The IRS Can Snoop Your Cell Phone

without a warrant.  There’s a much lower standard, to obtain a “trap and trace” PEN register, court order in order to snoop the meta data and even more from your cell phones.

The IRS is one of 13 federal agencies which can set up a device which acts as a fake cell phone tower to siphon off data from your phones.

According to the Guardian, police departments in 20 states also have this ability.

Meanwhile, the IRS is continuing to refuse non-profit status to TEA party groups.  The Obama Justice Department has let Lois Lerner off the hook for denying such status to hundreds of such groups beginning in 2009.

Please ask your congress-critter to further defund the IRS until this problem is rectified.

The Debts of the Parents are Collected from the Children by the IRS.

Apparently the IRS has begun the practice of seizing the tax returns of citizens in order to satisfy supposed debts of their parents to the government.  It seems that they are not required to supply proof of said debt, nor are they giving effective  prior notice before taking the money.

Tax payers now have another reason to attempt to pay only what is owed on their taxes so that no return is due after they file.

From the Washington Post comes a story of a woman whose tax return mysteriously disappeared into the bowels of the IRS. When she sought explanation, she was told that a social security overpayment (stemming from the death of her father)  to her now-deceased  mother was being collected from her, as the one of her remaining siblings who 1) has an income, and 2, could be located.

This woman, Mary Grice was able to file suit, in order to find out what was going on.  It seems that the IRS initially seized the entire $4,462 tax returns, but after the Washington Post inquired about the case, some of this was returned, as the supposed debt was only for $2,996 dollars. Grice wants all of the money back, because she is not the one who incurred the supposed debt.

Get ready for some surprises from the IRS if anyone in your family has overdrawn government benefits.  It seems that this new practice was authorized by the farm bill, 110th Congress Public Law 246, extending the ability to collect debts beyond.  10 years.  In 2011, the Treasury dept started grabbing this money more agressively, and this year has collected $75 million on debts, which are more than 10 years old, and stopped a total of $1.9 billion from tax refunds.

Obama Donor to Head IRS Tea Party Targeting Investigation

The Obama-bots are investigating themselves.   It seems that the internal  investigation of IRS discrimination against conservative groups prior to and after the 2012 election is being headed up by an Obama Donor.  The following excerpt about this conflict of interest  comes from Breitbart.com.  Please pass it on, and don’t hold your breath waiting for IRS reforms….

Her personal donation total reaches $6,750 to both the party and President Obama.”

Comment On New IRS Regs Which Would Curtail Tea Party

The IRS is adding new regulations which would cement in place the kind of treatment they gave to Tea Party and various other grass roots groups which sought to enter the American political process by educating and encouraging voter participation.

The Top 40% Pay 106% of Taxes

Rush Limbaugh has announced another “random act of journalism” coming from CNBC.

The Congressional Budget office found from the 2010 census that the top 40 percent of wage earners paid 106 percent of income taxes.  The bottom 40 percent of wage earners contributed NEGATIVE 9 percent.  In other words they got federal money that they didn’t earn, which comes from those of us who fund this debacle of a government.

Find the data in table 3 on page 13 of the CBO Report.

Should the leftie media be apologizing to Mitt Romney for his comment about 47 percent of people who are on the take???  Should he sue them, redistribute their wealth, and feed some starving  lawyers?    Pharmer grants an  exceptional line to CNBC  because of the priceless headline : “The rich do not pay the most taxes, they pay ALL the taxes.”

The Alinsky-ites have been hard at work training  people to hate the rich for this, and so far they’ve been pretty effective.

 

Sebelius Met with Obama Rarely in 3 Years before Rollout of Obamacare

How can we KNOW that the White house directed IRS persecution of right wing organizations? Because IRS Commissioner, Douglas Shulman, visited the White house 157 times during the Obama administration, more than any other cabinet member. Smashing the Tea Party was uppermost in Obama’s mind.  Click the link above  for more detailed comparison data.

It was MUCH more important to him than the success of Obamacare. We know this because Obama appears to have only  met face to face with Kathleen Sebelius ONCE  during the 3.5 years before the Obamacare website rollout. This data comes from the Government Accountability Institute’s analysis of the official White house calender and the Politico records of his meetings.

The first link compares White house visits during 2 years up to the 2012 elections, and it shows Sebelius visiting the White house 50 times compared to Shulman’s 157 visits.   In any case, the  difference is HUGE enough to know what is most important to the Obamanator, and it certainly isn’t the health and well being of the American people.

Obama Administration Revving Up for Christmas

The first Christmas Present from Obama is to delay the Obamacare Mandate for Small businesses (unilaterally, without an act of Congress) so that fewer people will find out how much his health-kill plan sux until after the 2014 elections.  The other reason for the delay is that these incompetents could not get the website up and running in time to implement the requirements of the law as it was written.  The delayed, Dec 1 deadline also can’t be met.  This should increase your longing for  a totally socialized system, with the current administration of idiots running it.

Evil SantObama’s IRS  is now auditing a cancer patient who dared to tell Fox news that his insurance policy had been cancelled because of Obamacare.  The man’s luck changed when  insurance company subsequently found a way for him to keep a policy, but the IRS is going to audit his 2009 books and punish an insurance broker, who dared to lend him assistance, with an audit back to 2003.

We Could Have Waited a Few Years and Had a Real Black American President

instead of this America-hating, abortophilic, socialist Obama.  Pro-life activists knew who Obama was, all along.  Now all of you are finding out what a vindictive, power hungry ego-maniac he is.  He’s purposely spending extra money during the government slowdown to harm individual Americans in a myriad of ways, from cutting off military benefits, disrespecting the families of fallen service-people, to harming the private tourism businesses by closing off the access of their customers.

While the Republican establishment prepares to cower once more, and snatch one more defeat from the jaws of victory, Pharmer has spotted  one more shining light of courage to show you.

Dr Ben Carson, famed pediatric neurosurgeon, who spoke of the joys of limited government right to Obama’s face, at the National Prayer Breakfast this year, earned himself a “rectal exam” from Obama’s IRS henchmen.  Dr. Carson, in stark contrast to the faint hearted Republican establishment, is now blasting at  Obama with both barrels. Says Carson: “Obamacare is really, I think, the worst thing that has happened to this nation since slavery.  It is slavery in a way because it is making us all subservient to the government.”

While Pharmer thinks that abortion has been the closest national abomination to slavery, Obamacare will certainly reach this mark eventually, as the government rations care and determines which people will die.

Sarah Hall Ingram, who is running the IRS arm of Obamacare, has given up confidential taxpayer information to the Obama White House.  This illegal leakage of information occurred in conjunction with Ingram’s attempt to counsel the Obama administration on a religious descrimination lawsuit filed regarding the HHS mandate (forcing payment and participation in abortion).

This is an example of the rectal exam given to pro-life religious organizations on a routine basis by this tyrannical government.

Ingram had headed up the corrupt division of the IRS which oversees the granting of tax exemption, and which had been delaying or refusing this status to organizations which were thought to be conservative, or in opposition to the Obama administration.

Darrel Issa’s House Oversight committee appears to be digging up fresh bones in its investigation of the ever unfolding IRS misuse of information and power.  It would appear from the exposed practices, that Obamacare could expose every single American individual who opposes an Obama policy  to life threatening discrimination.
