A Primer on the Electoral College, and Other Mechanisms of Recovery from Leftism

This Is Background on the Electoral College | Presidential Election | TheBlaze.com. <---review constitutional mechanism for electing the president. Even though the Media called the election for Obama (while Romney still held the popular vote), the final decision hasn't been made. We still have to finish the vote counting, and THEN there's the final step of counting the electoral college votes in January. These are not always predetermined by the state results, though they usually are. Some people whine about the electoral college, but it's actually a pretty good design to avoid pure democracy. Pure democracy is the means by which you can have 49% of the population enslaved to support 51% non-working dependents. The U.S. is pretty close to that right now, though the electoral college remains the most significant tool for preventing the actual tipping over. Even if the electoral college goes Obama’s way, we’re still better off with it, because it still remains as the means to reverse the current trend.

Obamacare, itself, will also assist to reverse the trend of increasing parasitism and dependency on government handouts. Even with the exercise of favoritism, this method of health care is going to trend towards taking the lives of leftists first, simply because they tend to lead more risky lifestyles.

The overall availability of competent health care is going to fall precipitously. This, along with the worsening drug shortages, will select for those who lead more sedate and conservative lifestyles. Overall there will be a selective reduction of leftists.

Planned Parenthood
is also assisting with the removal of social leftists. Operation Rescue has documented 16 botched abortions at those facilities in the last 22 months. Their most recent case was due to an abortion attempt on a woman with an ectopic pregnancy. This kind of thing results from the objection to using sonography to determine the condition of the embryo or fetus prior to the procedure. Understand that this data on botched abortions is collected by a single group which documents random incidents occurring while pro-life witnesses are present. It represents the tip of the iceberg.

The American people need to experience some real pain before they turn themselves around.

the Tea Party needs to supplant the useless and leftist RNC which very purposefully lost the chance to take control of the U.S. Senate. Keep working!

Election day: Indiana judicial retention from a pro-life view.

judicial retention | Indiana Right To Life.

The list of Indiana Judges on the ballot for retention is up at the Indiana Right to Life website.

Judge John G Baker – Indiana Circuit Court 5th district: “Ruling in 1982 allowed Baby Doe to be denied a surgical procedure and starved to death in a Bloomington hospital.”

Robert D Rucker,
Indiana Supreme Court: Supported a decision that allowed expansion of medicaid funding for abortion to “medically necessary” cases in Humphreys V Planned Parenthood, 2003.
Upheld the Indiana 18 hour waiting period prior to an abortion in Clinic for Women v Brizzi 2005.
He’s half and half.
( Rucker dissented against Steven David’s crazy anti-4th amendment decision.)

Justice Steven David, Indiana Supreme Court, no abortion related rulings found by Indiana RTL. (But he did rule against 4th amendment protections, which is dangerous to human rights for other reasons).

Judge Nancy H Vaidik, Court of Appeals 5th district, ruled that Indiana cannot require the signature of both parents in order for a minor daughter to have an abortion. (This means that a father or stepfather who is abusing a girl could sign for her abortion).

Judge Paul D Mathias, Court of Appeals, Indiana 3rd district – no abortion related decisions detected by Indiana RTL.

Judge Michael P Barnes Court of Appeals of Indiana 3rd district- no abortion related decisions detected by Indiana RTL

Pastors Call Left’s Bluff: No IRS Penalties for Preaching Politics | LifeNews.com

Pastors Call Left’s Bluff: No IRS Penalties for Preaching Politics | LifeNews.com.

For the time being, the IRS is rolling over on the issue of tax exemption for churches which dare to publicly address political issues and candidate endorsements.
Over 1500 pastors challenged the IRS this year on the 5th annual Pulpit Freedom Sunday. The response from the IRS is that the enforcement of the so called tax penalties for non-profits, which exhibit a political view, will be held in abeyance until the tax-masters get their regulations in order.

Influencing this decision is a court determination that the Internal Revenue Service needs to establish which officials have sufficient rank for setting and enforcing the policies. Another unspoken problem is the glaring partisanship of the supposed ‘non-profit’, Planned Unparenthood. The IRS would obviously have to remove tax exempt status from the abortion giant if it were to remove that of any churches. Uneven enforcement of regulations does not hold up well from a legal standpoint.

