Ecuador Considers Asylum to Snowden, Renounces U.S. Trade Benefits

Ecuador, a country which depends on the U.S. for about half of its trade, has rejected one of two possible trade preference agreements from the U.S. and is considering asylum to NSA whistleblower/leaker  Edward Snowden.   Apparently the final decision is only made once Snowden arrives in the country and makes his request in person.   Communications Minister, Fernando Alvarez, said that Ecuador “does not accept threats from anybody, and does not trade in principles, or submit to mercantile interests, as important as they may be.”

It’s a sign of increasing global disrespect for the U.S., and its ever more apparent, governmental culture of corruption.

While Obama publicly said he did not want to be wheeling and dealing in agreements with other countries in order to obtain extradition of Snowden, his minions are taking care of that for him.

Senator Bob Menendez, the Senate Foreign relations committee chairman, and a face of corruption himself, has said that he  “will lead the effort to prevent the renewal of Ecuador’s duty-free access under GSP and will also make sure there is no chance for renewal of the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act.”

Pharmer’s inclination is to buy more broccoli and artichokes and whatever other products which are imported  from Ecuador.   It’s worth mentioning that inept U.S.  foreign policy is the means by which other competing powers, with opposing interests, strengthen their influence in South America.

Give Hoosiers Some Credit, Ken Blackwell

American Sovereignty: LOST at Sea?.

Above linked is some useful commentary from Ken Blackwell illustrating the need to clear the old RINOs out of the Senate. It mentions the aptly named LOST treaty, which pretty much signifies in one acronym, the effect on the United States. We really do not need the UN choosing a tribunal to govern the sea, given its track record in support of corruption and human rights abuse.
Pharmer had cause for worry when Sen John Kyl of Arizona decided to retire shortly after warning us about the START treaty and its negative effects on U.S. self defense.
On the other hand, Lugar was known to have favored this give away, unilateral disarmament, which surely made Vladimir Putin’s whole year. While Hoosier Tea Partiers likely remain less aware of LOST, (possibly due to being a land locked state), knowledge of START has been fairly common.
Richard Lugar was being praised by Obama as a foreign policy Rock Star. That was a signal even to the soccer moms who don’t keep up with international affairs. 😉

Lugar retired in 61 to 39 LANDSLIDE……… send some money for Mourdock’s November election campaign.

Congressman Radioactive Wiener – Could be Good for America if He Stays

You knew it would happen……. further public humiliation of Anthony Weiner.   Shock jocks grabbed pic that Breitbart had refused to publish, and released a low quality pic of the pic to Gawker which loves to show us everything.

Weiner’s malformed ego would not let him do the right thing and fade into oblivion.   He had to hang on, put his family and associates through misery, and show us the quintessential Leftist. With elections coming, even the dems are wishing he’d go away, but are too  wussified  to say it out loud.  (Plus,  they all have their own odd private lives in mind.)

It’s nasty, Jerry Springer stuff, but probably good for the public  to have a peek at the model,  sexual  agenda of the left.   It’s just like all of their other agendas……….. NON PRODUCTIVE!.  A whole lot of time is devoted to the pursuit, but it elicits NO results!   This is just like their idea of health care, their war on poverty, their foriegn policy, their energy policy. etc..

When you think of what the leftists will do for us while they’re in power… just think of Anthony’s non productive cybersex, and how much time he devoted to it.
