Beloved teacher suffered miscarriage breaking up classroom fight when student elbowed her in stomach.
A teacher at Exploration Academy in Bronx, NY miscarried her baby at four months, after attempting to break up a fight in her fifth period Spanish class. She had been inadvertently elbowed in the abdomen.
The two students involved in the altercation (over a chair) have been suspended.
