Those who run legitimate medical facilities deal with endless inspections which assure compliance with state and federal regulations. They have to maintain compliance with HIPAA, and satisfy massive lists of criteria with respect to facilities, certifications of personnel, and record keeping, to be able to serve medicare and medicaid patients.
On the other hand, those who run abortion clinics do not have to comply with the same sets of standards. It appears, from the way that many facilities are run, that inspections are few and far between. It seems that our abortophilic governmental bodies are giving them a free pass to operate in a substandard manner.
Your friendly Pharmer has seen medical records from abortion clinics. By comparison to patient records from real health care facilities, the information has been scant and incomplete.
There is a reason that the ambulances are wearing a path from abortion clinics to the hospitals. In general, they have a much lower standard of care. It is amazing that women in the United States are satisfied with this.
Breitbart.com is asking everyone to blog about the Pigford fraudulent waste of tax payer dollars to buy voters for the democrats today, May 1st. It’s a good way to allow the world to know one of the more dishonest mechanisms by which the U.S. got itself so deeply into debt.

It’s fun to push things, that the media has been keeping under wraps, out to be viewed by the public.
In 2010, Andrew Breitbart got into a fight with the NAACP, charging them with their very own racism. He published a video showing an NAACP audience which had cheered a statement in a speech by Shirley Sherrod mentioning an initial desire to refuse to help a white farmer in her capacity as USDA Director of Rural Development in Georgia. Not withstanding Breitbart’s accompanying statement that Ms. Sherrod actually decided that she would render aid to that farmer, the lefties attempted to spin his message against the NAACP attitudes as an attack on Shirley Sherrod. An apparent basis for their spin is the leftist assumption that their constituency cannot read, and could only take in the video clip. This fight grew into a firestorm, and eventually led to Breitbart’s investigation into a class action lawsuit of discrimination against Black farmers, from which Sherrod and her husband had benefited to the tune of $13 million, prior to her being hired by the USDA.
This was the Pigford v. Glickman decision, which morphed into the most bloated civil rights settlement in history.
While an expected 2000 Black farmers who had been thought to suffer discrimination from the USDA’s loan grant policies, the number of applicants for payouts ballooned to 16,000. In 2008, Senator Obama sponsored legislation was passed, which allowed another 70,000 people to qualify for settlements stemming from this original USDA decision. This latter law allowed Ms. Sherrod the larger $13 million windfall from the government.
The huge numbers of people benefiting from the original Pigford and Glickman payout by the USDA massively exceeded the total number of Black Farmers in the United States. Breitbart had uncovered one more government boondoggle paying out billions of dollars to more than double the total 40,000 black farmers in the U.S. He published a series of articles explaining the government fraud, which was ignored by the mainstream media, except FOX.
Now that the New York Times has finally caught up to this web of government fraud, and payment of agricultural settlement money to people who were never farmers, Breitbart.com is celebrating today that the lamestream media has finally noticed. One problem with their own article is the suggestion in the headline, that the story in the New York TImes “Vindicates ” Breitbart. Wrong!………. The headline should indicate instead that the New York Times is finally catching up with Breitbart.
The erroneous idea that the NYT is the news of record is something which needs to be corrected.

