Despite the obvious fact that Holder is running the department of injustice according to his boss’s bidding, and suing states for exercising their right to govern themselves, he’s going to be Obama’s eventual fall guy for sending guns to drug cartels in Mexico. The guns were eventually were used to kill hundreds of Mexicans and a pair of U.S. border agents.

'Furious' report slams 'disregard' for public safety as DOJ officials quit | Fox News.

The DOJ Inspector General has issued a 500 page report on Fast and Furious, the gun running operation that resulted in the deaths of hundreds of Mexican civilians and at least two U.S. federal employees.
The report specifies 14 Department of Justice employees who are assigned to accept the blame for the operation, and fall on their swords for Eric Holder. Jason Weinstein, the Deputy assistand attorney general of the criminal division is resigning. Former ATF acting director, Kenneth Melson has retired. Lanny Breuer, head of the criminal division is not expected to remain so for much longer.

The House oversight committee is throwing the Fast and Furious issue, and Eric Holder’s obstruction of justice to the federal court system.
Holder has been stonewalling and withholding documents which have been subpoenaed by the Oversight Committee for months and months, as he tries to prevent discovery of his and the president’s complicity with the very illegal, Fast and Furious, gunrunning operation.
Over the weekend, Issa tweeted that he will sue Eric Holder for the information.
This ought to give Republicans something to talk about during the campaign season.

Dennis K Burke is the U.S. Attorney in Arizona who headed up the Fast and Furious Operation.

Before that, Burke worked with the Senate Judiciary Committee in the Clinton Era, on the 1994 assault weapons ban.

He was Janet Napolitano’s Chief of Staff when she was Governor of Arizona.

Burke contributed to Obama’s 2008 campaign, and worked with his transition team on border enforcement issues.

When Janet Napolitano became “Big Sis”, Secretary of Homeland Security, Burke became her senior advisor.

Obama then appointed Burke to be U.S. Attorney for the district of Arizona, and Eric Holder appointed him to the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee.

That’s how Dennis Burke came to direct the Fast and Furious operation.

If after knowing this, you still think that Obama and Holder had no prior knowledge of the gun walking of Fast and Furious, you must be a leftist.

An interesting statistic is that only 17 Democrats voted to hold Eric Holder in criminal contempt of Congress, for his withholding of documents pertaining to the case, and for lying on more than one occasion. An additional 5 Dems, for a total of 21 voted to pursue a civil contempt case against Holder in court.

One expects that these Democrats will not be partying at the DNC convention in North Carolina.

Pharmer has been waiting a long time for the House to begin proceedings against Attorney General Eric Holder, for his refusal to cooperate with their investigation of the gun running of the Fast and Furious operation in Mexico. Possibly Holder’s ridiculous claim, that emails mentioning Fast and Furious were not about Fast and Furious, was the tipping point.

The U.S. government sent guns to Mexico in order to raise controversy about their use by drug cartels, and use this as an excuse to undermine our Second Amendment rights.

Use of Fast and Furious supplied weapons is connected to many deaths including hundreds of Mexican citizens outside of the cartels, and U.S. border and ICE agents.

The executive branch of government has assisted the killings by Mexican drug cartels in order to whip up antipathy towards American gun owners.

Congressional action against Eric Holder is long overdue.

Eric Holder has been stonewalling the investigation of the ATF Fast and Furious operation in which the ATF apparently bought guns in the United States and gave them to the Mexican Drug Cartels. This was for the purpose of convincing the public that the U.S. is a source of guns to criminals, and that more gun control is necessary.

Congress has reached the conclusion that Eric Holder cannot investigate himself to find out whether he committed perjury in his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee on the Fast and Furious operation. He had claimed no knowledge of the operation.

At this time there is much movement of ATF personnel and attorneys within the Justice department. They are cleaning house, in preparation of the troubles to come.

Pretty much is already known, however, and it it is up to the White House to determine if Eric Holder should be the fall guy, or if they should all go down together.

Samir Khan, of North Carolina and Anwar al Awlaki of New Mexico were killed by the drone method in their newer home of Yemen. Both of these two served as Al-Quaeda outreach to U.S. citizens.

Khan co-edited “Inspire” magazine, which translated Al Quaeda ideology to English. Al-Awlaki was the radical Islam preacher of cyberspace who is blamed for mentoring Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the Fort Hood killer.

The justice department might struggle with the concept of executing U.S. citizens without a trial, while insisting that terrorist prisoners, and prisoners of war from other countries should have been granted trials in New York as U.S. citizens. We might ask Eric Holder to present an argument on that matter in between his efforts to cover up his Fast and Furious troubles – using tax dollars to buy guns for the Mexican drug cartel.

After assassinating multiple Muslims, how is Obama going to raise campaign cash in the Middle East like last time?

You might pick up all kinds of cool scenes, and shenanigans.

Here’s that video from last election of the Panthers guarding a polling place with billy club in hand. The Washington Post actually dug up more lawyers inside Obamaminejad’s Department of “Justice” who assured us that the civil rights of White voters were not of interest, and the situation continues as such.

There was a party at Breitbart, celebrating that the Post had actually done a good bit of investigative journalism, just as in the old days.

From the Washington Post, regarding the Black Panther Case at the Dept. of Justice:

“In the months after the case ended, tensions persisted. A new supervisor, Julie Fernandes, arrived to oversee the voting section, and Coates testified that she told attorneys at a September 2009 lunch that the Obama administration was interested in filing cases – under a key voting rights section – only on behalf of minorities.

“Everyone in the room understood exactly what she meant,” Coates said. “No more cases like the Ike Brown or New Black Panther Party cases.”

Fernandes declined to comment through a department spokeswoman.”
