The Newer, Better Shingles Vaccine

The April Pharmacists Letter came out with some talk on the new Shingrix, shingles vaccine, which is said to be preferred by the CDC over Zostavax.

There’s another reason, besides markedly superior efficacy, to like the new vaccine offered by Glaxo SmithKline.  Merck’s Zostavax is not so highly purified, and has the liability of having been developed with that MRC-5 strain of cells obtained from the pulmonary tissue of a 14 week, electively aborted, male human fetus.

If you prefer human organ and parts donations to be voluntary, then you have a few good reasons to choose Shingrix over Zostavax for preventing shingles.   Shingrix is made using hamster ovary cells rather than a cell line from a killed human fetus.  The GSK product is highly purified, has undergone extensive clinical trials, and is showing better efficacy and longevity of protection against shingles than Zostavax.

The source of the MRC-5 cell line is no secret.  But you might want access to the drug information from Merck and Glaxo SmithKline to have certainty about how these vaccines are made.  Click them, look for the section called DESCRIPTION and compare.

Remember the folks at cogforlife.org who keep a comprehensive repository of information about vaccines and other medical products which have ethically controversial origins, as well as available alternative products which can be used in their place.

Complaint Portal for Those Suffering Discrimination Based upon Religion or Conscience

Here’s where You Should File a Complaint if you are suffering discrimination based upon your religious or conscientious beliefs. This includes ALL health care professionals who are being pressured to do things (such as killing, maiming, or fraud) which violate their conscience.

Government Health Care Incompetence on Display (Again)

Washington State has been persecuting  Stormans, a family owned pharmacy business, whose employees oppose dispensing the morning after pill on the grounds that it can kill humans early in development.  The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a hearing of their case, leaving them with the option of complying with Washington’s coercive, totalitarian stance towards those who try to practice health care, or run a business in accordance with their consciences, or losing their livelihood.

Since 2011, when the research was published showing that Plan B doesn’t work for average sized American women (due to their size), more states have been trying to coerce the dispensing of this bogus drug. This underscores government incompetence in the field of health care. When Plan B does work, it can operate by post fertilization mechanisms – killing the early embryo, and killing is killing, ‘no matter how small’. Research shows that it doesn’t work to delay or stop ovulation during the women’s most fertile day of the cycle, (after the luteal peak). Yes, if you’re small enough for Plan B (levonorgestrel)  to work, it can be an embryo killer (abortive).

Silver lining: The supremes at least didn’t rule that pharmacists in all 50 states have to dispense Plan B, which could have happened with this nutty court.  The Stormans could close down and bring up a business elsewhere, if they haven’t already been drained of the financial means to do so, by the onerous, and unjust state.   Unfortunately the state of Illinois, as well as the  federal government are currently  attempting to legislate that pharmacists must practice incompetently with respect to the dispensing of birth control to patients.

Starbucks CEO Peeking Out of His Bubble

Wow, Howard Schultz peeked out of his bubble long enough to notice the rancorous division in America.  He has no idea that much of this is by design.  With Americans at war with each other, it’s much easier for government to grab more of our freedoms from us.

The Starbucks CEO has issued a call for civility.  We’re supposed to all get together and heal now.

Howard, how about healing your barristas’ salaries a bit.  They’re nowhere near averaging that magical $15 dollars an hour. 😉

Outside of the government funded rent-a-mobs stirring up hatred among Americans, there won’t ever be unity while Americans disagree on whether it’s OK to usurp and embezzle, as Washington DC does, kill babies and sell their parts, as Planned Parenthood does,  or groom little kids for sex, as our government does.

Hillary is Often Confused, Says Huma

Judicial Watch had to file a lawsuit after the State Department failed to respond to a FOIA request to obtain Huma’s emails.  This finally resulted in an information dump which underscores the stupidity of conducting state department business over non-protected internet channels.  Huma has also been caught obtaining special treatment for Clinton business associates and her own relatives, including her mother, the dean at Dar al-Hekma University in Saudi Arabia.

Huma Weiner’s email trove has yielded a missive sent to another Clinton aide, Monica Hanley, which reveals that Hillary apparently is in mental decline.  Judicial Watch pulled up the following exchange between the two.

