Nebraska Bill to Ban Late-Term Abortions Based on Fetal Pain Passes First Vote

Nebraska Bill to Ban Late-Term Abortions Based on Fetal Pain Passes First Vote.

Nebraska is rapidly becoming the late term abortion capital, taking over this dubious distinction from Wichita Kansas, home of abortionist George Tiller, who was forcibly  caused to assume ambient  temperature last year.

The response from Nebraskans has been to introduce a bill, LB1103,  placing limits on late term abortions based upon fetal pain studies, setting a limit at 20 weeks.

Naturally the abortion advocates are up in arms.  American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (with past president Dr. Richard T.F. Schmidt dissenting) is stepping outside its medical specialty to declare that there is no evidence that humans feel pain at 20 weeks development in utero. Perhaps they’ll lose a few more members over this.

The specialists to consult would be neuroanatomists, pediatricians, perinatologists, neonatologists, embryologists, etc.

The  practice to give narcotics and benzodiazepines to premature babies weighing about a half kilo in the NICU is likely based upon something, don’t you think?

There have been hair splitting arguments assuming that consciousness of pain is required for humane treatment, with discussions of  the degree of needed connectivity between the hypothalamus and cerebrum for true awareness  to occur. This is notwithstanding the concept that consciousness begins at the level of the hypothalamus itself.

The animal rights activists are needing no such debates and standards  to request and obtain humane treatment for their creatures.

Washington, a Pedophile’s Playground

Mother furious after in-school clinic sets up daughter’s abortion.

In Washington  child of any age can consent to an  abortion.  And if she doesn’t tell her family, the initial  procedure is free.

Therefore perverts  can go as young as they  want in this state, and make the girl abort the baby.    Washington, therefore appears to be designed as an absolute playground in the U.S. for guys who want to have sex with little girls.

Find here the age of consent for sex in Washington. Note that it does not jibe with the lack of age limit for consent to abort.

However it seems that if  the  little victim can be taken for  an abortion, the age of consent for sex would not matter very much.

The Coalition of  Positive Sexuality has an information page for perverts  (the fingercot set who are still waiting for the new hotshots condoms) to determine which states to drag their underage  victims  for abortions.   It excitedly lists the states which require no parental consent for this decision to kill their unborn kids.

Bet on this page getting an extra spike of hits from the sickos that the search engines drag in.

Meanwhile, for the normal people left in Washington, how are the homeschool laws,  now that you KNOW your daughter’s school can drag her to the clinic for an abortion without your consent?

Oh, and do remember,  if the abortion is botched,  guess-who covers the cost of the extremely expensive aftermath in the hospital,  whether or not one of the the victims survive.

Cochrane review: Morning After Pills

Advance provision of emergency contraception for pregnancy prevention ——– DOES NOT REDUCE PREGNANCY RATES in the populations studied.

However the reviewers  conclude that it should be available anyway.   (Child molesters need to have access to them).

The review claims….. studies compare  populations with prescription availability to populations with over the counter availability.

The review authors do not know how the morning after pills work, and therefore misbrand them as emergency contraceptives, as does the increasingly  useless US  FDA.

The Center for Reproductive Rights,  ever attentive to the needs of pedophiles, is encouraging the FDA to extend over the counter availability to minor girls,  though there is no data on effects in this population, and particularly the long term safety.   Trot over to Jill Stanek’s blog for that video and the rest of the story.

Hey Sisters Take a Look!

This one comes from Life News!

Congressman Bart Stupak also responded to the letter and refuted it.

“When I’m drafting right to life language, I don’t call up the nuns,” he said, adding that he relies on truly pro-life groups like “leading bishops, Focus on the Family, and The National Right to Life Committee.

Did you catch that??

This is where those  59 ‘nuns gone wild’ have gotten you, with their errant behavior and support of Obamacare and the abortion mandates, which will eventually come with it.

Rep Stupak himself is playing a bit of a shell game with the illusion that merely removing abortion funding will remove the threat of abortion coercion, which has always accompanied other socialized medicine programs. But even he feels comfortable dissing the nuns on the issue of pro-life government legislation.

In the same Lifenews  report is refutation of the AP claim  which Pharmer previously discounted, that 59,000 nuns were represented by the 59 leaders.

The Bishops have felt the pressure from the Vatican, and from more adherent Catholic lay people regarding Obama care and are now running newspaper ads against Obamacare.

Pharmer will repeat until blue in the face…… Planned Parenthood Federation personnel  are near the point of  simultaneous climax, thinking about all the new abortion business which will be brought by government health care.   You have heard  NO objections from NARAL, planned unparenthood and the feminazis, concerning Obamacare, the Senate Edition.   This is because it guarantees extensive support for abortion, and their industry looks forward to massive growth, which the Guttmacher Institute estimates as a  30 percent increase in abortions.

Sisters,  it is time for you to put  these nutty nuns, who have signed on to the looming Obamanation, out to pasture.    Ethically  intemperate religious orders will continue to shrink in size, if this leadership problem is not addressed.

Addendum……..  a  statement on health care, ignored by the mainstream media, from the Council of  Majors Superior of Women Religious, who represent about 10,000 sisters, and who still have applicants wanting to join their orders.

It’s Time to Get Real about Obamacare

Filling up the Pharmer’s email are huge numbers of requests from various pro life organizations to sign petitions  which demand removal of abortion from health care.

Very briefly, this is the explanation for an inability to sign on to most of these.

The premise from so many groups is that the problem of the democrat health care plans will be solved with language removing abortion funding from the bill.

People naively assume that removing funding will remove the abortion mandate.  This is not so.   Mothers will be coerced to abort unborn babies with untoward fetal diagnoses in any government run system, because  there will be the threat of no health coverage for such kids.   Health care professionals will still be coerced to participate in this and other unethical activity.   This is the reality in other socialized medicine systems which lack the funding for care of premature infants, and those with significant congenital disabilities.

Denial of care at other points in development, with respect to early diagnosis using imaging, severe illnesses, and terminal illness, is also a sad  reality in other government run health care systems, as well as the one planned for America.

Finally there is the problem of turning over our health care autonomy to an entity which is KNOWN to be CORRUPT.   This is not a smart move.   The control over our health care will be used by the government to control other aspects of our lives.

Sorry to the pro-life liberals,  Pharmer, (whose  insights stem from health care experience),  is ethically constrained from  signing on to any aspect of the killer-government controlled health care.
