Fembot

If any of you oldsters thought that Lt. Commander Data of Star Trek the Next Generation was weird……. Le Trung, of Canada has his very own robotic girlfriend named Aiko. He thinks she’s the perfect woman. She never complains and she works almost 24 hours a day. Aiko is Le Trung’s very own invention. This guy started early, designing his first robot at age 8. His latest model, is fairly life-like, touch sensitive, with an extensive vocabulary and ability to keep books.

By the way, the name Aiko means love, with the diminutive “child” ending that you see attached to a lot of female Japanese names. This robot is a love machine, though her inventor did not design her for sex. If you touch her the wrong way, she’ll slap you.

Apparently Aiko doesn’t fool around.

Gov. Rod Blagojevich is going DOWN!!!

I do remember predicting lawsuits for Rod Blagojevich due to his very strong stand against the conscience rights of medical professionals. Many of those lawsuits are still in progress, and I suppose that the Governor will have plenty of time to spend with the good attorneys, giving depositions relevant to these cases, while he’s in prison. Perhaps in the coming years, the visits from these lawyers will allow him to recall formerly having authority and words that people wanted to hear.

On to the reasons for Blagojevich circling the drain:
In a nutshell, the Feds have him for conspiring to SELL OBAMA’s Senate Seat!!! Yessir! A federal judge had been given reason enough to allow FBI wiretapping of the Governors dealings, and this effort yielded bountiful incriminating evidence directly implicating the governor in attempting to obtain financial gain from his authority to choose the next senator from Illinois.

In addition, there have been illegal maneuverings against the Tribune company, (threat to block financial backing which would allow the company to ‘sell’ the Cubs and Wrigley field) in an attempt to alter the Tribune’s editorial board. The ‘financial backing’ was sort of a scheme with the Illinois Finance Authority to save the struggling Tribune Corporation a good deal of tax expenditures. Blagojevich wished to tie the state assistance to an agreement from the Tribune to fire editors who had been critical of him.

Back to the predictions department. Rezko has to be singing for reduced time in the slammer.
(There has been a Grand Jury subpoena served up to the Mutual bank concerning Obama’s land deal with Rezko.)

Now Blagojevich will sing. Many of these songs will be about Obama, another member of the Chicago Cartel, otherwise thought of as government in the state of Illinois. I believe that Obama will be the next Democrat presidential Impeachment, if the courts do not disqualify him for failure to prove himself a natural born citizen of the U.S.

Elder Abuse

The Smoking Gun brings us a story of young caregivers at a Minnesota Nursing home mistreating the residents. Criminal charges have been brought against the two who are over age 18 for abuse including physical torment and sexual contact. I had seen but passed over this story as too disgusting to present on the blog. The thought of the elderly being unsafe in a place which is designed to protect them is disturbing. But another story brought it back to my mind.

It seems that 27 year old Jon Favreau had some pictures taken of himself and an associate playing with a cutout of sixty-something Hillary Clinton. The friend is offering the Hillary cutout a beer, and Favreau is striking a pose of groping her breast. This and other pics were placed on Favreau’s facebook site, but were removed after about two hours.

One wonders why a guy, in a position as Obama’s chief speechwriter
would post such pics of himself. It could be that he completely lacks a sense that some people could find the behavior a bit odd or disgusting. There are certain types of people from whom I would expect all sorts of unusual behavior, but it’s rare for even those people to “do it in the road” displaying it for all to see.

Yep…. this is Obama’s chief speechwriter, … the guy who conveys in words, the lofty ideals and virtue of the next president….. as he would have others see him.

Republicans to get Laryngitis from Non Stop Filibustering.

I hope the remaining Republicans are willing to sacrifice their voices for America. Saxby Chambliss (R- GA)won his bid for Senatorial office, and so the Dems don’t have their magic 60 percent required to completely ruin our lives.

This is a good thing. I might need to move to Georgia now, since 60 percent of those people are normal enough to realize that letting the Democrats totally run the U.S. would not be healthy.

Big smile.

Lawsuits aplenty, and this stuff is all over the Internet

Pharmer is watching the fun of these 17 lawsuits, filed mostly by democrats, concerning the citizenship of Obama. There’s a collection of evidence that the Obamanator is not a natural born citizen of the U.S., and is therefore unqualified to be President. Two lawsuits are pending consideration by the U.S. Supreme court. Look up docket’s here if that floats your boat.
In addition, Obama appears to be a bit outside the constitution with respect to nominating Hillary as Secretary of State. There’s a rule against nominating an elected official, during the term which they are elected to serve, to fill an appointment to office such as the Cabinet. This has been done by two prior Democrat presidents, I understand, but who’s watching?
HA.
and here’s a cool link to an analysis of Obama’s selective service registration. Seems that the form is waaaaay newer than his signature is supposed to be. Check it out! Way to go, Debbie Schlussel.

How about that? A nice short one packed with fun links to read. I must be getting lazy.

OOPS, October wasn’t hot after all!

NASA’s Goddard Institute of Space Studies stepped in it again, by reporting this past October as the hottest on record. After people sorta noticed that October really was rather cold over much of the world, with unseasonable snowfall, including the worst ever in Tibet, there was a recheck of the figures. It was found that September data from Russia and other locations had been repeated in October, making the overall temp seem warmer than usual. WHUPS! It’s that same James Hansen, who had to retract the claim that the 90’s had been the hottest decade of the last century, and instead report that the real heat was back in the 30’s.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is rating this October as the 70th warmest in the last 114 years… in other words, a little colder than average.

Barbara Boxer Camp dismisses Aide for Kiddie Porn

Jeffery P. Rosato, a senior advisor to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, and aide to Barbara Boxer has been dismissed due to an apparent penchant for kiddie porn.

It seems that an unnamed third party was chatting up an FBI undercover agent who was posing as a 13 year old boy, and exchanging porn files. On the computer of this person was indication that he was also exchanging files with Rosato. Kiddie porn was subsequently found on Rosato’s computer.

Boxer’s spokesperson, citing a zero tolerance for crimes against children (with the exception of Boxer’s support of abortion), has said that Rosato was immediately terminated.

Last month, an aide of Democrat Sen. Maria Cantwell of Washington also lost his job for similar reasons.