  • Abedin: Have you been going over her calls with her? So she knows singh is at 8? [India Prime Minister Manmohan Singh]
  • Hanley: She was in bed for a nap by the time I heard that she had an 8am call. Will go over with her
  • Abedin: Very imp to do that. She’s often confused

Fox Business News Helped Spread Racist Lie about Ben Carson

Your friendly Pharmer certainly likes the way that Ben Carson stands his ground, and does not back away from his views when assaulted by the media.  Such  stalwart behavior has scared the lamestreamers to death, and so they perpetrated a racist attack against Carson last week, led by the White House press outlet called Politico. All of them falsely put forth a story that Carson claimed to have received a full scholarship to  West point.  This carried with it the implication that he claimed to have applied, accepted and perhaps even attended, depending on how the words are interpreted.  Carson’s  biography does not state any such thing.  It does say that Carson had  distinguished himself in a High School branch of the ROTC, and had attended a dinner function with Gen. Westmoreland who talked up West Point, and that officials of said institution indicated that that Carson could be admitted tuition free.  (Most H.S. kids interpret tuition-free, college education  as a  ‘scholarship’.)  Carson does not claim to ever have applied to nor attended West Point.

Not many conservatives recognize that Fox news can’t be used as a reliable news source any more than the rest of the lame streamers.  They’re pretty much a mouthpiece for the republican establishment.  There are certain stories that are not permitted to be covered by Fox News, although their opinion shows have had more free rein.   Local reporters might express interest, but their editors will snap them right back, and kill the story.  This has gone on since the network was new.  Increasingly we also see laziness on the part of the reporters, perhaps because of disillusionment.

Fox Business news decided to carry the ball for Politico as well as the rest of the useless media, and is now stuck with the results of  its laziness and ingenuousness.  Politico has  had to walk back its completely dishonest libel, smearing every news venue that repeated the story.

Non-news Extra:  Buzzfeed has tripped up the increasingly disappointing Wall Street Journal, as the latter attempted to take apart another story in Ben Carson’s biography.  WSJ cast doubt upon Carson’s tale about falling for a hoaxed psychology exam which was offered after the first one was said to have been destroyed.   Subsequently, a classmate at Yale popped up and admitted to Buzzfeed his complicity in that prank. Oops.  One can forgive a blogger (who has another job or two)  for not hitting the streets to investigate every story.  But the journalists who are paid to report the news need to leave their chairs every so often and do some research.

Our useless media have been attempting colonoscopies on the non-establishment candidates, but demonstrably do not know where to go with the hose.

A Health Care Professional Response to Killing and Selling Babies

The video series currently being released by the Center for Medical Progress graphically depicts the depths to which medicine has fallen after it became legal and accepted to kill humans prior to, during, and shortly after birth. 
At this point, referring for abortions of supposedly ‘defective’ humans, or those resulting from sexual assault,  has become standard medical  practice.  Health care providers are considered negligent (and may even be successfully be sued) if they do not at least mention this option of killing unwanted offspring to patients.
Selling the body parts of killed humans naturally flows from accepting the inhumane processes by which their lives are snuffed.  Abortion providers and related personnel have joined the sex traffickers and slavers in the heinous practice of selling humans.
We hope that seeing the videos which expose Planned Parenthood and the various distributors of baby body parts will awaken the hearts of Americans and people around the globe, and allow them to understand the following:
We, the undersigned  health care professionals, would rather give up our practices than be forced to participate in the inhumane, and often tortuous killing of very young humans, and the sale of their body parts.   We pledge our assistance in replacing the government officials who appropriate  tax money and public resources in support of these profoundly immoral practices.

The Darwin Award goes to LGBT Activist

Vance Day, a judge in Marion County Oregon has come under fire for opting to avoid officiating any marriages in order to dodge the conscience problems associated with putting his imprimatur on same sex weddings.

Jonathan J Cooper of AP quotes a gay ‘rights’ activist Jeana Frazzini as follows: “Taking that kind of a step really calls into question how an LGBTQ person could expect to be treated in a court of law,  It goes beyond marriage and gets to serious questions about judicial integrity.”

We should remember the reality that the mainline religious groups who ran to the aid of all people suffering from HIV, and who opposed  the culture of killing and abusing homosexuals are the same ones who disagree with gay marriage.

Frazzini comes from the same illogical  leftist ilk that calls pro lifers terrorists because they oppose killing very young humans.

It is time for the more reasonable of gay people in the U.S. to speak up for the religious groups which have advocated for their basic human right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.   They’ll need to be loud and proud to counter the leftist frauds which pretend to speak for their interests.  Who will assist them when the Christians, (who are taught to love all people = sinners) are persecuted, deprived of their jobs, jailed or killed?

Do lefties expect life with  with ISIS to be friendlier?

Frazzini apparently is counting on similarly incompetent leftists to provide for her health and  well being.  A good outcome is not expected.

She has earned the first place Darwin Award this week.

Holly O’Donnell Reveals What Compelled Her to Leave Stem Cell Express

Abby Johnson was pushed out of the abortion business by seeing an ultrasound guided abortion that hit her with the reality of killing unborn humans.

Holly O’Donnell, former baby parts procurement technician, was pushed out of the business by seeing the extraction of a brain from an aborted baby who was still alive.

This is not medicine. How far will the slaughter and sale of humans go before people wake up?
