From American Life League, Just in Time for Condom Week

Planned Pedophilia (oops, parenthood,) is reaching out to your grade school kids.
Warning, this film is gross, because planned parenthood is, so don’t turn it on in front of the little kids. The older kids have probably seen it all, unfortunately.

The updated video on Youtube, without the picture of a former planned parenthood intern who complained about the use of her photo.

The Story behind ALL’s decision to rework the video is at Jill Stanek’s blog.

Abortion Clinics Blame it on Stericycle

2 Texas abortion clinics fined for fetus disposal – San Antonio Express-News.

It would probably help if Legitimate health care facilities understood how their  medical waste disposal service operates.

Stericycle,  based in Illinois, is in hot water for improper disposal of  human fetuses killed at a pair of Texas abortion clinics.

It seems that there was no problem with Stericycle’s steam disinfection method, but in Texas,  the medical “waste”  (containing little corpses in various states of dismemberment) is supposed to be buried……. NOT thrown in a municipal  landfill.

Stericycle has been fined 42,612 for failure to comply with the regulations.

Whole Woman’s Health Clinics in Austin and McAllen are paying up also,  a total of about $40,000 between them.    They’re placing the blame on Stericycle of course.

Take home information:  Pharmer knows that a LOT of hospitals and clinics employ Stericycle to dispose of their medical waste.  People who have  miscarriages might want to bear this in mind, if respectful treatment  of the body is a concern.

What’s Wrong With the Catholic Bishops?

Catholic Bishops: Obama‘s Contraception Mandate Change ’Unacceptable’ | TheBlaze.com.

They’re afraid to lose the money.  The church related institutions have become too dependent upon government income.   If  the bishops  weren’t afraid, they would be asking why any health  insurers cover birth control, Killing, and sterilizations. These things are lifestyle choices, and the middle one is morally wrong according to all the major religions, particularly when done for recreational purposes. The Bishops are so conciliatory that they express no difficulty with other people, outside specific religious affiliation, being forced to involve themselves in birth control, abortion and sterilizations.
Birth control hormones used for that purpose are recreational drugs. They are taken in order to support a purely recreational activity. Birth control and sterilization also alter a healthy system and make it function abnormally. Therefore they are not really ‘health care’. Nor is killing a part of health care.

It’s as though the bishops aren’t fully invested in removing abortion from Obamacare.  Pharmer is still waiting for any word of this issue to be mentioned at her parish.

Mark Steyn subbing for Rush on hangover Monday (2/6/12), appeared to have been taken in by this Onion-like presentation of “news”, at a socially leftist forum.  In a sort of parody, a story about Imams from Cincinnati, Phoenix, Green Bay, and Lubbock protesting the Obama birth control Mandate, was attributed to the National Journal.  (Following the entry were numerous comments from people who don’t know how the various birth control drugs operate, and do not know why many  religions oppose them. )

Mark Steyn  realizes that the Muslims are guarding conscience rights against abortion  in Europe, and so it was understandable that he’d expect the U.S. Muslims to have something to say about the Obama mandate.   What they have to say so far, Obama’s news organs do not want us to know.

Muslims don’t absolutely forbid all abortion and birth control,  but do not approve of either being used for recreational reasons.  Therefore adherent Muslims would not be happy to distribute  the drugs for these purposes in the vast majority of situations.

Like Europe, the U.S. may  eventually  be relying on the religion, which is not known for turning the other cheek,  to deal  with Obama’s unconstitutional attack on religious freedom.   Collectively the Catholic Bishops are not likely to have enough resolve to get this job done.

Pharmer took the opportunity to drop a letter at the White House site. It’s blunt, to the point, and written in the most plain language possible. The text is below:

Regarding the birth control, abortifacient meds, sterilization mandate:
I understand that now the First Amendment rights of all pro-life insurance company owners/employees will be violated, as well as all subscribers, including the churches and religious institutions. It’s just as Unconstitutional as the first mandate.

Long ago I knew this would happen with Democrats in control. Couldn’t convince the “faithful” then, but at least it’s easier now.
Health care professionals are being coerced to participate in abortion. The next step is to coerce women to abort, according to government’s demographic requirements.
Incidentally, Muslims are now the ones protecting conscience rights against abortion in Europe.

Planned Parenthood does not launder that much money for democrat elections. Surely, in 2008, more $ came from outside the U.S..
You guys work cheap.

*David Axelrod already had this email address in 2009 and surely there is no need repeat it in your collection. I hate spam.

Georgia Supreme Court Knocks Down Law Restricting Assisted Suicides | Fox News

Georgia Supreme Court Knocks Down Law Restricting Assisted Suicides | Fox News.

It appears that Georgia has no law against assisted suicides. There has been a law which restricts the advertising of assisted suicide. The Final Exit Network has been advertising this, and the fact that they helped a 58 year old cancer patient kill himself. This lead to a conviction of four of their members, which was overturned by the state’s Supreme Court last Monday.

The Supreme Court said that to ban the advertising, when there is no law against assisted suicide, amounts to a restriction on freedom of speech. The opinion, by Justice Hugh Thompson, suggested making a law against assisted suicide itself, rather than selectively going after those who publicly proclaimed their activities.

Santorum’s Support of Arlen Specter – Pro-life Maneuvering?

Playing pro-life political chess – Jill Stanek.

Joel Brind tells the story of  Rick Santorum’s support of Arlen Specter, which many pro-life people thought was a terrible mistake, or a  betrayal.

According to Brind, there was a  story behind the story, and a driving need to keep a Republican senate majority in order to get Bush’s Supreme Court nominees through the Judiciary committee.

The strategic thinking at the time was that pro-lifer Pat Toomey could not carry the election  if he had beaten Specter in the primary, and the Dems could have taken a majority in the Senate.  Santorum’s endorsement was part of a trade with Specter for his promise  to behave himself as head of the Judiciary Committee, and do the job Bush needed him to do.

Brind credits this maneuvering for the placement of Justices Roberts and Alito.   Check that story for yourself and see what you think.
