Same Sex Marriage Anti-Narrative

The NBCI, National Black Church Initiative, is made up of 15 denominations representing 16 million Black Americians.  This group has cut ties with the Presbyterian Church USA  after the latter denomination decided to include same sex unions within its definition of marriage.

Said Rev. Anthony Evans, NBCI president, “There is always redemption in the body of Christ through confession of faith and adhering to Holy Scripture.”  He called on Christians to show ‘tough love’ to the Presbyterian church by ‘refusing to associate with the denomination until it changes its ways’.

On the another front:  businesswoman Courtney Hoffman, who is a lesbian, donated to the Memories Pizza fundraiser, and publicly supported the right of that business not to service same sex weddings.  Though she disagrees with them, she defended their right of self determination, saying that she would not want to forced as a businesswoman to support causes that she did not believe in.

Conservatives should keep in mind that the media charade surrounding the Indiana RFRA is a bogus thing, coming mostly from the leftist democrats.  It’s a tool to make conservative voters lose respect for republican wimps, and stay home from the elections.   The militant/intolerant Gaystapo, so prominently celebrated by the media,  is a relatively small group.

People might better attend to their investments, and carefully reconsider association or investments with  corporations run by those who cooperated with this latest, false media meme.

Dialing the phone number for Governor Mike Pence’s office gives a ‘mailbox full’ message.  So Pharmer wrote another letter asking him to veto SB 50, which guts the RFRA, and is worse than no RFRA at all.

Memories Pizza, up in Walkerton  IN had to close for the time being, due to the leftie plus gaystapo hate and death threats, but have gotten huge love from people donating at Go Fund Me.  The family intends to reopen their pizzeria.

Jess Dooley, who coaches golf at Concord High School, Elkhart Indiana, owned the now defunct twitter page below.
She is now suspended from her job while this Klan-like  threat of violence is being investigated.

Memories  Pizza, in Walkertown, IN  gained public attention with an announcement that they would not cater same sex wedding ceremonies.

Such petulant behavior is not unexpected from the left.

Calling on Evangelical Atheists to Do Something

Around Christmas time, activity of the evangelical atheists seems to pick up a bit more.  This might be an artifact of media coverage, but we tend to see some atheists objecting to outward displays of theistic faith, and others celebrating their own intellect by trying to drive the square vehicle of scientific method into the circular gateway of spiritual matters.

This Christmas, Thomas D Williams has brought “professional atheist” John G. Messerly to the loving attention of your friendly Pharmer.  Messerly is railing against religion as vulgar superstition, delusion, and states that humanity needs to outgrow this spiritual impetus that fueled the building of Western and Eastern civilizations.

We might decide to emulate Dr. Messerly, who has built………. ummmmm some books and some articles, and memberships in cool secular think tanks.  His contributions to civilization might out weigh those of the astounding, atheist biologist P. Z.  (has he published peer reviewed scientific research lately?) Myers. But if we did follow after these leaders of thought, what would get accomplished?

Academia, under the rule of the left has pumped out prodigious numbers of underachievers, who spend a great deal of time celebrating their own intellect, but very little time building things which could advance the human condition, or that of planet Earth.

Atheist evangelists can’t seem to let go of the Creator, who has them by the tail , or is the handle within their DNA?  That’s the Pharmer theory.

If an Atheist evangelist is messing with your religious expressions and celebrations, ask him what has he done lately.   Has he invented or constructed or created anything? Does he serve the needs of his fellow humans in any concrete way?  Has he discovered some new nugget of knowledge which could advance the condition of  mankind?

Wish him God’s blessings and a REAL JOB.

She’s Whining again.

Under experiences of racism, Michelle listed an incident during which person asked her for help getting something from the shelf in a department (Target)  store.  (It could have NOTHING to do with her height, of course).

The problem with this woman is that she doesn’t know that the little requests for help, or false assumptions about employment happen to everybody, regardless of race.   It happens to everyone who mingles with regular people.  In general, the Obamas are interpreting social experiences that happen to all of us regular people as experiences of racism. 

If Michelle doesn’t want to be treated as a regular person, she needs to stay in the Hamptons, rarified portions of Washington DC, or aboard Airforce 1.

One of the things that still rankles lefties is that America was founded without a royalty class, and the Tea Party still doesn’t want one.

Lena Dunham’s War on Women

If pop culture is on your radar, the Breitbart.com  deconstruction of a losing battle in Lena Dunham’s War on Women is worth your time.

