“At some point after Petraeus was sworn in as CIA director on Sept. 6, 2011, the woman broke up with him. However, Petraeus continued to pursue her, sending her thousands of emails over the last several months, raising even more questions about his judgment.”
The FBI investigation on this problem started last spring, with the agents expecting that Petraeus would be fired quickly, due to the compromising potential of the affair and the above mentioned strange behavior.
This weirdness of wasting so much time with the thousands of emails after the relationship (with biographer Paula Broadwell) was over, apparently doesn’t flag as unusual enough for a resignation request by the Obama administration.
The Petraeus security threat remained for almost a half year after it was apparent.
Thousand’s of emails! If this is true, then the guy is completely crazy……. Who will believe whatever he has to say about Benghazi? What a mess.
Understandably the Navy SEALs are quite Unhappy with their Commander in Chief after finding out that their compatriots in Benghazi, Libya were denied assistance directly from the White House.
The Special Operations Speaks PAC put up a Facebook page with the following image to express their displeasure. It was removed with a warning from Facebook.
The SOS PAC replaced the image along with a link to Facebook feedback, for people to express their outrage at the censorship, and were promptly suspended from Facebook.
Apparently the folks at Facebook hold their loyalty to Obama uppermost over their function as social media, and overall customer satisfaction.
Stockholders should expect for Facebook to gradually fade away….
Pharmer is carrying the SOS PAC image so you can see it.
The survivors of Major Nidal Malik Hasan’s 2009 massacre at Ft. Hood are pushing for the killings to be called an act of terrorism. The Obama administration has labeled it “workplace violence” although Hasan’s ties to Islamic terrorist groups were apparent.
At issue is proper recognition for those in the military who suffered death and injury at Ft. Hood, which operated under military policies which put the personnel at unnecessary risk. The mis-labeling of this attack also has deprived survivors of benefits which would be normally accorded to military personnel injured in the line of duty.
Allen West says that Obama’s a different kind of president when he’s off teleprompter.
He also emphasizes more important problems: denying voting rights to military, the mismanagement of Middle Eastern foreign policy, the losses in Afghanistan and Obama’s domestic economic failures.
Massacres are useful for a government which desires more authority and control over the lives of its subjects. Therefore, there is a lack of motivation to use the data which is already available from their already authorized breaches of citizens’ privacy.
“Work Place Violence” perpetrator, Major Nidal Malik, Hasan, (Fort Hood Shooter) was passed up the chain in the Army by departments which wanted to get rid of him, then let loose at Ft. Hood, where the military personnel were not permitted to be usefully armed. Both the Army and the FBI received sharp criticism in a Senate report for failure to act on obvious warning signs and reports that Hasan was radicalized, and a potential threat.
It’s time for law enforcement to stop suppressing the free speech of peaceful protestors, and attend to the reports they are receiving about people who are truly capable of mass killing. The politically correct ban on profiling instead has them checking the suprapubic catheters or breast implants of travelers at airports, and ignoring what’s in front of their noses. Unfortunately they are subject to a government which sees terroristic attacks as useful for converting the citizenry into cowering sheep, unable to defend themselves.
Lt. Col. Daniel L Davis reports on the situation in Afghanistan, and the readiness of that country to manage itself and its Taliban problems. In sbort, he says the American people are being lied to regarding the chances of success in Afghanistan. This report linked above is worth your time.
This is a significant turnaround by our leftist media, which has been wailing and gnashing teeth over a video of U.S. Marines urinating on corpses of their Taliban enemies.
In leftie-land, prior to this time of new puritanism, urinating on someone was considered an acceptable alternative sex practice. It has been called golden showers, and is one of the activities more commonly associated with, but by no means limited to the gay community.
What is the source of the vehement leftie objection to providing golden showers to those Taliban corpses? Perhaps the fact that the deceased could not enjoy the warmth or the “fun” of being peed on, is seen as a problem. Incest and pedophilia have not aroused such ire in the media in recent years, nor has the torture of U.S. soldiers, and abuse of their corpses by various enemies.
Pharmer is expecting this (weird) “water sport” to increase among the military population, with the mixing of the sexes, as well as the end of “don’t ask, don’t tell” policies.
