Planned Parenthood Forced to Settle Suit, Failed to Report Child Rape | LifeNews.com.

After seven long years, Denice Fairbanks has won a settlement from Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio. Her suit against the abortion provider included charges of covering up rape, and sexual abuse of a minor, and failure to report these things to authorities as the law demands. Ms. Fairbanks had been abused by her father from age 13, was impregnated, and was taken to Planned Parenthood for an abortion at age 16. Though she told the staff that she was being forced to have sex, she was offered no assistance and the abuse was not reported to authorities. She was returned to her father, and the abuse continued until a H.S. instructor was told, and reported the crimes.

Life Legal Defense Foundation and attorney Brian Hurley represented Fairbanks in the suit against Planned Parenthood. As expected, the size of the award is not announced, but Pharmer hopes it is H U G E.

'Furious' report slams 'disregard' for public safety as DOJ officials quit | Fox News.

The DOJ Inspector General has issued a 500 page report on Fast and Furious, the gun running operation that resulted in the deaths of hundreds of Mexican civilians and at least two U.S. federal employees.
The report specifies 14 Department of Justice employees who are assigned to accept the blame for the operation, and fall on their swords for Eric Holder. Jason Weinstein, the Deputy assistand attorney general of the criminal division is resigning. Former ATF acting director, Kenneth Melson has retired. Lanny Breuer, head of the criminal division is not expected to remain so for much longer.

Obama’s Department of Injustice has argued for the HHS mandate, against plaintiffs who cite that it violates the First Amendment of the Constitution. It holds that a privately owned company cannot exercise the religious beliefs of its owners in the business activities of the corporation. The Obama administration argues that it has authority to compel any privately owned corporation to do anything which the government demands, no matter how it violates the religious ethics of the company owners or employees. Legatus, an association of Catholic business leaders, Weingartz Supply, an outdoor equipment supplier, and Hobby Lobby, a large retail chain are among the filers of 28 separate lawsuits which challenge the HHS mandate in court.

Emails reveal Justice Dept. regularly enlists Media Matters to spin press « » Print The Daily Caller.

The Daily Caller obtained emails between the Obama Dept. of Justice public affairs director, Tracy Schmaler and the folks Media Matters, by means of a FOIA request.
Schmaler worked with Jeremy Holden at Media matters on means to attack the reporters covering the New Black Panther voter intimidation case as well as the DOJ employees who resigned in protest. Also covered are attempts to counteract coverage of the Fast and Furious operation, which caused the deaths of hundreds of Mexican civilians, and at least two U.S. citizens.

This highly clickable article by John Nolte highlights what netizens could surmise: that an almost unknown film that had been on YouTube for months, could not have suddenly touched off the 911-associated attacks on U.S. embassies around the world. It was much more likely that Obama had caused offense by repeatedly spiking the ball regarding the killing of Osama bin Laden, and particularly by doing it again at the democrat national convention.

Nolte points out that the little California film maker forgot to pay off the ObamaPAC fund raising machine. His competitor, Bill Maher, who skewered the Muslim faith in his film Religulous, has been exempt from blame by the administration. His film is better known, with much wider circulation. But Maher paid a million dollars to the Dems, so he’s exempt from blame for the current sad state of our foreign relations in the Muslim world.

In response to the claims that films cause terrorism, John Nolte is now demanding that the Obama administration get Sony to stop the release of Zero DarkThirty, the upcoming movie that celebrates the killing of bin Laden.
