Mitch Daniels Appointee, Indiana Supreme Court Justice Steven David rules contrary to 4th Amendment

……. and also  contrary to common law dating back to the Magna Carta.

“Indiana Supreme Court: Police Can Unlawfully Enter A Home…No Warrant, With No Reason At All…Residents Cannot Lawfully Resist…The Fourth Amendment Under Seige” | PEOPLEUNLIKEUS.

YES, Justice Steven David is a Mitch Daniels Appointee.    Pharmer Triple Checked in order to  be certain.

This will not help Mitch Daniels in his bid to win Republican Nomination for the presidency.

Justice David is due  for a retention vote in 2012.   A judicial appointee is subjected to a retention election within two years,  the decision being made by the citizenry.  He may then serve  a term of 10 years.   It will be our job in Indiana to remove this ridiculous judge, and his compatriots Frank Sullivan (term expires 2013), and Randall Shepard  (term expires 2015).

This abominable judicial decision, penned by Justice Steven David, can be accessed below.  David has concluded that the potential violence of resisting unlawful search and arrest can be avoided by not resisting, and placing oneself in the hands of the offender.  Women are  placed in the greatest danger by this decision, as rapists will suit up in their police costumes; (they are out shopping right now);  and get BUSY.  The wording of the dissenting opinion suggests an understanding of this.

Late News: the Electrolyte Shortage

Drugs For Critically Ill In Short Supply – Nashville News Story – WSMV Nashville.

Pharmer’s been telling you….  drugs for critical care, and for chemotherapy have been in short supply like never before.

Above is an article highlighting the severe  electrolyte shortage we’ve been juggling for many months at the hospital pharmacies.

TPN  (total parenteral nutrition) has been a big challenge as hospitals change and juggle products and ration in response to the shortages.  The multivitamin supplement and vitamin C supply  has been a problem since last year.   Patients are now having multivitamins added  into their  TPN formulations on a staggered basis.

Changing to different drug  products with different concentrations has increased the error rate as personnel adjust to the new concentrations.

The electrolyte shortage, in particular, is largely influenced by quality control and oversight issues at American Regent, one of the few suppliers of  these drugs.

The FDA, has not been effective in balancing the oversight of quality control with the risks of short or no supply of essential drug products.  This is is either by design, (to relieve the  financial pressure of medicare and social security), or just because it’s the usual inefficient government organization, or a bit of both.

Europe Sinking

Third of Berlin university students consider sex work – Yahoo! News.

Are the university students starving, or are they just EASY.

Under bad economic conditions in the third world, people might turn to prostitution, most often to to obtain  the bare necessities of life.

Now we hear that in Berlin, a third of the students would consider doing sex work in order to finance their education, with 4% of the students already haven given it a try.

The survey reveals that 29 percent of students in Paris, and 18 percent of students in Kiev would also consider sex work for their tuition dollars.

Perhaps the students aren’t  sufficiently healthy  to sell their plasma, which is what we did when the dollars ran out before pay day.

The Onion catches enough truth to make great parody.  Pharmer wonders how Cecile is taking it, since she’s the star of this South Park style article:

“The Abortionplex’s high-tech machinery is capable of terminating one pregnancy every three seconds,” Richards added. “That’s almost a million abortions every month. We’re so thrilled!”

Senator questions benefits to ‘adult baby’ – Washington Times

Your tax dollars at work.

via Senator questions benefits to ‘adult baby’ – Washington Times.

What’s tripping up some of these people, who arrange to live on disability for the rest of their lives, is the need for attention.

Stanley Thornton at age 30 lives as an adult baby, though he is able to ambulate, do woodworking and maintain a website.

He’s got a room mate, Sandra Diaz, a former nurse on disability, who acts as his “Mother”.

A television presentation of their odd lifestyle, on National Geographic Channel’s “Taboo” program, has caught the attention Sen. Tom Coburn, who smells a waste of tax payer dollars.

Thornton is now threatening suicide if his SSI payments are cut off.

Here’s the Fantasy lives segment featuring Stanley, from Youtube, for as long as it lasts:
