Obamacare- Law bans new doctor-owned hospitals, Blocks expansion of existing ones..

Sixty new doctor-owned hospitals will be halted due to Obamacare, and existing ones will not be permitted to expand.

This impedes both availability and choice of health care options for patients.  Socialized medicine achieves this every time it is tried, and Obamacare will be no different.

This hot story shut down the CNS news server today, but other fine blogs are carrying the news.

BREAKING NEWS: Plane carrying Polish president crashes in Russia | Mail Online.

Among the dead  are Polish President, Lech Kaczynski, his wife, Maria,  Army Chief of Staff, Franciszek Gagor, National Bank president,  Slawomir Skrzypek, and approximately 90 additional passengers.  Details are at the above link, but expect them to change as more is learned about the passengers, the flight,  and the cause of the crash.

Pharmacist charged after he allegedly forces girlfriend to miscarry | stargazette.com | Star-Gazette.

Pharmacist Orbin Eeli Tercero, on the run after “allegedly” forcing the abortion of his unborn child, has been apprehended in New York, and will face multiple charges in his home state of Pennsylvania.

In brief, Tercero was engaged to one woman, but had a second mistress on the side whom he made pregnant. He is charged with using misoprostil, a prescription-only, prostaglandin analog to produce a miscarriage of the mistress’s 13 week old unborn baby, without her consent.

This is one more example of circumstances under which abortion is not a woman’s choice, but she is made to have one anyway.

Perhaps this pharmacist will be back in practice in time for Obamacare. Given his attention to medical and personal ethics, he’d probably fit right in.

Chris Matthews -Memory Lapse or just another Lie

You know every politician is taken to task  for such public gaffes as Chris Matthew’s latest bomb.  Byron York dissects him thoroughly for his latest comment on the use of “regime” to describe the Obama administration.   Apparently the TINGLY ONE had never heard such a vitriolic term used to describe a U.S. presidency.

It seems that Chris Matthews forgot the thousands of time the term “Bush regime” came up in the mainstream media, as well as his own use of the term.
