Ebony Wants Black People to Abort Themselves ?

Under the Wellness and Empowerment Section of Ebony is an opinion piece by Deacon Emma Akpan, who bemoans the lack of church preaching to promote birth control and abortion. She cites that Black women have the highest rate of unwanted pregnancies and highest infant mortality rate.  Then she proposes abortion to lower this problem.  (Yes, killing babies to lower the mortality rate.)

Pull quotes: 

“Black women are the most likely to deliver children who won’t live to see their first birthday.”  (Abortion is strongly associated with subsequent premature births, which is a huge contributing  factor in infant mortality.)

“Black women are also more likely to experience unintended pregnancies than their White counter parts due to poverty.” (The relationship of sex and  pregnancy is much more significant.   Does poverty cause more sex to happen? Why has poverty not been mitigated in the last six years?)

“The pastor has the opportunity to erase the shame associated with unplanned pregnancies”. (By recommending death for the baby?)

Readers can check again to make sure this was not missed…… because the opinion piece appears to completely ignore the fact that  Black babies are aborted at a much higher rate than any other demographic group in the U.S..  Abortion is by far the leading cause of death for Black Americans.  This appears to be not enough for Deacon Akpan. (Has Margaret Sanger been ‘reincarnated’?)

What is Deacon Akpan’s  problem?  According to the article, she works for Planned Parenthood as a community organizer.

NBC Provides Another Reason for You to Change the Channel

Breitbart calls this a shock, but it’s NOT.  Brian Williams, the NBC Nightly News anchor has had to recant a 12 year old tale about his helecopter being forced down by an RPG hit during the 2003 Iraq war.  This often repeated story has been inflated to the status of media legend.  Williams was forced to admit his lie during an interview with Stars and Stripes after crew members of the helicopter which had been hit said that the “news” man was not on board, nor was he on the other two helicopters in that group.  His helicopter arrived at the site about an hour after the emergency landing, according to crew from the 159th Aviation Regiment’s Chinook which had been hit by the RPG.

NBC has become rather well known for inventing “news” after doctoring the 911 tape of George Zimmerman, (a disposable Democrat voter) appear racist, and has provided numerous other reasons to find other news sources.

 

Update 2-7-2015… It appears that Williams will be taking a hiatus from his anchor position on NBC Nightly News.

Ferguson Charades

By now, many of those who have paid close attention to news of the protests in and about  Ferguson understand that they have been orchestrated in supposed response to a fictional narrative spun around a “gentle giant” Michael Brown.  From this base, leftists are trying to reenact the 60s and pretending to oppose the deteriorating race relations that they themselves  have brought about.

When confronted with available evidence, the grand jury  concluded that police officer Darren Wilson committed no crime, and refused to bring charges against him.  Despite this, he has resigned from the force.

A large proportion of protesters and rioters in Ferguson are rent-a-mobs, bussed in from elsewhere.  For example, 15 out of 16 members arrested from this leftie group of protesters was found to be from out of town says  KMOV.com. One of them was from Berkeley, CA.  CNN claimed that out of towners were inciting violence in Ferguson as early as last summer.

Most of the businesses damaged or destroyed on the first night of riots in Ferguson were minority owned.

Agents of Homeland Security have been nesting in and around Ferguson.  We were NOT supposed to be made aware of this fact,  as former employee, Mark Paffrath, discovered when he lost his job at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Chesterfield, MO, not 30 miles from Ferguson.  He reports seeing 70-plus Fed vehicles parked there, and had posted a photo and video of them online. Per Mr. Paffrath, a U.S. Navy veteran,  hotel management told him that his actions threatened a $115,000 contract that the hotel had with the Feds.

People are starting to tire of the lefties trying to reinvent and relive the civil rights movement.  More rational folks  find that protecting their own Ferguson neighborhood is more important than hosting a government backed riot.  Back in the 60s, Black people had good reasons to be protesting the unjust rule of mob, that caused extreme cases of abuse, and loss of life, as well as a routine environment of disrespect.   Now some of the new ‘civil rights’ charlatans, and low IQ media flunkies seem to be asking for the rule of mob to taint the legal process that protects our rights.