For now, it is open season FOR politics from the pulpit.

Pastors and preachers may freely tell their congregations that Obama is more pro-abortion than 99 percent of abortionists. An exception is Kermit Gosnell, whose trial for infanticides starts in March.

Forced Abortion in America: Not New, but Becoming More Entrenched

Court May Force Mentally Disabled Nevada Woman to Have Abortion | LifeNews.com. <–click for the details.

Elisa Bauer, of Washoe County in Nevada, suffers multiple disabilities from fetal alcohol syndrome. As an adult she lives in a group home, but remains under the guardianship of her adoptive family. She’s pregnant, and Washoe County social services has requested a court hearing which could override the decision of Elisa and her family to have her baby. The family has six potential adoptive families already lined up, and they are providing prenatal care for Elisa, whose  pregnancy is considered high risk.
It appears that Social Services and the Court might prefer that Elisa abort, and may force this issue. In order to proceed, Washoe County would have to petition for guardianship, so that they could force her to abort.

Bimbette Obamarama!

Check out this Obama ad….. Bimbette of the year, Lena Dunham sez that when you do it for the first time, you wanna do it with a guy who cares if you have birth control. That’s right, YOU, not HIM!!!!!

If Lena is sterilized by her sex habits (Chlamydia trachomatis) or her pills (hormonal derangement), will it be a selective advantage for the human species. Hmmmmmmmmm???

THE REMNANT NEWSPAPER: Pro-Choice Senate Candidates Believe in Spontaneous Generation

THE REMNANT NEWSPAPER: Pro-Choice Senate Candidates Believe in Spontaneous Generation.

Click it!   The author, Chris Jackson notes that two Connecticut Senate candidates have purported the idea  that human beings spring spontaneously from non living material at the time of birth.

It’s like being thrown back in time to  when people believed that maggots sprang directly from the flesh of dead animals. In the 17th century, Francesco Redi disproved this idea.

Such antiquated ideas fly in the face of countless observations  in science and medicine, but the leftist media, being largely unfamiliar with these disciplines have not a critical word to say about Chris Murphy and Linda McMahon.

Meanwhile, the journalosts  continue to lose their hive-mind  over Richard Mourdock and Todd Akin, who understand that the human organism is alive from fertilization onward, and believe that all human life should be respected.

Pro-life politician’s rape comment wildly and purposefully distorted

Pro-life politician’s rape comment wildly and purposefully distorted.

This is the Pro-life Vid of the day over at Jill Stanek’s pro-life place.

Richard Mourdock on seeing only “life of the mother” as sufficient excuse for abortion: “I struggled with it myself for a long time, but I came to realize that life is that gift from God. And, I think, even when life begins in that horrible situation of rape, that it is something that God intended to happen.”
Mourdock did not back down when asked to explain his statement:
“What I said was, in answering the question form my position of faith, I said I believe that God creates life. I believe that as wholly and as fully as I can believe it. That God creates life. Are you trying to suggest that somehow I think that God pre-ordained rape? No, I don’t think that. That’s sick. Twisted. That’s not even close to what I said. What I said is that God creates life.”

Pharmer will have to send a another donation to Mourdock’s campaign today.

Not a dime was sent to the Romney campaign because he threw Todd Akin under the bus.

The Republican establishment leadership showed your friendly Pharmer their lack of gonads one too many times, and now there is no use for the party affiliation.

Romney’s response to Mourdock is expected. The only reason to vote for Romney is to get rid of Obama, who is crazy for abortion.

Hopefully Mourdock will continue to stick to his guns with respect to this statement. A pregnancy from rape can produce as big a gift as any other kind of unplanned pregnancy.

Why have people become so offended by the idea that God decides the life and death matters?

The failed control freaks will be identifiable by their reaction to Mourdock’s statement.

One last note: Abortion is frequently and successfully used for concealing the fact of rape. Planned Parenthood is known for assisting with this concealment.