The hacker, Guccifer, who broke into email accounts of various people associated with government, has begun to share the goodies with the rest of the world. We have news of the sharing but will have to wait for such media as Pravda, Moscow Times, or St. Petersburg Times to let us know what is actually in the emails from Sidney Blumenthal to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Clinton is at this time is making waves by coming out of the closet on gay marriage, perhaps to distract us from the fact that her compatriot’s email account is not very secure.
It’s worth a look at the Smoking Gun to see just how a Guccifer decided to handle the digital booty obtained from illegal email snooping. What did former Clinton aide and Hillary’s confidante, Sidney Blumenthal have to say about the Benghazi consulate attack? Enquiring minds want to know.
According to the AP, (which usually shills for Obama), the part one of the application for Obamacare is an excessively complex, 21 step, 15 page long process for a three person family. This constitutes only the financial part of the process. Later there is also the onerous job of picking the health care plan.
This form is mandated, and it will be interesting to see how well the semi-literate members of the population are able to comply.
About 10 years ago, Pharmer obtained prior understanding of this kind of burden, from a German citizen who had refused to fill out his government health care paperwork. He said that because of this, he had no health care coverage.
Those who are unable to navigate the new Obamacare system should expect to similarly find themselves out in the cold with respect to “healthcare for all”.
The Sequester is not really a cut in spending at all, but a reduction in the projected increase. The spending in 2013 will still be larger than 2012. However Obama promised a lot of pain to be associated with the sequester, and it would appear that federal officials are being ordered to make this happen.
And example comes from an internal email exchange by an Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service official, Charles Brown. He asked if he could spread whatever cuts might affect his region to make them as painless as possible. The answer was that he was not to do anything to lessen the impact on fish inspections, so that the effects would be as dire as Obama warned Congress they would be. Cuts in his area are to eliminate aid to prevent wildlife damage to the aquaculture industry in 24 states.
In other words, we have direct evidence that Obama is going to make HIS sequester painful, and blame the whole idea on the Republicans.
Obama also has threatened that he has an ability to target cuts, eliminating meat inspectors, for example, so as to reduce the available food supply. He might not remember that his supporters will be punished most of all, as this cut would affect the inner city “food deserts” more than the most rural areas. (Pharmer recalls to mind the increasingly severe cuts in DRUG supply which the nation has been experienced during Obama’s tenure.)
Since this APHIS email came to light, the USDA is walking back the implications of the report, saying that they will try to mitigate the effects of the sequester as much as possible.
The Washington Times also noted that the White house was facing questions on the 50 million dollar order for new TSA uniforms that it made just before the sequestration took effect.
Obama is also closing the White house to tours, and blaming this on the sequester. Perhaps he fears blowback from his obviously vengeful attitude towards Americans. Inside the beltway, people are asking why Obama can’t keep the White house open, noting that President Lincoln was able to do so throughout the time of the Civil War.

