Rather than address the details of the Tampa area psychiatrist’s sexual relationship with his patient,  a couple other angles will be considered.

Our left wing of moral relativists might wish to comment on the ethics of a physician engaging in sex with his patients.   Would that be considered OK all the time, part of the time, and why?

Is there a problem with billing the insurance company for the feelgood sessions?  Why?

To regular visitors,  Pharmer’s rad right wing views on the issue would be obvious.

Let this latest Jerry Springer-like episode be another call for a return to Hippocratic ideals in health care.   That oath has been shelved in the U.S. for more than a generation, and the negative results are obvious.
