Cathie Humbarger, of Allen County Right To Life is checking on the applicability of the Americans with Disabilities act to Fort Wayne’s abortion business, Women’s Health Organization. Apparently the patients have to trudge down the steps after their procedures.
We already know that legitimate businesses and public swimming pools have to provide access to those with physical limitations. It will be interesting to see if this is another government regulation that doesn’t apply to abortion clinics.

Face to face interviews were conducted by “trained lay interviewers of the U.S. Census Bureau” with an expectation of honest answers about mental illness, substance abuse, and physical and sexual abuse.
Patients do not reliably relate this information to their health care providers (who are legally constrained to keep it private). Pharmer is therefore 100 percent certain that the census workers were not able to obtain a usable body of data using face to face interviews. Respondents are not likely to report stigmatized or socially unaccepted conditions and experiences with the following in mind: The government wants to know if you are experiencing mental illness, or if you were abused as a child. Your ability to be licensed for certain professions, or own a means of self defense may be affected.
You may comfortably throw away any conclusions presented from this study, and laugh at those who present it as a means to persuade parents to never spank their kids on the behind as a corrective measure.

Pastor Joseph Parker of Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church came away from his denomination’s convention in Nashville disappointed that the life issues were not addressed. Michelle Obama was the keynote speaker, and with her husband’s record on abortion and related issues, one wouldn’t expect that to be her favorite topic. Rev. Parker’s group distributed copies of Maafa 21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America. a documentary of how minorities have been targeted by the abortion industry. He points out that Obama’s government is supporting Planned Parenthood to the tune of a million dollars per day.
“We think of the fact that lots in the African-American community wouldn’t think highly of an organization like the KKK, but the reality is Planned Parenthood kills more African-Americans in two weeks than the Klan has killed in its whole 150 history,” notes Parker. “And so it’s important that people in the African-American community become aware of how dangerous the organization of Planned Parenthood is.”

Pastor Michael Salman has been harassed by Phoenix City officials for years, concerning Bible studies which were held on his 4.6 acre property, with as many as 20 people in attendance.
After Salman built a two thousand square foot outbuilding the City of Phoenix is planning to jail him for zoning violations.
It would have been OK to use that building as a game room as it had been described in the building permits. Bible studies are not considered suitable entertainment activity so the rules which apply to public businesses and churches have been brought to bear on Salman. He faces 60 days in jail, $12180 in fines and 3 years probation.
