FFRF Sues the IRS Over Churches’ Alleged Political Endorsements | TheBlaze.com.

Atheism is an act of faith.  Its default belief,  without evidence, is  that the universes are self generating and self maintaining – in the absence of the Creator which they deny.

The IRS has been running away from dealing with free speech challenges by over a thousand pastors, on Pulpit Freedom Sunday, probably because they know they’ll lose.

It’s difficult for the IRS  to tell churches that they can’t keep non-profit status if they convey political preferences, with Cecile Richards of the NON- non-profit, Planned Unparenthood, so vigorously supporting and campaigning for the Abortionist in Chief, Obama.

Atheists are getting frustrated at the slow process of compelling complete fealty to the state.  Their Freedom From Religion Foundation, FFRC, is suing to compel the IRS to move against the churches and compel enforcement of the Johnson tax regulation from the 1950s, limiting the free speech of non-profits.

Forcing the hand of the IRS might bring about the early defeat and nullification of these IRS regulations.  It’s what the Pulpit Freedom Sunday Pastors have been hoping for: a chance to win back 1st amendment rights, and beat the tax-man once and for all.

 

Mumbai: Supreme Court Rejects Bail for Sex Selective Abortionists

No bail hope for 6 months for foeticide doctor: Supreme Court – The Times of India.

Dr Sudam Munde and his wife Dr. Saraswati Munde have botched a late term abortion and killed both patients while on bail for sex selective abortions.

Varsha Deshpande, India’s version of Lila Rose, had busted the abortionists for their operation to selectively abort girls.  The couple had been out on bail, but this was revoked due to the illegal abortion they committed in May, which killed the mother, Vijaymala Patekar, as well as her baby.

The Supreme Court in Mumbai has denied Munde’s subsequent bail application, and ruled that he cannot attempt another application for six months.

Varsha Deshpande has learned the codes used by the sonography industry to get around the laws of India against  sex selection abortions.  She’s conducted 34 sting operations of sex selective abortionists and sonographers since 2005, and has just recently put up her own website.

Bible Publisher Beats Obama Abortion-HHS Mandate in Court | LifeNews.com.

Tyndale House Publishers in Illinois have obtained an injunction stopping the enforcement of Obama’s health care mandate while it’s suit against the edict and its unconstitutional penalties moves forward.
For the time being the Publisher, clients of Alliance Defending Freedom,  cannot be forced to pay for abortive drugs, and procedures for any of its employees.

Twinkies Maker Hostess Going Out of Business, CEO Blames Union Strike | NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth.

Gregory Rayburn CEO of Hostess has announced closure of the entire corporation, and intent to sell off the assets to the highest bidder.
The decision to close came after insufficient numbers of workers heeded the deadline to return to work on Thursday.
Rayburn said that if he could not get production close to normal levels he would have to shut down.
This means that 18000 more workers across the U.S. are entering Obamaville, and dependency on the government.

Congrat’s to the Unions who thought that no job was better than a job with reduced pay and benefits, for a company that was struggling to survive.

None of the people shown in this gathering for the Chicago teachers union would admit to being teachers to interviewer Jeremy Segal of Rebel Pundit. Remember Janeane Garofolo, leftie activist, stand up comedienne, and whacko, Obama acolyte extraordinaire???

It seems that she married Rob Cohen (Big Bang Theory producer) while drunk in Vegas about 20 years ago, and forgot about it. She was reminded recently when he wanted to marry someone else. His lawyer dug up this little complication, and the two ex-lovers had their marriage dissolved.
