Washington Bill Forcing Abortion Insurance Coverage Defeated | LifeNews.com.

In Washington State, House Bill 2330 passed to the Senate and was caught up in debate with the realization that, as a violation of the Hyde Weldon Amendment, it could cost the state $6 billion a year in federal funding.   The bill would have required any insurance plan which provides maternity coverage to also provide abortion coverage.

Three Democrats bailed on the bill, and it was unable to pass by the Friday deadline.  The bill is now dead through this legislative session.

Michigan Senate Republicans Allow SEIU To Bully Home Caregivers

Michigan Senate Republicans Allow SEIU To Bully Home Caregivers.

The SEIU has been skimming medicaid money, meant for the home care of disabled people, by forcing the caregivers (usually the parents) to be union members.  This scam operates in a number of states including Illinois, California and Michigan.  In 2011,  the Michigan house voted to end this scheme.

This year the bill is stalled in the Michigan senate, apparently because the Senate Appropriations Committee Chair, Roger Khan works for cheap.   It does not matter that the Saginaw Senator has an R after his name.   He received  $5000 dollars from the SEIU on the day that the bill came to the Senate.   Now it’s blocked.    Money from medicaid will continue to flow to the SEIU, at a rate of about six million dollars per year, from this scam alone.

Pro-life Dems give Randall Terry an Okla. delegate | Campaign 2012 | Washington Examiner

Pro-life Dems give Randall Terry an Okla. delegate | Campaign 2012 | Washington Examiner.

Randall Terry has dinged Obama in Oklahoma, and and will be able to take a delegate to the Democratic Convention.  Among five  Dem candidates, he took 2nd place,  garnering  18% of the Democrat vote in that state, which has been called  the reddest of the red.

Terry says that his poll results suggest that he could also run as a third party candidate and suppress votes for Obama without affecting Republican support.

The Pain of Selective Reduction

An article appears at American Thinker relating the damage caused by a selective reduction abortion.   The author’s  wife had IVF treatment which  resulted in her bearing triplets.   She decided that she could only keep one of them and opted  for the selective reduction procedure.  The author tried to pursuade his wife not to go through with this but she was adamant.

The procedure involved injecting two of the embryos with potassium chloride,  guided by ultrasound.  Anonymous Dad watched the screen as this was done,  and witnessed the aversion responses and deaths of these two triplets.   Contrary to the visible evidence, the fertility doctor insisted that the deaths were painless.

From Anonymous: “I pray to G-d every day to take those two innocents to Him, to welcome them, and I ask them every day for forgiveness.  As I will every day for the rest of my life.  I don’t know what accommodation my wife will make mentally and spiritually.  That is her business, and a burden her conscience must bear.”

These words indicate a marriage on the rocks.  This is a couple that needs to get with Project Rachel or some other post abortion counseling agency if they want their marriage to survive.  One wonders how many divorces result from the  differing beliefs of spouses about the value of human life.

Anonymous Dad contributed his article likely  as an act of repentance, and also in the hope that others could be dissuaded from abortions.  Prayers for his success.

Will there be a Bailout for Carbonite??

Carbonite | Rush Limbaugh | Sandra Fluke | The Daily Caller.

Carbonite CEO David Friend had to go with his “principles” and remove his advertising from the Rush Limbaugh show. He felt it is very important for Conservatives to regulate the words that they apply to females. Somehow it is felt that if conservatives would mind their speech, the leftists would follow suit, leading to more civil discourse. We have yet to see evidence supporting this idea.

Carbonite leads this week’s Nasdaq stock plummet by about 9 points, for a total of nearly 12 percent loss for its shareholders.

Perhaps the CEO feels that sticking to his “principles” is more important than the stock performance of the company. Perhaps, if the decline continues, the government will bail Carbonite out.

Obama defunds ‘snowflake babies’ – Washington Times

Obama defunds 'snowflake babies' – Washington Times.

A federal program that facilitated embryo adoption is being defunded by Obama in 2013.

The purpose of the Snowflake program was to make existing embryos available for adoption by infertile couples, so that they would not be killed and discarded.

The government claimed that lack of interest was the reason for cutting the 2 million dollar program. By comparison, it has more than one million per day to spend on planned unparenthood.

Mahatma Gandhi on Birth Control

“It is my certain conviction that no man loses his freedom except through his own weakness.”

“Contraceptives are an insult to woman hood. The difference between a prostitute and a woman using contraceptives is only this that the former sells her body to several men, the latter sells it to one man. Man has no right to touch his wife so long as she does not wish to have a child, and the woman should have the will-power to resist even her own husband.” – Mohandas K. Gandhi (H, 5-5-1946, p. 118)

Ms. Fluke, Mahatma Gandhi had a lot to say on birth control. Certainly he would have had the left-gurls’ panties in a wad, and if he had been on talk radio, your side would have been going after his advertisers.

The Left Wants to Remove Rush Limbaugh From the Airwaves

Why do the lefties only expect genteel behavior from us, and not themselves?

Media Research Center has a petition in support of Rush. Go there and sign it!

Brent Bozell mentions Rush’s apology for comparing Sandra Fluke to sluts and prostitutes, and notes that we have never heard apologies coming from leftie hate media for their treatment of our conservative female candidates.

Pharmer would like to add that Rush should not have applied the terms ‘slut’ and ‘prostitute’ when describing the activity of Sandra Fluke. It showed insensitivity toward ‘sluts’ and ‘prostitutes’. A large portion of females, commonly categorized as such, are not willingly assuming those roles. Many are sex slaves, or are under some kind of coercion. Some are mentally ill or addicted to drugs. A significant proportion of them are true victims of abuse. Some might argue that a portion of prostitutes are forthrightly providing a service for pay, and, by contrast, Sandra is not.

Sandra Fluke has calculated and worked for years to put herself in the public limelight she occupies now. She is not a real victim, though she is behaving as one. She’s a long time leftie activist, bent on further degrading women and their role in society.

There’s an illegal ad at tax payer funded whitehouse.gov, which contains a petition against Rush Limbaugh.
You can dial 202-456-1414 and ask them to take it down.

Contact these businesses and let them know that after leaving Rush for his assessment of Sandra Fluke, and because of their sponsorship of left wing hate radio…… they can be replaced.
