fukushima regarded that as a broken promise to the Okinawans, and refused to approve the agreement.

This could mean a breakup of the three party government coalition in Japan, as the dismissal of Fukushima is regarded by many as a dismissal of her Social Democratic Party.

If Joe McGinniss is only interested in Palin’s public life

then why did this kinko “Author”  move in next door?

From Real Clear Politics is an ABC video showing their reporter being shooed away by Joe McGinniss, who threatened to call the Wasilla police.

Apparently the author likes His privacy.  He has no trespassing signs up all over the property which he is renting for five months, to watch the home life of the Palins.

Palins have quickly built a fence to block McGinniss’s view of Piper’s bedroom and their “swimming hole”.

Kurt Schlichter, at Big Journalism, takes a virtual walk through the mind of McGinniss.

Dick Durbin for Chief of Staff

Sestak was Honest, Now It’s Over to Rahm | Taylor Marsh – TaylorMarsh.com – News, Opinion and Weblog on Progressive Politics.

….because someone has to take the fall for offering Joe Sestak a job to get him out of the PA senate race against Alen Specter.

Since Rahm Emanuel  is the likely fall guy,  Obama has to be out looking for a new chief of staff.  Durbin  knows the Chicago way, so he ought to be a prime candidate.

The slime is on Sestak too, because he’s mum on who made the job offer, (fearing for his life), while in the midst of running a political campaign.  It’s going to be a bit harder for win that Senate seat in November.
