Now Governor Abercrombie cites a Hawaiian law that prevents him from revealing Obama’s birth certificate, since he couldn’t find it anyway. If you will recall, a law passed in 2010 allows Hawaii to specifically ignore requests for Obama’s birth certificate.
Sooo, after all the media hoopla over his offer to settle the controversy,………. NEVERMIND!!!

Sheriff Clarence Dupnik says Loughner Had Previously Made Death Threats
RPT-Arizona suspect had made death threats-sheriff | Reuters.
This isn’t Loughner’s first experience with law enforcement. He had previously been known to make death threats against others.
“Sheriff Clarence Dupnik of Pima County, where the shooting happened, told reporters the suspect had a troubled past. “All I can tell you is that this person may have a mental issue,” Dupnik said.”
“Dupnik said there had been earlier contact between Loughner and law enforcement after he had made death threats, although they had not been against Giffords. He said the authorities believe he may not have been working alone.”
Soooo, what’s the use of making new gun laws if the existing ones aren’t being utilized?