But the real lack of intelligence is displayed by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, which announced in September of 2012 that the National Drug Intelligence Center would suffer budgetary cuts from Sequestration. DUH! Is the government still funding an agency in 2013 which CLOSED in June of 2012???
Bob Woodward, leftie journalist of the Washington Post, in a “random act of Journalism”, has revealed the detailsabout the origin of the ‘sequester‘, which Obama is currently blaming on the Republicans.
Jack Lew and Obama cooked up the ‘sequester‘. It’s automatically triggered reduction in projected spending, which was to prevent Obama from having to negotiate the issue during the campaign.
Do click on the paragraph above. You will find out that Bob Woodward is still a good leftie reporter, working for the Washington Post. Hecouldn’t dance to the media tune, because Obama’s lie contradicted what he had already written in his own book.
Woodward still thinks that Obama is right to insist on more taxes and, most particularly taxing the rich, but he’s not going along with the lie that the Republicans invented the ‘sequester’.
By the way, the sequester is puny, not enough reduction in spending, and will not cause the projected disasters because very little money is involved, as a percentage of total spending. Since the sequester is Obama’s idea, it does contain disproportionate reductions in projected military expenditures, when compared to government dependency programs.
Even prior to his famous and viral speech, lots of people have been asking the plain spoken and practical Dr. Benjamin Carson to run for president.
Here’s another interview, in which Dr. Carson informs us that he will retire from pediatric neurosurgery, and move into the area of education.
Available HERE is an interview with Allen West, who explains that, in the eyes of the leftie media, Dr. Carson broke the unwritten rule that Black men cannot criticize Obama.
After you watch this, you’ll know much more about guns than most of your politicians who presume to regulate them. The major take home point is that the proposed legislation will have more effect on guns which shoot small caliber bullets, and not those which would clean out a room, or put a huge hole in a target. Obviously the regulations are not intended for protection. Overall, the government wants to remove access to the guns which are easiest for smaller people to manipulate and shoot accurately.
Obama’s explanation for the American lives lost in the Benghazi embassy is “sloppiness…. not intentional”. Listen to more, for yourself, if you are feeling bulimic today. Hillary fell down, hit her empty head, and is unlikely to ever appear before Congress to explain her part in the debacle. No one from the Obama administration has lost their job as a result of this neglect. Requests from security forces leaving Benghazi last August, and repeated requests from the embassy itself, for more security, were rebuffed by the CIA and the White house. Calls for help during the attack were met with direct refusals to assist, and orders to neighboring security forces to stand down. After the attack, no American personnel were sent to investigate for weeks, and CNN reporters freely roamed the premises, picking up classified documents. This odd lack of concern is what fueled the popular idea that Obama has been sending arms to Al Quaeda, and no one involved in that mission was to survive.
But Obama tells us that he had no ulterior motives, he’s just incompetent, and he doesn’t mind letting the entire world know it.
That should be reassuring to everyone who’s thinking of giving up their guns to government buy back programs, and supporting new and useless gun bans.
It took police about 20 minutes to respond to the school shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary, which is NOT a remote area. Teachers and children in public schools are unarmed and unprotected as a matter of public policy.
The government has shown us again and again that it lacks the ability and resolve to protect us from violent and crazy people.
Is your life worth protecting? Please understand that the government is unwilling or too incompetent to help you with that. It’s a job that you’ll have to do yourself, if you think you’re worth it.
Someone has probably come to this conclusion, but Pharmer hasn’t seen it yet.
We have heard thatDavid Petraeus’s leaky girlfriend, Paula Broadwell spilled some classified type beans at the University of Denver. She says that her ex boyfriend David knew almost immediately that there was a TERROR attack on the Libyan embassy in Benghazi.
Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend David had testified in a closed congressional meeting that the attack on the embassy was inspired by that anti-Muslim video that almost nobody saw.
We also know that the FBI and people higher up in Washington knew quite some time ago that David and Paula had been doing the wild thing, and that David obsessively sent thousands of emails to Paula after their breakup, thereby making an utter fool of himself.
Heres Pharmer’s guess, just from the little news which has come out on the matter:
David Petraeus was the real security problem, because he compromised himself, and was in turn compromised from within the Obama administration. Obama’s Abysmal Foreign Policy was concealed with the help of Petraeus because they had the goods on him. They could tell the world what a drooling old fool he was for Paula, and what was in all the humiliating emails he sent to her when she broke up him. Therefore it wasn’t hard for the thugs in Chicago to get David Petraeus to lie for Obama to congress. This lie very likely affected the outcome of the election. Even people who live for free Obama stash might have found this cover up of Obama’s Abysmal Foreign Policy too much to handle.
The conservatives that we have in Congress are still a minority. We’ll have to wait to see what the majority of wimps think about this.
Government Bureaucracy In Hurricane – Business Insider.
This story of a Chinese Restauranteur in lower Manhattan being harassed by an NYC food inspector has gone viral, as an example of big government gone useless.
Without electricity and water, this restaurant remained open to serve the public by candle light. A buffet dinner was interrupted by a food inspector with his flashlight, disrupting the lives of ordinary citizens being served a hot meal as they begin the work to rebuild.
Meanwhile Barack Obama was touring the New Jersey Shore with Governor Chris Christie, and promising to cut red tape and suspend regulations to help speed up the rebuilding process.
Sooooooo why is the government standing in the way of the citizens the rest of the time?
Remember the hand wringing prior to “Hurricane” Irene hitting the northeastern seaboard? Well, they do this every time. Soon no one will listen to the lamestream weather criers anymore, and perhaps everyone will fail to respond when a real disaster hits. This time, Matt Drudge, who is a disaster junkie, has been saving his red headlines for the stories about federally induced storm panic.
Sandy is one large storm, but as it’s hitting land it doesn’t rate as a hurricane if you pay attention to the wind data coming from the weather stations which feed Wunderground.com.
Pharmer picked two… One in Robbins’ Reef NJ, because there was news about evacuations in New York City, and one in little Assateague Island, out there all by itself, east of Maryland. Pharmer expects the storm to blast that island hardest.
The wind data is in Kilometers per hour on the weather station flags. Look at the graphs and you won’t see wind gusts above 50 mph, and sustained winds are much milder. You know what that means. It’s just like a summer storm, down on the Pharm, only lasting longer than usual.
It’s a mess, but not worth the big warnings to evacuate.

