If you don’t throw up before the 3:45 point of this video, you can see the founder of the Daily Kos, Markos Moulitsas Zúniga, waving off the rapes which occurred at occupy rallies as insignificant. It’s the message, not the messenger. So we should be taking instructions from people who think rape is OK?
Pharmer guesses this is why they need government funding for birth control/abortion/sterilizations, and planned parenthood instructing grade school kids…
It all fits.
Andrew Breitbart is shown screaming at the occupoopers at the beginning of this film. It’s theatrical, but certainly justifiable.
Debbie Squires Michigan Education Testimony: Parents Don‘t Know What’s Best
It’s Baaaaaack. The Blaze says that Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principal’s Association Associate Director, Debbie Squire’s testimony was pulled from YouTube. Apparently she upset people when she said that educators know what’s best for their kids with respect to schooling, and that parents don’t. This came in the context of speaking out against a new school choice program. See for yourself:
Measuring this up against the difficulty that educators are having with teaching a basic curriculum, What do you think? Should more of education be privatized?
The original article at The Blaze is here.
Obama’s New Budget Director Undermines Obama Health Care Argument to Supreme Court
There’s an old law, called the Anti Injunction Act which says the courts can’t rule on a suit about a tax until the aggrieved persons have already had to pay the tax.
This should not apply to the health care mandate because that is not an actual tax, but is a demand that people buy health insurance and a penalty if they do not.
Obamanator’s lawyers are arguing that the health care mandate is a tax, and asking for the lawsuits against it to be thrown out. If they were right about this, further court ruling on this matter would be delayed until after April 2015, after Obamacare kicks in, and when the penalties are starting to be paid.
Office of Management and Budget Director, Jeffrey Zients was interviewed by Republican (NJ) Rep. Scott Garrett on C Span in Congress, regarding The new Obama budget which claims no new taxes for people making under $250,000 dollars.
Garrett assked Zients if a person making less than that amount does not buy health care and has to pay the mandated fine, is that a tax??? Zients said “NO” it’s not a tax.
Rep. Garrett pointed out that the Obama administration is arguing the OPPOSITE before the Supreme Court, to defend the Health Care Mandate.
Pharmer would like to point out something to the Bishops…. who would have been doing cartwheels if socialized healthcare could have been obtained without the birth control / abortion mandate. If this new budget director had any direction from the White house, Obama cares more about getting reelected than he does about accomplishing the implementation of his socialized medicine scheme. Defending the funding of the program in the Supreme court depends on calling the fine a tax. But the budget (a campaign ploy which the congress has to reject) purports NOT to raise taxes on most Americans. The health care fine / tax hits the lowest income Americans, who cannot afford health care coverage, the hardest. The Obama administration has opted to sell the 2012 budget/campaign ploy harder than means of funding Obamacare.

Sending Health Care Back to the Dark Ages
Click above and see Crazy democrats who think that protecting conscientious health care professionals and their institutions will send health care back to the dark ages. Their real message is that government should involve itself in the distribution of birth control / abortion / sterilization, and enslave the unwilling to pay for it and to participate in the distribution. This further extends the violation of civil rights that is abortion.
The Republicans are opposing government mandated distribution and enslavement. Under the Blunt amendment, people would have to obtain their own birth control / abortions/ sterilizations from willing providers. Those who are unwilling to do this could retain their freedom and self determination.
In general, the Democrats are most easily able to order others to do their killing for them. Their separation from the actual act of killing preserves them from perceiving the consequences directly. Possibly they also are on enough meds to dull the pain. The Democrats remain the party of slavery.
Killing is not an easy thing to do. Pharmer knows personally that killing animals for research or for eating is not easy. It is very hard for military people to kill. Most veterans take no joy in thinking about past combat experience. Some will avoid even killing animals for food, or exterminating vermin. Some even have to catch and release when they go fishing. Killing is the not the thing that normal people want to do.
There are decreasing numbers of abortionists. Many health care workers cannot stay in that field for long. It causes sickness. The Dems are wanting to involve all of the tax payers and health care professionals in this killing. They resent those of us who don’t want to kill the very young, the disabled or the elderly.
We will be leaving health care in order to avoid the assignment of killing.
This is what will send health care back to the dark ages.
Judge throws out Charges against Pro-lifer, Peter D’Attilio
Criminal charges against pro-life activist Peter D’Attilio thrown out by judge.
Mass Resistance has been covering the arrest and prosecution of Peter D’Attilio, for the horrible crime of passing out pro-life bookmarks at a Catholic fair in Franklin MA. Judge Steven Ostrach, of Wrentham District Court has thrown out the charges and berated the prosecutor for pursuing the case.
You will find the police report most amusing, as it is interspersed with comments from D’Attilio, who appears to be a disciplined activist with a very orderly mind.
Thomas More Law Center is planning a civil rights lawsuit as a response to the false arrest, and six month delay of the court hearing.
Mass resistance reports that the ATF is now monitoring Peter D’Attilio for the horrible crime of passing out pro-life information. Pharmer guesses that the ATF thinks this guy who opposes killing, is a terrorist. They have a duty to monitor bookmark distribution, similar to the duty of the TSA to check the underpants of toddlers for bombs.

