Putin Emerges as Top Dog in Syrian Debacle

To lead off, here’s  another report, this time from the Germans,  that casts doubt on whether Assad is responsible for the use of chemical weapons on Syrian forces. According to this source, intercepted communications showed Assad denying permission for the use of chemical weapons.

Bashir Assad appears to have accepted Vladimir Putin’s proposal to put his chemical weapons under international control, for subsequent dismantling.

After an attack on Syria has been spun  as an effort to reduce the influence of Iran, perhaps Obama will have to make up another story, explaining why firing missiles on Syria is no longer necessary, and we don’t have to worry about Iran anymore.

Every few hours brings a new shift in the Middle East policy and plans.  It’s making Putin look almost reasonable, and Obama appear indecisive and incompetent.   Who would want to rely on U.S. foreign policy now?

Obama’s agenda to diminish the stature of the U.S. in the world is proceeding as well as any leftist could hope.

****Meanwhile, don’t forget to tell your congress critters to DEFUND obamacare and to kiss off the latest immigration amnesty package, while you voice your opinion on the Syrian mess.

The Nobel Peace Prize Winner Wants to Start a War with Syria

Obama wants to start a war with Syria, but is going to ask for Congressional approval so that it can be blamed on the Republicans.

You know that war is routinely started by Democrats and blamed on Republicans, and here we go again!!

Additionally, it appears that al Qaeda and the Muslim brotherhood will benefit from the planned intervention.  So if you want to call and write your representatives, now would be the time.  Don’t forget to mention defunding Obamacare and stopping the fake “immigration reform” while you’re at it.

Obama “Recovery” Hurts More than Bush Recession

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the inflation adjusted REAL median annual household income has fallen twice as much during the “recovery” (between 6/2009 and 6/2013) as it did during the preceding recession.

That horrible economic plunge, at the end of the Bush term coused a 1.8% decrease in household income, falling $1002 from $55480 to $54478.  During the period which Obama’s media has labeled a “recovery” the median income fell 4.4%, or $2380, from $54478 to $52098.

The last four years of Obama has seen average  household income drop almost $2400  per year. expressed in 2013 dollars.  A lot of this decrease is due to the conversion of full time jobs to part time jobs.  Has this happened to you, or anyone that you know?

You have been hearing the Obama media call this decrease in Americans’ average income a Recovery.   Do you agree with this term?    Would the media have labeled such a Decrease as a Recovery if it happened during any other president’s watch?

Do you think that Obama’s decision to put off the Keystone pipeline for another year is encouraging an actual economic recovery?  Do you think his decision to stop the construction of coal fired power plants is encouraging economic recovery?  Do you think the spectre of paying for higher priced health insurance has encouraged companies to hire more people, or do you think it might be the reason that more jobs are now part time?

Do you think that any other president would have been held more responsible for the negative economic consequences of his policies?   Does Obama get a pass because the media does not expect as much from him as they have  from other presidents?

He seems to have noticed that Black Americans are losing the identity politics game to the LGBT crowd.   Rahm Emanuel pointed out, years ago,  that Gays are the new Jews of fundraising.

Cornel West is noticing Blacks being pushed aside, as  Barack Obama  naturally gravitates  towards the group with which he identifies to a much greater extent.

 

Late Term Abortion has a Cover Girl in Texas

Texas state senator, Wendy Davis, has volunteered to be the poster girl of late term abortion by attempting to filibuster a bill which would limit abortion to 20 weeks, and also put in place some regulations regarding hospital admitting privileges for abortionists. Leftists feared that this would have forced closure of dozens of abortion clinics, so they mounted a vigorous and disorderly protest, which turned out to be what eventually killed the passage of this bill. The vote results are said to have been delayed just past midnight, thereby setting things back to ground zero for the SB-5, TX bill prohibiting late term abortion.

Update: Governor Perry has brought SB-5, back to life by calling another special legislative session, saying that “too much important work remains undone for the people of Texas”. Business resumes on July 1.

Update: The regime added Obama’s support for Davis during with a tweet at #standwithwendy : “Something special is happening in Austin tonight”.

What Motivates Obama to Punish the Babies with Inhumane Execution ?

The Memory Dept., Down on the Pharm,  pulls up Obama’s town hall in Johnstown, PA, 3-29-2008,  in which he mentioned not wanting his daughters (then 6 and 9 years old) to be punished with a baby.

Why is our abortionist in chief  so hell bent on punishing babies both newborn and preborn, by means of painful execution methods employed by the abortion industry?  Obama’s advisors are telling him to to veto Rep.Trent Franks’  Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which has just been passed (today) in the House.

Life News has provided  today’s  house voting record  (click HERE)  so  you can see how your representative weighed in on this decision.  The new Act bans abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy except in cases of rape, incest and to save a mother’s life, although the latter is actually inapplicable.

IRS’s Lerner Signed Tea Party Letters

From Breitbart, we learn that Lois Lerner signed the IRS letters sent to the TEA Party groups. These letters amounted to an ‘anal probe’ of personal information from TEA party members, which was entirely inappropriate and unneeded for granting tax exempt status to non profit groups of volunteers. She has declared her innocence before congress and invoked the Constitutional Bill of Rights in refusing to offer more testimony.

Lerner is making a deal to preserve her finances and her life. Taking the fifth and refusing to resign from the IRS keeps her in the public eye and helps to ensure that she will not be made to “disappear”.

Benghazi: Waiting for the Media to Catch UP

Ben Shapiro, at Breitbart.com has summarized the frustration that people in the New Media feel about waiting for the Old (decrepit) media to catch up.

Pro-lifers feel his pain.  We always have to wait years, and even decades for the lamestream media to report on what we have known forever.  There is the constant derision coming from the media elites, followed years later by their admission that we were correct all along.

In the case of the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi, the media covered up an Obama administration cover up, so that BHO could be reelected.  Now that all the participating parties, except for Barry himself, have moved on to other jobs,  the Old Media is now forced to reveal some of the facts.  In doing so, they’re pretending that they were played as dupes for months by Obama and Hillary Clinton.

We know better.   Obama got re-elected, and he got away with ANOTHER coverup, similar to that of the Fast and Furious debacle.  Unlike the Nixon coverup,  Obama’s crimes have initially cost hundreds of lives and damaged U.S. foreign relations.   Many more lives will be lost due to our nation’s resultant loss of stature on the world stage.

The Benghazi story, which will be made clear in upcoming testimony by whistleblowers, is one more reason for people to stop viewing or reading the Old media, and turn to the internet for their news.
