Orthodox Jewish Rabbi, David Bendory, heads up Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership.   He’s acutely aware of the gun restrictions which preceded Hitler’s genocide in WWII Germany.  Raised in leftie Essex NJ, guns were not part of his upbringing.  His views changed drastically after visits to Israel, where heavily armed  guards are everywhere, and after the 2008 Islamic terrorist attacks in Mumbai, in which Jews were among those specifically targeted.

As EXPECTED, Weiner’s NY Congressional District Goes Republican

A retired media executive, Bob Turner beat NY Dem. Assemblyman David Weprin in Anthony Weiner’s  (9th) NY Congressional district.  One might gather that the negative political influence of Obama has become extreme.

Fun facts:  This district comprises parts of Brooklyn and Queens.  The population is 40% Jewish with Dems spinning the results with the fact that many are Orthodox (actually religious Jews).  Obama has a 37 percent approval in this district.  Turner is Catholic.  Weprin is Jewish.  Some say that his vote in favor of gay marriage in the NY state assembly did not help his chances.  This congressional district has not been in Republican hands since the 1020’s.   The current administration’s  lack of support for Israel  likely was a heavy influence causing the huge shift in voter sentiments.

A beer summit isn’t going to fix this problem for Obama.

Teen Accused of Brutally Stabbing Israeli Fogel Family: ‘I’m Proud of What I Did’ | The Blaze.

18-year-old Amjad Awad  and 17-year-old Hakim Awad are charged with killing the Fogel family in Israel.   The elder of the two says that he did it all for Palestine and that he would do it again.

A reminder of the horrific killings which occurred in March 2011:  4 year old and 11 year old Fogel boys were stabbed, the 3 month old baby’s throat was slashed,  the  parents were stabbed and the mother was also shot.

The clueless Obama has requested that Israel retreat to indefensible 1967 boundaries, and Netanyahu, naturally has refused, since he knows this means the end of his country.

Obama is hurting from the Muslim  backlash in response to  killing Osama bin Laden, (and receiving no political benefit from it).  He’s ready to throw Israel under the bus to make  up to his radical friends, not realizing that this isn’t beneficial for most of the Middle East in the long run.

Netanyahu’s visit to the US will be interesting.

NYT: Building Houses Much Worse Than Murdering Families In Their Sleep – Big Journalism.

Pics of the five Fogel family members who were stabbed to death  by a  pair of Palestinian terrorists are featured in the above article, which takes the New York Times to task for its insane coverage of the event, and the ensuing decision of Israel to build more houses in Judea and Samaria.

IRS screening the non-profit status applicants for political viewpoint

IRS to Jewish group: ‘Does your organization support the existence of the land of Israel?’ – Ben Smith – POLITICO.com.

Z Street,  a Zionist group claims that the IRS is screening non profit status applicants for views favoring Israel.

IRS agent Tracy Dornette apparently questioned this group in writing:

“Does your organization support the existence if Israel? …. Describe your organization’s religious belief system towards the land of Israel.”

This document came to light in a lawsuit filed by Z Street this past summer.

From the Politico:

Z Street claims it was told that the IRS is “carefully scrutinizing organizations that are in any way connected with Israel” and “a special unit” is determining whether it’s activities “contradict the Administration’s public policies”.

Community Organizers Back the Flotilla to Gaza, Sez WND

Labyrinthine and byzantine is the plot and purpose behind the Flotilla attack on the Israeli naval embargo of Hamas-stuffed Gaza.

All aboard! Obama pals back violent Gaza flotilla.

Aaron Klein,  of WND, who is actually stationed in Jerusalem, not on the internet like so many reporters, explains the embargo and the bogus nature of the “AID” to the Hamas in Gaza.

Israel allows shipments of actual aid to this region, but has made intensive effort to stop the flow of arms.  Israel’s navy offered the flotilla activists the opportunity to ship the aid materials to Gaza, but was met with violent response.

Klein contends that the Hamas leaders are not smart enough to engineer such  smear of Israel’s image as the flotilla has been.  He tested his idea that this had to be the work of community organizers, and has found a link to old time friends of Obama, through the Free Gaza Movement.   He identifies Bill Ayers,  Bernardine Dohrn of the Weather Underground, and Jodie Evans of Code Pink as accessories to the conception and planning of the flotilla.