FDA is Too Busy Going After Small Farmers to Effectively Deal With Drug Shortages.
FIRST THINGS FIRST!!
That Dangerous Daniel Allgyer guy, Amish, capitalist seller of unpasteurized milk must be STOPPED, and his farm shut down!
That kind of regulatory activity is top priority.
Meanwhile, there are shortages of vital medications like never before. Afflicted health care institutions must promulgate politically correct excuses for these shortages, but we know that the role of government in exacerbating this situation has been predominant.
The U.S. has some of the highest corporate tax rates in the world. Big Pharma has many incentives, from this, to the OSHA and environmental regulations, to push its production to other countries.
Inside the U.S., if a company wishes to change the site for manufacturing a product, a two year approval process awaits. This means that adapting to drug recalls and shortages is painfully slow. There are tight constraints on production quantities and schedules imposed by the FDA.
A gray market has grown around the shortages. If you know how ticket scalping works……. there are analogous drug scalpers. Since reimbursement for drugs is fixed by medicare and medicaid and other health insurers, health care institutions and providers really can’t afford the gray market prices. There is a need to allocate a team of specialists to manage adaptation to the shortages and a website for clinicians to keep current on the day to day changes and substitutions. The administrators at Pharmer’s workplace have resolved to continue to deal with the shortages without resorting to purchases from the gray market.
Who are the biggest losers? The patients!
The long term result will be to reduce the load on medicare and medicaid, and the government needs that cost containment, especially since the designers of Obamacare have admitted that their cost projections were totally wrong.
So the FDA has more incentive to attend to those dastardly small farmers, than they have to deal with the GINORMOUS drug shortage problem.
Glenn Beck: We Are All Catholics Now

Megadeth Frontman Backs Rick Santorum
Megadeth frontman backs Rick Santorum – POLITICO.com.
Dave Mustaine says: Anyone but Obama. “I’m just hoping that whatever is in the White House next year is a Republican,” he said. “I can’t bear to watch what’s happened to our great country. Everybody’s got their head in the sand. Everybody in the industry is like, ‘Oh, Obama’s doing such a great job. …’ I don’t think so. Not from what I see.”
What caused Mustaine to take a good look at Santorum? That time out he took during the Florida primary campaign, to take care of his daughter, Bella, when she was sick. The veteran rocker prefers Santorum’s style of campaigning over the others: more issues and less strident attacks on the other primary candidates.
Mustaine has some interesting things to say about his own long career, and the state of the music and recording industry in his interview at musicradar.com . Fellow rockers will want to take a look.
Bad Bugs: Antibiotic Resistant Gonorrhea
Experts Warn of Antibiotic-Resistant Gonorrhea: MedlinePlus.
Be afraid, very afraid…….. it’s getting harder to kill those gram negative diplococci, Neisseria gonorrhoeae . A double whammy of third generation cephalosporin (cefixime or ceftriaxone) plus azithromycin or doxycycline is needed to kill the little buggs. After those regimens fail, the doc’s don’t know what to try next.
There’s a strain in Japan (H041) which is apparently resistant to everything. Researchers are studying its mechanism of antibiotic resistance and transmission of this trait to other strains.
Think about that next time you want to party without your pants.