Dunham’s  best seller “Not That Kind of Girl”, contains a number of departures from reality, as well as a story of sexually abusing her own sister.  Among these stories is a claim that she was raped by a prominent college republican.

Breitbart’s John Nolte has investigated the details of her story, and found it to be inaccurate, with the accused not matching Dunham’s descriptive highlights.  The named individual, very unlike Dunham’s “memory” of her sex contact,  has had to retain a lawyer, and disappear from social media.   Memories of the famous Tawanna Brawley case come to mind.

Lena Dunham continues to allow the named individual, who says he never met her, who does not match her physical description, who did not graduate when she said he did, and who did not work where she said he did, to twist in the wind.

Dunham refused to press charges in a claimed case of rape.  Either she is lying about rape altogether, or she has allowed a criminal (whose name and description do not match)  to remain free to repeat his crimes.  Both of these options harm other women.

Ferguson Charades

By now, many of those who have paid close attention to news of the protests in and about  Ferguson understand that they have been orchestrated in supposed response to a fictional narrative spun around a “gentle giant” Michael Brown.  From this base, leftists are trying to reenact the 60s and pretending to oppose the deteriorating race relations that they themselves  have brought about.

When confronted with available evidence, the grand jury  concluded that police officer Darren Wilson committed no crime, and refused to bring charges against him.  Despite this, he has resigned from the force.

A large proportion of protesters and rioters in Ferguson are rent-a-mobs, bussed in from elsewhere.  For example, 15 out of 16 members arrested from this leftie group of protesters was found to be from out of town says  KMOV.com. One of them was from Berkeley, CA.  CNN claimed that out of towners were inciting violence in Ferguson as early as last summer.

Most of the businesses damaged or destroyed on the first night of riots in Ferguson were minority owned.

Agents of Homeland Security have been nesting in and around Ferguson.  We were NOT supposed to be made aware of this fact,  as former employee, Mark Paffrath, discovered when he lost his job at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Chesterfield, MO, not 30 miles from Ferguson.  He reports seeing 70-plus Fed vehicles parked there, and had posted a photo and video of them online. Per Mr. Paffrath, a U.S. Navy veteran,  hotel management told him that his actions threatened a $115,000 contract that the hotel had with the Feds.

People are starting to tire of the lefties trying to reinvent and relive the civil rights movement.  More rational folks  find that protecting their own Ferguson neighborhood is more important than hosting a government backed riot.  Back in the 60s, Black people had good reasons to be protesting the unjust rule of mob, that caused extreme cases of abuse, and loss of life, as well as a routine environment of disrespect.   Now some of the new ‘civil rights’ charlatans, and low IQ media flunkies seem to be asking for the rule of mob to taint the legal process that protects our rights.

Racial Profiling of Sex Abusers by the Media

John Nolte of Breitbart.com is among those noticing that the media seems much more quick to paint Black men as rapists than White Men.

He holds up Bill Clinton as the top example of the molester in chief, who has been given a pass and a good deal of protection even up to today against the accusations of rape and sexual imposition, brought against him by Juanita Broderick, Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey.   Nolte points out that Bill Cosby does not enjoy media protection against 30 old charges of rape brought by a pair of women.  They are ready to throw Dr. Cosby into the trash heap of show biz history.  Likewise, dubious, and far less serious charges against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Herman Cain brought a firestorm of career damaging assault from the mainstream press.  It seems as though the media is more than ready to take down a public figure who is Black, on sex related accusations, but is very protective of the White guy.

Added to Nolte’s list is the tepid media coverage of horrendous accusations brought by both males and females who have recalled being molested or raped by members of the Hollywood elite.    It’s expected that “An Open Secret”,  Amy Berg’s  documentary film addressing the sexual transgressions carried out against underage kids in Hollywood,  is not going to get much distribution.

After branding conservatives as automatic racists, it’s time for the media to face up to its own, painfully obvious, racial bias and the damage caused to women, caused by holding Bill Clinton, White-Boy-molester-in-chief, as the top rock star of the Democrat party.  Maybe it was his steadfast support of abortion that earned him this armor coat of  media  protection.

Seeing Tea Partier, Konni Burton defeat her hand picked candidate, Libby Willis has to be putting a double hurt on the pink sneakered, catheter wearing, queen of the filibuster.

Aboard the Waaaaaaaaaaambulance is plenty of sterile water for irrigating the salt from Wendy Davis’ wounds.  It’s been a hard night for that extremist, Democrat supporter of late term abortion.
