The Rest of America Learns that Incest is Legal in Blue New Jersey.

We, the people of rural-flyover country, have heard thousands of snide comments from leftists about kissing cousins, incest, banjos, ad nauseam.   Columbia University professor, David Epstein has already demonstrated to us all that lefties should be pointing fingers at themselves.  He had a four year affair with his adult daughter which went very public about the same time his wife found out, and his facebook page disappeared.  In an effort to decipher the first hints of this news, yours truly did some research, and discovered that it is legal in New York state for cousins to marry, but NOT in Kentucky.  Apparently it is also OK for an uncle and niece to marry in that state.

A new story of father daughter incest has revealed that it is legal for an adult parent to marry his offspring in the very blue state of New Jersey.  The internet is ablaze with a story of a 18 year old woman from the Great Lakes area who intends to move to New Jersey with her father, with whom she had recently reunited, and discovered a sexual attraction.  They hope to be married and raise a family there.

Remember when Whoopi Goldberg declared that Roman Polanski’s rape of a 13 year old girl wasn’t a legitimate rape? It wasn’t “rape-rape,” she said. It was more…. a statutory rape. Except the victim says that she resisted at first, then she stopped because she was afraid of Polanski. That didn’t qualify as a real rape, or a crime in the demented mind of left-gurl, Whoopi.

It is really sick, and if you read it, you’ll wonder what is wrong with Whoopie Goldberg and the countless other amoral leftists who defended or minimized Roman Polanski’s multiple rapes of the drugged Samantha Gailey.

Missouri senate candidate, Todd Akin, didn’t think a woman would be likely to get pregnant if she were “legitimately” (meaning violently) raped.
Roman Polansky had a solution to the possibility of Samantha Gailey getting pregnant while being raped in a drugged state, (which circumvented the physical violence). He took no chances on whether or not pregnancy was likely, and utilized her rear exit.
Perhaps his precaution is what appealed to Whoopie Goldberg and the left-gurls, and led them to defend him, time and time again.

In left-land: Roman Polanski drugging and raping a thirteen year = OK. Todd Akin differentiating between physiological response to violent or statutory rape = Evil. And not wanting to kill a baby in recompense for the crime of her father = unspeakable extremist horror.

The left has been supporting numerous government programs which are going to make life as difficult for U.S. females, as it is for women in China.
After the HHS mandate and Obamacare complete the intended purpose of removing the pro-lifers from health care, females will lose autonomy over their bodies. The government, with its planned parenthood, will continue the “educational” programs of grooming them for early sex, and it will decide when and if they have babies, birth control, abortion or sterilization. That the males are also being groomed for this is going to exacerbate the problem.

Particularly in this past week, establishment republicans have shown themselves to be willing helpers to the leftists in this regard.

New concern over commercial use of President’s image

This expression of concern about the use of the president’s image, and the involvement of Obama’s lawyers coincides with the publicity about the prolife ad below.

The lawyers need to find a way to limit the use of Obama’s image to promote things (particularly prolife ideology, I bet) with which he might not agree. The price to pay is the dampening of public “worship” of that very same image.

It’s a lose-lose situation for Obama.

Obama wants to Break his own rule

Obama promised more transparancy, and new restrictions on the access and use of lobbyists in his government.

The only problem is that he wanted to break his own rule, two days after announcing it. See, Obama wants to utilize a lobbyist (William Lynn) from defense contractor, Raytheon, as his deputy defense secretary. Yep. The guy has limited short term recall. He can’t remember his own rules for even a week.

This is gonna be fun.

Congrats to CNN host Campbell Brown for daring to mention this. I wonder if she’ll keep her job for long. Maybe she wil. It seems that CNN is hoping to survive the great boycott by mentioning Obama’s name in vain a few times.

Newsbusters has identified another CNN’s Howard Kurtz labeling MSNBC as the ‘Obama Network’:

“After some discussion, Kurtz hammered home the point:

“Wasn’t he really saying, “If you like Barack Obama, this is the network to watch?”

Guest Amanda Carpenter of TownHall.com nodded her head, smiled, and said, “Right.”

Kurtz replied: “Okay, well then I just want to be clear about it, because MSNBC denies that it has moved to the left, and I think the evidence is pretty strong.”

Post-inaugural Wasteland

Here is a revised estimate of the crowd size at the Inaugural ceremonies. Once predicted to be 4 million, the actual crowd seems to have been a good deal smaller, based upon estimates from the satellite views. WaPo gives various estimates in its article.

An account of the huge trash cleanup indicates that the crowd gathered to celebrate on Jan 20th did not leave a light carbon or garbage footprint. And below is a video that says it all, except for the port-o-let issue.
Calculations from our school’s 8th grade algebra students reveal that NO WAY was 5000 port-o-lets enough to hold all the crap! We’re planning to suggest this intellectual exercise as an addition to the next edition algebra texts. Similar calculations of volume and capacity, suggested by the articles and video, are welcome.

On this weekend, prior to the inauguration, festivities called the (MAL) Mid Atlantic Leather Maneuvers, are being held at the Doubletree by a sadomasochistic group, and this has gotten the Americans for Truth in a tizzy.

Don’t view this link unless you are unfazed by graphic descriptions of extreme left-recreation.

The squeamish, who wish not to rent a room after extremely odd activities have taken place there, might wish to avoid this DC Hotel.

Prominent Ohio "Catholic Democrat" Leader busted on prostitution charges

Eric McFadden is known for Heading up Ohio Governor Strickland’s, Faith Based Initiatives office , and for his leadership of Catholics for Faithful Citizenship, and for his support of Hillary, Kerry, Obama, et al.

He’s also in the news now, for promoting prostitution in his home town of Columbus Ohio, and for pandering obscenity involving a minor.

This story will not be available from the mainstream media because it is NOT news. It’s usual and normal for Democrats to be involved in this type of activity. However, if a Republican is caught in this kind of activity it’s bigger news than a large plane or train wreck.

The Columbus OH Dispatch paper lets us know that the lucky Mrs. McFadden lost her car to police impoundment, because her hubby used it as a backdrop for promotional pics of a 17 year old prostitute.

McFadden considered his outreach in promoting the Democratic politicians to to be “a voice to Catholics so they can stand up and say, ‘I am a Catholic Democrat, and I’m proud and these are the principles that I believe in.’”

Well, OK…………….something to believe in. The democrat party has long been too full of kink for a compliant Catholic.
