Obamacare: Abortion for Cost Control

FOXNews.com – Stupak Claims Committee Chairman Wants Government to Fund Abortions.

In italics is the pertinent segment from the FOX news article, and it should be noted that Dems are now backpedaling from this.

“In an interview with Marquette, Mich., radio station WKQS’ Mark & Walk morning show, Stupak described what he said was a conversation with Waxman about the Senate’s version of the health care overhaul. That bill contains weaker language than the House-passed legislation, which includes a provision crafted by Stupak to ensure insurance companies that participate in a national exchange don’t use federal money for abortion services.

“I gave him the language. He came back a little while later and said, ‘But we want to pay for abortions.’ I said, ‘Mr. Chairman, that’s — we disagree. We don’t do it now, we’re not going to start.’

“‘But we think we should,'” Stupak said Waxman told him.

Waxman issued a statement late Friday that sought to clarify his position but didn’t address Stupak’s claim.”

Nothing has changed.  The Dems know they can’t support all of the kids of people who supported Obama.  So there has to be a way to reduce the output.

Remember Pelosi saying that contraception and family planning (euphemism for abortion on demand) are necessary and good for the economy?

Whether or not there is actual funding of abortion in this years Obamacare, that funding will come.   In the meantime,  under threats that unplanned babies or those  with congenital  defects  won’t be covered by Obamacare,  abortions will become an unfunded  government mandate.

The only problem is that kids = future tax payers.   In order to prevent the upside down pyramid of the federal Ponzi scheme,  there has to be massive killing of the elderly to balance killing the babies.

Taxpayers — thank you for your service to our country, from the Democrats.

Addressing the propaganda

Women on the pill live longer: study | Reuters.

And my comment is the only one appended to the article thus far, so perhaps readership is low at this Reuters location.

Since conditions concerning safety of childbirth varies so widely over time and by location, and the formulations of the pills have varied widely over 40 years, this study is rather meaningless.

It is too bad that the majority of the adverse thrombotic events occurring in those who use the birth control pill go unreported. I’m watching from my own pharmacy practice.

Recall the HRT studies?

None of this really matters though, since we’re dealing with females, who generally accept a health-care status similar to that of livestock.

It’s Time to Get Real about Obamacare

Filling up the Pharmer’s email are huge numbers of requests from various pro life organizations to sign petitions  which demand removal of abortion from health care.

Very briefly, this is the explanation for an inability to sign on to most of these.

The premise from so many groups is that the problem of the democrat health care plans will be solved with language removing abortion funding from the bill.

People naively assume that removing funding will remove the abortion mandate.  This is not so.   Mothers will be coerced to abort unborn babies with untoward fetal diagnoses in any government run system, because  there will be the threat of no health coverage for such kids.   Health care professionals will still be coerced to participate in this and other unethical activity.   This is the reality in other socialized medicine systems which lack the funding for care of premature infants, and those with significant congenital disabilities.

Denial of care at other points in development, with respect to early diagnosis using imaging, severe illnesses, and terminal illness, is also a sad  reality in other government run health care systems, as well as the one planned for America.

Finally there is the problem of turning over our health care autonomy to an entity which is KNOWN to be CORRUPT.   This is not a smart move.   The control over our health care will be used by the government to control other aspects of our lives.

Sorry to the pro-life liberals,  Pharmer, (whose  insights stem from health care experience),  is ethically constrained from  signing on to any aspect of the killer-government controlled health care.

Useless “news” about Herpes Infection

This article does not clearly delineate the virus and method of testing done to determine the supposed “results”.

U.S. herpes rates remain high – CDC | Reuters.

Since Herpes simplex I and  HSV II  can each be transmitted by genital and oral contact, ( with this situation mainly a result of  widespread  oral-genital contact),  headlining  statistics about only one type of virus is rather useless.

The one in six statistic addresses only HSV II infection, and not the very common HSV I infection.

Pharmer’s Computer Has No Virus Problems From Drudge Report

Pharmer has been surfing Drudge report for years, on the past computers and this one, which has looking at Matt’s site  since 2006.   No virus problems.  Pharmer thinks the claims made to senate Staffers about virus attacks coming from Drudge are bogus, and a reflection of the general incompetence on the hill.  Were there malware associated with ads,  free antivirus and antispyware  software should be enough to preserve computer functions.   How could such bumbling administrators, tripping over adware,  still have a job?

FOXNews.com – Senate Staffers Warned to Stay Clear of Drudge Report.

Pharmer, however, is not without malware  attacks coming from email, but which are well filtered, and have not taken down the computers yet.
