End of Obamacare waivers announced late Friday

Obamacare waivers get axe in last-minute Friday night news dump – Patriot Update.

There are about 1400 total waivers granted from Obamacare so far.   Late Friday there was a decision to halt any more waivers  to industries, which would be damaged by the new health care regulations, as of Sept. 22 this year.
There has been difficulty for the administration in justifying its choices of which businesses are worthy of preserving until 2012 by granting  waivers from the onerous cost of Obamacare regulations.

From the San Francisco Chronicle: Obamastyle “transparency”

Obama Administration punishes reporter for using multimedia : Bronstein at Large.
“The hip, transparent and social media-loving Obama administration is showing its analog roots. And maybe even some hypocrisy highlights.”

Phil Bronstein knows hair….. yes he does.

Also he’s grousing at Obama for cutting off a presidential pool reporter, Carla Marinucci, because she used her little video cam  to catch some protest action during one if his fundraisers in San Francisco.

Expect for Carla to be reinstated back in into the press fold now that this scoop has gotten out all over the internet, and the legendary transparency is widely known not to exist.

SEC Says New Financial Regulations Allow It to Hide Its Failures

FOXBusiness.com – SEC Says New Financial Regulation Law Exempts it From Public Disclosure.

The public will not be able to obtain SEC records using the Freedom of Information Act.   The SEC remains accountable only to government.

Fox Business News Network learned this when the SEC claimed this week that Section 9291 of SEC Financial Regulatory Law H.R. 4173 allowed it to refuse FOIA requests for info..

So much for Obama’s promise of increased transparency in government.

Fox Business Network intends to challenge this interpretation of the law.
