Emails reveal Justice Dept. regularly enlists Media Matters to spin press « » Print The Daily Caller.

The Daily Caller obtained emails between the Obama Dept. of Justice public affairs director, Tracy Schmaler and the folks Media Matters, by means of a FOIA request.
Schmaler worked with Jeremy Holden at Media matters on means to attack the reporters covering the New Black Panther voter intimidation case as well as the DOJ employees who resigned in protest. Also covered are attempts to counteract coverage of the Fast and Furious operation, which caused the deaths of hundreds of Mexican civilians, and at least two U.S. citizens.

Remember when Whoopi Goldberg declared that Roman Polanski’s rape of a 13 year old girl wasn’t a legitimate rape? It wasn’t “rape-rape,” she said. It was more…. a statutory rape. Except the victim says that she resisted at first, then she stopped because she was afraid of Polanski. That didn’t qualify as a real rape, or a crime in the demented mind of left-gurl, Whoopi.

The testimony of Samantha Gailey before the grand jury following the attack is summarized at the very bottom of this page, and the entire document is archived HERE at the Smoking Gun.
It is really sick, and if you read it, you’ll wonder what is wrong with Whoopie Goldberg and the countless other amoral leftists who defended or minimized Roman Polanski’s multiple rapes of the drugged Samantha Gailey.

Missouri senate candidate, Todd Akin, didn’t think a woman would be likely to get pregnant if she were “legitimately” (meaning violently) raped.
Roman Polansky had a solution to the possibility of Samantha Gailey getting pregnant while being raped in a drugged state, (which circumvented the physical violence). He took no chances on whether or not pregnancy was likely, and utilized her rear exit.
Perhaps his precaution is what appealed to Whoopie Goldberg and the left-gurls, and led them to defend him, time and time again.

In left-land: Roman Polanski drugging and raping a thirteen year = OK. Todd Akin differentiating between physiological response to violent or statutory rape = Evil. And not wanting to kill a baby in recompense for the crime of her father = unspeakable extremist horror.

The left has been supporting numerous government programs which are going to make life as difficult for U.S. females, as it is for women in China.
After the HHS mandate and Obamacare complete the intended purpose of removing the pro-lifers from health care, females will lose autonomy over their bodies. The government, with its planned parenthood, will continue the “educational” programs of grooming them for early sex, and it will decide when and if they have babies, birth control, abortion or sterilization. That the males are also being groomed for this is going to exacerbate the problem.

Particularly in this past week, establishment republicans have shown themselves to be willing helpers to the leftists in this regard.

Kira Davis Drops the Big One on MSNBC “Analyst” Toure

Pharmer passes on video from another rising star, Kira Davis, who is worth the listen. Recall that Toure is the “analyst” who thinks that Romney some how has power or motivation to “ni*g*rize” Obama.

Black conservatives in general have to swim against the current of a majority who think that conservatism is only for White people, and they frequently pay a high social price. Oddly, this discrimination is based on the conservative label, rather than on the substance. More Black Americans tend to lean rightward on social issues, and very often on economic ones.

Pharmer has always looked up to people who are willing to pay a significant price in upholding their convictions. Tour the sidebar and find more people like Kira Davis.

Roger Ebert: Too Tired to Notice Batman was Screened in Gun-Free Zone.

Ebert: Gun-Free Theater Proves Concealed Carry Doesn’t Work.

Breitbart author, Warner Todd Huston, chides movie critic Roger Ebert for a sloppy conclusion that U.S. gun regulations are insane.  Specifically Ebert stated  that the legal  recognition of concealed carry rights is flawed because no one shot back at the perpetrator of the Batman massacre.   A decade of significant health problems, as well as a life among the leftie “intelligentsia” might have worn down Mr. Ebert’s energy for his primary livlihood as a writer and critic.

Huston finishes the job for Ebert as he  points out that the Cinemark Century Theaters, which own the venue at which the  massacre occurred, forbids firearms at their movie theaters.   In other words,  their customers, like those at any other gun-free zones, such as Columbine High School, and Virginia Tech, could be recognized  as easy targets for criminal violence.  James Holmes would have chosen  such a place for gaining personal notoriety, and for assurance that he wouldn’t suffer return fire.

Americans' Confidence in Television News Drops to New Low.

Non-news: Gallup Report mentions that CNN is attempting an internal review, which does not matter because their viewership is in the tank.

Political success for conservatives hinges on the fact that only 21 percent of Americans express confidence in television news. Fortunately, there’s an online replacement. Click above for the graphs and breakdowns.

If Gallup is obtaining 21 percent confidence among all Americans, it’s probably much worse among likely voters.

The good news is that no matter what the old media does, they probably have lost the ability to get Obama re-elected.

Obama Endorses FOX News

Obama: Turn Off Fox News.

Yep……. he wanted Fox turned off at Ziggy’s Pub and Restaurant, Amherst Ohio, when he popped in for a visit. (Buzz feed had add an explanation that Obama was only joking.)

While FOX is not the conservative repository of truth that some liberals might think it is, it’s not a total waste of time as some of the other networks are.

Pharmer watches no news networks, but instead reads the scoop from various online news sources from around the world.
Yours truly is deriving some amusement that FOX will be enjoying the same boost of listenership that Rush Limbaugh has obtained from Obama’s recommendation that we turn it off.

Old Media Governed From the White House

David Axelrod Gives Media Its Marching Orders.

Have you ever wondered how Rush Limbaugh’s staff creates its media montages of the newscasters saying almost exactly the same words about a given story?

It’s because the old media outlets have a direct line from the White House telling them what to say next.

John Nolte of Breitbart has captured some Tweeted marching orders from David Axelrod (that guy who sent the nice e-mail to Pharmer right after Obama was elected).

Nolte also reminds us of the Vetting of Obama, and the miserable June jobs numbers which have to be obscured by a media wave of coverage about Romney’s old tax shelters which the IRS has allowed for years.

Pharmer believes that a rich guy who doesn’t use legal tax shelters (to divert his money away from government waste) should be considered too stupid to be president.
