Pelosi Unwilling to have Congress Partake in the Economic Decline They Have Given to Us

Pelosi opposes the Congressional pay cut which  would accompany the relatively minor spending reductions of the ‘sequester’.

“I don’t think we should do it; I think we should respect the work we do,” Pelosi told reporters in the Capitol. “I think it’s necessary for us to have the dignity of the job that we have rewarded.”

Catch-Release Voter Program

That’s what Rush Limbaugh is calling the Obama order to allow young ILLEGAL immigrants to stay in the country and given work visas.    Obama is feeling rather desperate about his reelection chances after driving off his minority support with the HHS mandate, the War on Women, his approval of gay marriage, and their high unemployment rates. He’s been needing to develop a pool of voters, to cut his looses.

Obama administration makes election-year change in deportation policy –

Obama had assured us  that it was illegal for him to make such a ruling, and the congress must pass legislation to change the immigration policy.

In an election year,  respect for the law, and the constitutional separation of powers is OUT the window!

Obama’s New Budget Director Undermines Obama Health Care Argument to Supreme Court

There’s an old law, called the Anti Injunction Act which says the courts can’t rule on a suit about a tax until the aggrieved persons have already had to pay the tax.

This should not apply to the health care mandate because that is not an actual tax, but is a demand that people buy health insurance and a penalty if they do not.

Obamanator’s lawyers are arguing that the health care mandate is a tax, and asking for the lawsuits against it to be thrown out. If they were right about this, further court ruling on this matter would be delayed until after April 2015, after Obamacare kicks in, and when the penalties are starting to be paid.

Office of Management and Budget Director, Jeffrey Zients was interviewed by Republican (NJ) Rep. Scott Garrett on C Span in Congress, regarding The new Obama budget which claims no new taxes for people making under $250,000 dollars.
Garrett assked Zients if a person making less than that amount does not buy health care and has to pay the mandated fine, is that a tax??? Zients said “NO” it’s not a tax.

Rep. Garrett pointed out that the Obama administration is arguing the OPPOSITE before the Supreme Court, to defend the Health Care Mandate.

Pharmer would like to point out something to the Bishops…. who would have been doing cartwheels if socialized healthcare could have been obtained without the birth control / abortion mandate. If this new budget director had any direction from the White house, Obama cares more about getting reelected than he does about accomplishing the implementation of his socialized medicine scheme. Defending the funding of the program in the Supreme court depends on calling the fine a tax. But the budget (a campaign ploy which the congress has to reject) purports NOT to raise taxes on most Americans. The health care fine / tax hits the lowest income Americans, who cannot afford health care coverage, the hardest. The Obama administration has opted to sell the 2012 budget/campaign ploy harder than means of funding Obamacare.

SOPA: What You Don’t Want

The Stop Online Piracy Act, SOPA, by Lamar Smith as lead author, a Republican who needs a new job, is so bad that even Google doesn’t want it. They’re already pretty used to censorship. Pro-lifers are able to notice the disappearing content. Certain copyright owners such as those in Hollywood, would stand to benefit from SOPA, and have given us a new reason for boycotting them.
Congress is considering a bill which would give copyright owners and the agency that loves themthe ability to have whole websites deprived of advertisers and shot down due to potential infringement on just one page.
Compliance and continued operation would be impossible for sites which are driven by user content. Not only would the cost of policing be prohibitive, no one would want to go there anymore.
Jimmy Wales is contemplating a total Blackout of Wikipedia in protest over SOPA, which could inconvenience a huge number of people, and perhaps generate some email to Congress.
We could save the time, cost and inconvenience of proving the law to be unconstitutional by not allowing it to be passed in the first place. < < Just click and write your Congressman and tell him in flowery language that SOPA sux.

James O’Keefe Has Done It Again, this time to NPR

National Public Radio is undergoing some upheaval as senior executive Ron Schiller and Director of Institutional Giving, Betsy Liley have been featured in a video, lunching with two undercover members of the Veritas Project.
Posing as members of MEAC, a fake Muslim group funding education, (complete with phony website) two Veritas ‘agents’ proffer funding to NPR, and obtain all sorts of fun statements from the two NPR execs that would never have been offered up to the public under normal circumstances. The video ends with a “to be continued…..” so keep your eyes open for more.

Schiller, who is said to have already announced plans to leave NPR by May, has been instructed to leave earlier than originally intended by CEO Vivian Schiller (not a relative).

As Funding Cuts are being debated in Congress, NPR has quickly accumulated major Egg on its Face.

Neugebauer, quit apologizing. Stupak Tarnished the House

Stupak: Pro-Life Congressman Who Called Bill a Baby Killer “Tarnished” House.

Bart Stupak is a carbuncle upon the face of the house, and is owed no apology.  Also identifying Obamacare for the baby killer that it is, in no way  demeans the house.

In fact, the only reason the house approval number  is not a single digit (the middle finger)  is that we sometimes hear a Neugebauer or a Wilson speak up, and tell it like it is.
