House leaders plan separate health vote, rejecting ‘deem and pass’ – washingtonpost.com.

Dems chickened out on their unconstitutional plan to pass a bill without passing it.

So today’s plan, which could change at any minute,  is to vote on Sunday, first on the measures of debate, then on the amendments, (backwards), and then on the bill.

As of now, they still don’t have enough votes.
