Indiana Right to Life Sets National Precedent with Resolution Denying Democrat Endorsements – Christian Newswire

Hot off the The Christian newswire, Indiana Right to Life has set a policy unlike any other prolife group thus far.  The group will endorse no democrat political candidates.   Prior to this, the group had abandoned hope of finding a suitable prolife democrat for the Indiana house, but their policy now universally abandons the  Dems as a whole.    This results from the Indiana congressional Democrats abandoning their prolife interests entirely, in favor of Obamacare.

Read the Indiana Right to Life proclamation below.

“Whereas the Democratic Party officially endorses the right to unrestricted abortion on demand; andWhereas Democratic leadership continues aggressively to advance federal policies that undermine the right to life of unborn children; andWhereas Congressman Brad Ellsworth, Congressman Baron Hill, and Congressman Joe Donnelly betrayed the trust of pro-life Hoosiers by voting for the pro-abortion federal health care reform bill; andWhereas the Democratic caucus in the Indiana House, under the leadership of Speaker Pat Bauer, continues to block all legislation aimed at limiting, restricting, and reducing abortions in the state of Indiana; andWhereas candidates of the Democratic Party are responsible for the policies and actions of the party and its leadership;Be it resolved that the Indiana Right to Life Political Action Committee will grant no endorsements to any Democratic candidates for any public office.”

Two Organizations Creating a Need for Themselves

Some activist organizations  (including PFLI) steadfastly remain as all-volunteer entities.  This eliminates the temptation to ensure survival by creating or exacerbating the  problem which the organization addresses.

On the other hand,  the Komen Foundation appears to have joined planned parenthood in  self arranging a plan for continuation into  perpetuity.

Planned parenthood encourages and feeds irresponsible sex behaviors, in order to create the need for its birth control services, including abortion.   Both the pill and abortion continue to show a link to increased breast cancer.

Komen Foundation funds planned parenthood organizations, and is increasing this connection.  Abortion and birth control pill use are both linked with breast cancer.  So it seems that Komen Foundation is developing a similar self perpetuating  strategy as it develops into  one of the most fashionable charitable causes.

A board member of Komen Foundation,( and the son of its founder) also maintains a joint business interest with planned parenthood of the great northwest.

Read details, brought to you by Jill Stanek, below, in the following two articles, both very much worth your  attention.

Free Health Care When? and Yes, Free Viagra for Sex Offenders

Health care overhaul spawns mass confusion for public | McClatchy.

Above linked is an address of public  misunderstandings about the scope and the time frame of implementation for Obamacare.

Unmentioned in the article are hospitals which were diverting patients, and on  critical census status  in the week after obamacare passed, due to this little misunderstanding about Obamacare.

Such is the degree to which the supporters of Obamacare understood what they were supporting.

According to Rollcall, the Congressional Research Service has confirmed that sex offenders and rapists will have access to tax payer funded Viagra and other sex performance enhancers under the current Obamacare plan.

Republican Senator Tom Coburn had offered an amendment to allow democrats a way out of this embarrassing situation.  Apparently fearing a backlash from their associates and constituency, the democrats declined to pass the Coburn sponsored amendment to eliminate coverage of Viagra for known sex offenders.

Nebraska Bill to Ban Late-Term Abortions Based on Fetal Pain Passes First Vote

Nebraska Bill to Ban Late-Term Abortions Based on Fetal Pain Passes First Vote.

Nebraska is rapidly becoming the late term abortion capital, taking over this dubious distinction from Wichita Kansas, home of abortionist George Tiller, who was forcibly  caused to assume ambient  temperature last year.

The response from Nebraskans has been to introduce a bill, LB1103,  placing limits on late term abortions based upon fetal pain studies, setting a limit at 20 weeks.

Naturally the abortion advocates are up in arms.  American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (with past president Dr. Richard T.F. Schmidt dissenting) is stepping outside its medical specialty to declare that there is no evidence that humans feel pain at 20 weeks development in utero. Perhaps they’ll lose a few more members over this.

The specialists to consult would be neuroanatomists, pediatricians, perinatologists, neonatologists, embryologists, etc.

The  practice to give narcotics and benzodiazepines to premature babies weighing about a half kilo in the NICU is likely based upon something, don’t you think?

There have been hair splitting arguments assuming that consciousness of pain is required for humane treatment, with discussions of  the degree of needed connectivity between the hypothalamus and cerebrum for true awareness  to occur. This is notwithstanding the concept that consciousness begins at the level of the hypothalamus itself.

The animal rights activists are needing no such debates and standards  to request and obtain humane treatment for their creatures.

Chris Matthews -Memory Lapse or just another Lie

You know every politician is taken to task  for such public gaffes as Chris Matthew’s latest bomb.  Byron York dissects him thoroughly for his latest comment on the use of “regime” to describe the Obama administration.   Apparently the TINGLY ONE had never heard such a vitriolic term used to describe a U.S. presidency.

Rush Limbaugh, Chris Matthews and the ‘regime’ question | Washington Examiner.

It seems that Chris Matthews forgot the thousands of time the term “Bush regime” came up in the mainstream media, as well as his own use of the term.

From York’s editorial:

Finally — you knew this was coming — on June 14, 2002, Chris Matthews himself introduced a panel discussion about a letter signed by many prominent leftists condemning the Bush administration’s conduct of the war on terror. “Let’s go to the Reverend Al Sharpton,” Matthews said. “Reverend Sharpton, what do you make of this letter and this panoply of the left condemning the Bush regime?”
