Jailed border agent’s family warned of massive fine

Jailed border agent’s family warned of massive fine.

Jesus E Diaz was sent to prison for 24 months (in solitary confinement) and fined for lifting the handcuffed arms of an uncooperative  drug smuggling suspect in order to move him.  It was a maneuver taught to the border patrol agents at the Academy, and Diaz had been cleared of any wrongdoing by his superiors, as the suspect was uninjured.

The federal government then prosecuted and convicted him for the  supposed offense of violating the suspects civil rights.  Agent Diaz is now in jail and terminated from his job.  His family has been served with a collection notice for the fines associated with his conviction.

The perpetrator, who was found with 75 lbs of marijuana on his back, was given immunity for his testimony against Diaz.

  1. This smells suspiciously like a remake of Ramos & Compean..where a smuggler with a Van load of drugs was given immunity for his testimony aginst the two border agents back in 2008.

Some powerful individual in or a protectorate of the federal govt. is eliminating the drug competition.