Update: Pharmer sees the weather stations still tracking after midnight, with the wind not getting worse, and…….. you know the power hasn’t been knocked out yet.
Update: 6am 10/29 Winds at Robbins Reef, NJ are around 30-35mph, and gusts have not yet hit 50mph. The worst of the storm has blown through Assateague, MD, but another milder area is overhead. Winds there are calm and they’re getting a LOT of rain.
Update: 1:18 pm The storm has shifted direction and is heading north ward. Winds are picking up at Robbins Reef, with sustained winds in the 40s and with gusts in the 50s MPH. Unfortunately for Assateague, the storm turned before blowing further westward. It looks like the weather station is giving winds ranging from zero to gusts in the 80′s. As it is registering mostly calm winds, Pharmer thinks it’s down.
Wunderground has stopped displaying weather station data, due to bandwidth shortage as of just before 2 pm. The winds at Ocean city, MD have appeared to die down to the teens.
So far it looks like – Pharmer is right, the media has kept Sandy awfulized to a hurricane, though it hit as a tropical storm. But Pharmer is wrong about needing to evacuate. Flooding is turning out to be cause for evacuations in coastal areas not prepared for such Wetness.
The politics? REALLY! Obama flew to Florida to campaign yesterday, but was flown back to monitor the storm. What’s on the news? The Obama campaign is wondering whether the storm can be utilized to help his reelection effort. Tacky Tacky Tacky.

Sandy is pretty much finished with these three locations, and now they can start mopping up the mess.
Why did the weather stations send continuous data to the internet? No power outage at those locations, near where Sandy made landfall.
Pharmer spotted a document coming from the Campus Progress brench of the Center for American Progress on the Student Loan Crisis, and felt compelled to respond:
Our government has been selling the idea that college education is an absolute necessity, and should be accessible by everyone. Naturally this has led to an influx of students, some of whom are completely unprepared for college level classes, and who have obtained government grants and various loans to enter school. Many have absolutely no intention of repaying the loans.
All things administered and/or funded by the government will increase in price far faster than baseline inflation.
Education and healthcare are prime examples of this.
The real problem is NOT that a private lender is willing to give a loan to a student and gets the student to agree to a specific payment plan and interest rate. The true travesty is that colleges and universities are so eager to sell useless degrees and propaganda to students which are actually detrimental to their employment future. Many of the universities are willfully inculcating helplessness. Students are graduating with no job prospects in their area of training.
The problem is also not with the existence of for profit educational institutions. It is that the government is paying for unprepared students to go there, or granting loans for the same. Without this government intervention, many of the most problematic educational institutions would not have even been formed in the first place. The education bubble will pop just as the housing bubble did, because loans were made to people who could or would not repay them. This could have been stopped by requiring a significant down payment to be coming from the students themselves. The result of the education crisis will be similar to that of the housing crisis: massive loan defaults and a broken industry, with increased joblessness.
The increase in costs to the students is being blamed on reduction in government funding for educational institutions. Some people don’t realize that the debt for educational funding is passed to the students when they begin working.
The students will pay for education one way or another, by working their way through, by paying loans, and by paying the taxes which support our educational institutions with their bloated infrastructures and administrations.
The one difference is that the TAXES which will support the colleges and universities are paid by ALL tax payers including those who cannot afford to go to college. For one example, the pharmacy techs where I work, could not afford to go to college when they were young, but they are paying taxes for the children of other people to go straight through four years of college on the government dime, or on government loans which will often be defaulted. Some of the techs have slowly obtained college education as they work, and one by one, they head off into new careers.
The American people, who worked their way through higher education, and those who are still unable to do so, need to be informed that THEY ARE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WHO THINK EDUCATION OUGHT TO BE FREE!!!!
Nothing is free.
First of all we need to understand that college education is not for everyone. More than half of people don’t have the kind of academic acumen to get through a traditional four year program. They should be encouraged (never forced) to go into a career and education program that fits their abilities, instead of being propelled towards certain failure and crippling debt.
The solution is for the educational institutions to stop building useless infrastructure which wastes energy and resources, and to fire all of their excess/useless administrators. Our higher education has to be leaner and more cost effective. Too much of it is run by greedy, money grubbing, frequently leftist 1%-ers who need to be replaced by those who know where money comes from, and would be wise stewards of whatever funding comes their way. When these changes come about, the cost of education to students and to the tax payers will drop.
Currently there are private programs which pay grants to students to NOT go to traditional colleges, and go straight into industry. It’s an awesome experiment and may serve to tap the creativity of young people before the universities suck it out of them. Cultural education is being moved out of the universities and housed in on-line resources. Testing and internships or apprenticeships, have been added as university requirements to enter more and more professions which require high skill. This is evinces the failure of universities to provide the necessary preparation for real world opportunities. This provides a strong impetus for higher education to be “homeschooled” and obtained online.
In short, our creativity and inventiveness will only be preserved to the extent that we can escape governmental control of our access to educational resources and opportunities.
Unlike the days of Nixon, the media has assisted Obama in his cover-up of the actual occurrences and portrayed a false view of both the occurrences in Benghazi during the U.S. Ambassador to Libya was killed along with three other Americans.
CBS has decided to do a 180 and bust both itself and Obama for the negligence and the coverup, which resulted in unraveling of the U.S. stature in the Middle East, as well as the unnecessary loss of life which extends far beyond the four people killed at the Embassy.
Libya-Gate is far too gentle a name for the egregious failure and negligence and dishonesty which characterizes the handling of the Benghazi incident. The cover-up of the Watergate burglary is Nothing compared to this.
CBS has let loose an unaired 60 minutes clip which establishes that Obama lied about the nature of the attack on the Libyan Embassy.
The White House had intelligence on the attack two hours after it started. The attack proceeded without response from the U.S. for many hours, at the end of which, the final two victims lost their lives. It is established that the attack was pre-planned and organized by Al Quaida
If you will recall,we were told repeatedly by the Obama administration and its media allies that the attacks sprang out of natural protests of a video that almost Nobody knew about before the U.S. government advertised it.
What is essentially has been coming out of this incident is that the Obama Administration has been assisting the wrong Midde East factions,Al-Quaeda is alive and well, Obama failed to answer the “3am call” -choosing to campaign and raise funds instead, Obama and the media covered it up, and an American has been illegally persecuted for producing a video that had nothing to do with this.
CBS chose not to air this clip from Sixty Minutes for an entire month.