Supersized Cadaver Sets Fire to Crematory Roof

The roof of the Southside Cremation services building was set ablaze during the creamation of an 800 pound cadaver. The Henrico County, Virginia, facility was able to control the fire and later resumed the remainder of the process. The family of the deceased was not present, but perhaps after this news event, has a clan legend to tell.
“Uncle ______ was sooo big, he set a grease fire at the crematory……..”

It’s Sexual Balkanization!

Jill Stanek had to translate* so that readers could better understand  Jack, a woman who says (s)he is a “femme non-binary person”, and who feels left out of the leftie narrative with respect to women’s choice, access, health.  Yep, the war on women is passing Jack by.

Jack’s story was used to illustrate a persistent theme Jill Stanek has been elucidating.  The left is by no means a unified group of people, all satisfied with their general social and political direction. There is quite a bit of dissent in the ranks.

Pharmer’s issue: People often want to put a label on themselves and fit into a special little group. And they want recognition of that special little group.
There are more labels for sexual identity than any person could memorize (and they change all the time).

Sex expression and performance has always been a sort of continuous gradient, made more plastic and variable by the endocrine disruptors pushed by the medical and other industries. Impinging on the gradient is the fact that some people will always want to step outside of occupational roles dominated by one sex or the other.

Why are people so fond if being pigeonholed? It’s as though they encourage conflict and victimization in order to fill up the time that they spend NOT building, creating, producing and uplifting.

Find your vocation.  Get a real job!   Be happy!

How We Know the Catholic Church is Not Money Hungry

While this is not the only example of churches promoting illegal immigration, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church is funding and helping illegal immigrants to travel East from Fontana, California.

The United States portion of the Church is said to comprise 60 percent of the financial wealth of the  Catholic Church worldwide.   We know that the Catholic Church is not money hungry because it’s been trying to cut down this financial resource for decades, by promoting uncontrolled immigration, and through support of big government and socialist policies.

Pharmer supports increased and simplified LEGAL immigration:  We could swap out our  lefties  for  immigrants who want to become  Americans, and who like to work for a living.  We could rebuild American culture that way. 🙂

Costco Suffers Social Media Backlash for removing D’Sousa’s Book from Stock

WND confirmed that Costco has made a decision to return copies of Dinesh D’Sousa’s book, ‘America: Imagine the World Without Her’ to the publishers.

Jerome Corsi adds that Costco’s cofounder, Jim Sinegal is a big leftie, who is a Democrat donor, spoke at the 2012 DNC convention, and has personally done well within the capitalist system that Obama abhors.

Businesses have a right to sell whatever products they like, and exclude other products.  Shoppers have a right to patronize businesses which exude a culture and sell products which are more in tune with their own views and lifestyle.  Your’s truly is  wondering if some of the family members  will be moving over to Sam’s Club on account of Costco’s repeated expressions of affinity for the leftists.  The decision to cease carrying  D’Sousa’s book might be the last straw.

UPDATE 7-10:  “Nevermind!”   Costco claims to have discontinued the book based upon sales, and claim to have reversed their decision based upon sales (and not vigorous outcry from their member-shoppers).  The company is  reordering D’Sousa’s book.

Your friendly Pharmer has returned from redneckia to cyberspace once again.  Why the hiatus?   Spring planting of a rather large garden, plus a couple of familial speedbumps, caused a period of bloggus interruptus.  Also, a discovery that the soap made in Pharmer’s kitchen is waaaaaay better than the stuff in the stores impelled the production of MORE product.  There seems to be a demand, so gifting is becoming a breeze.  After ‘playing with chemistry’ for a number of years, saponifying at home is fairly easy, however there is a learning curve to cutting straight with that big cheese knife.

Lefties Invent Race Controversy, Republicans Fall in Line

The leftists have invented a False Racial Controversy out of some comments made by Cliven Bundy, the famous Nevada Rancher. It’s totally bogus, but, just as expected, weak minded republicans are denouncing Bundy, because this is what the lefties tell them to do. We really need to get rid of these politicians, and unfortunately that seems to include Rand Paul.   It has now become racist to say that the stupid government policies are are screwing up the lives of various minority people.

He also gives some interesting comments on immigration.  Of course some buzz words are there, and no brainless acolyte of political correctness could pass through them to hear the real message. In addition, the destruction of family is high on the leftist agenda.

The lamestream media managed some editing, so that the Republicans would denounce Bundy as fast as Pavlov’s dogs salivated. They never fail to disappoint.
