U.S. in Contempt Over Gulf Drill Ban, Judge Rules – Bloomberg.
U.S. District Court Judge Martin Feldman (New Orleans) has ruled Obama in contempt of court due to his persistent bans on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Obama regime has refused to issue permits to any oil companies for deep water drilling in the Gulf, which effectively enforces the ban that the Courts overturned.
(Look for a new ruling of contempt of court in the Obamacare case also. )

After 70 days, the Obama Regime has stated that it will FINALLY accept aid from 12 other nations in cleaning up the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Deepwater Drilling Ban Lifted by New Orleans Federal Judge – Bloomberg.
The battle is on. U.S. District Court Judge Martin Feldman granted a preliminary injunction which overturns Obama’s ban on drilling in waters deeper than 500 feet. The injunction demands justification for a ban on drilling unrelated to that done by BP, and cites previous responses to disasters such as 911, after which flights were limited for only 3 days.

Yes, George Soros, heavily invested in Brazilian Oil Interests, which are still PUMPING AWAY, stands to benefit from Obama’s moratorium on US Oil drilling, and the purposeful exacerbation of the environmental disaster. Remember also that Obama sent our tax dollars to underwrite Brazilian oil drilling also.
Soros is still sucking US dry, never forget it.
While the president dithers, Jindal has taken command, and the National Guard has begun dropping sandbags for his barrier operation.
Okaloosa county leaders (the Destin, Florida area) are also taking matters into their own hands to prevent oil from entering their Choctawhachee Bay.
The county commissioners gave the OK for protective operations to commence, knowing they could potentially be prosecuted for it.
Adsorb it onto hay and use the hay as an energy source.

There’s an old protectionist shipping law hampering the cooperative efforts to clean up the oil slick in the Gulf.
Jones Act of 1920 slows clean-up of BP oil spill in Gulf and Louisiana coast.
The Europeans have noticed that Obama did not act his ability to waive the Jones Act so that European ships could assist with clean of of the BP oil spill.
Bush remembered to waive this same act so that there could be international assistance after Katrina………. but, you see, Obama’s response to this environmental problem is MUCH SLOWER than Bush’s response to Katrina.
So, radio hosts…….. get busy with making fun of Obama for this major omission. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal needs your help.

BP chairman summoned to Obama meeting over oil spill – Yahoo! News.
Mark Belling, radio talk show host from Wisconsin was heard in a guest spot of the Rush Limbaugh show on 6/10, between 2 and 3 pm wondering why Obama never spoke to the CEO of BP during the whole time of this oil spill disaster. Mr Belling said that this glaring omission was “JUST WEIRD” .
Immediately millions of people became aware of a tremendous dereliction of duty on Obama’s part. At 7:24 pm on 6/10 Obama-press hastened to tell the world that Obama has summoned BP’s chairmn, Carl-Henric Svanberg, (not the CEO) to meet with him on June 16th.
This will be Obama’s first meeting with any high level official of BP since the disaster — an action done at the behest of his most vehement critics. He’s apparently not in an extreme hurry, however.
Meanwhile, a bit more fraud in the Obama administration has been uncovered regarding the recommendations of oil experts on safety matters relative to deep water oil drilling. After these experts signed the report, Interior secretary Ken Salazar altered it to say that they recommended a moratorium on deep water oil drilling. They said no such thing, and the alteration has since been widely revealed on the internet news. Television watchers will not likely be given this piece of info.
Lefties are expecting BP to cover the costs of the oil spill cleanup and damages to injured parties. Injured parties includes those who are laid off from work DUE TO OBAMA’S MORATORIUM on ALL deep water drilling. Yes, BP is expected to pick up the tab for Obama’s nonsensical decision to stop deep water oil drilling.
