The webcast is monday, June 11 at 8 pm EASTERN daylight time.  Reaching 9000 clinic workers and helping them find new jobs is a laudable and plausible goal.

The Lifenews site was fine when Pharmer first accessed it this afternoon, 5/31, but it appears that desperate people have hacked their news page about PRENDA and installed a trojan. Pharmer’s antivirus blocked it at 6 pm.
Just wait awhile for Lifenews to fix it up, and be sure to go there later to see how the Democrats killed the PRENDA bill which would have made sex selection abortions illegal in the US.

Understand that the Dems are desperate to prevent the news of their actual war on women, which involves killing them prior to birth, from being widely promulgated.

It’s too late.

In one way, the current Democrat response to PRENDA is a good thing. It helps more of the religious minded Democrat voters know their party’s agenda, and will afford them opportunity to adjust their votes accordingly this November.

PepsiCo Halts Use of Embryonic Stem Cell Technology in Flavor Testing by Senomyx

PepsiCo has taken steps to alter its policies concerning the flavor testing company which uses embryonic stem cell derived technology for its procedures.

The result of a general boycott of Pepsi products by pro-lifers is a statement by PepsiCo’s VP of Global Public Policy, sent to COGforlife. “Senomyx will not use HEK cells or any other tissues or cell lines derived from human embryos or fetuses for research performed on behalf of PepsiCo.”

Grayson Walker was born with a neural tube defect at the top of his head. Consequently this left him with a bit of a froggie facial appearance and only about 8 hours of life after birth. He’s had a profound effect on other people, however, since his parents chose to share his short existence with friends and family, and on Facebook. Give it up for Grayson, who didn’t have time or capacity for self pity, and has left plenty of us feeling more grateful for our own life and health.

It might be time pick another venue if Facebook operators thinks little Grayson is unsuitable, while permitting countless gross and disgusting pages and profiles. Lets see whether they will rearrange their priorities.

Canada, under the scourge of socialized medicine for decades, has had a longer history of egregious assaults on ethical practice in health care. Lifenews chronicles a momentous occurrence! The Canadian Bishops have noticed that abortion has wreaked havoc on religious freedom in that country!! and have issued a public response. This coincides with the grass roots resurgence of pro-life-ism in that country.

This LATE LATE response is more evidence that TOP DOWN orders from the Vatican, and grass roots pressures are compelling many of these sleeping Bishops to take action.