Job shortages and expansion of the criteria for welfare eligibility are responsible for the huge increase in spending.
The number of food stamp recipients is up 50% in the last four years, from 32 million to 47 million.

Michelle Dunaj, near the end of her battle with Leukemia, decided to take a last trip to Hawaii to see family and friends. Though she took efforts to inquire and comply with rules covering the handling of her medications, TSA agents punctured and contaminated one of her bags of IV fluids. Though she asked to be screened in private, the TSA gropers refused (which is said to be against policy, and did their dirty work in public, pulling up her top and inspecting under bandages that held her feeding tube in place.

2) denied having it after ABC personnel announced that they had tracked it to his home via GPS
3) blamed the theft on his wife after the alarm was set off

Schmaler worked with Jeremy Holden at Media matters on means to attack the reporters covering the New Black Panther voter intimidation case as well as the DOJ employees who resigned in protest. Also covered are attempts to counteract coverage of the Fast and Furious operation, which caused the deaths of hundreds of Mexican civilians, and at least two U.S. citizens.

The Office of Special Counsel has determined that on February 25, 2012, Kathleen Sebelius made partisan comments during a speech made in her official capacity. This is a violation of the Hatch Act which constrains public official from political activity to affect the outcome of an election.
The HHS department, after the fact, reclassified the trip as personal and Sebelius had to reimburse the costs.
The Report by the OCS has been sent to the president and it will go absolutely Nowhere.
It would be good to check who paid for Sebelius’ trip to the DNC to shill and resell Obamacare a week ago.
Since it costs about twice as much to build a Chevy volt, than the base price which GM charges, the taxpayers will be paying 49,000 dollars for every volt on the road. They already pay aout 7,000 dollars for government subsidy of each customer purchase.
As you know, the Chinese government is subsidizing the production of the cars over there, but production is likely still at a similar loss.
Be aware that the losses incurred by the GM plants in China will fall on the American tax payers in the next bailout.
