More significant than the medical difficulties preventing Jackson from functioning at work, or campaigning, the FBI has launched a criminal investigation of Jackson’s financial improprieties. An Ethics committee is investigating his attempt to buy the vacant senate seat of Barack Obama.

These problems did not prevent Jackson from winning Illinois 2nd Congressional seat in a LANDSLIDE!

Around the time of Jackson’s June disappearance into the medical facilities, Raghuveer Nayak was arrested for multiple counts of fraud. Nayak had testified in Governor Blagojevich’s trial, that Jackson sent him to offer up to 6 million bucks for the Senate seat appointment.

With all this pressure from criminal investigations, Jessie Jackson Jr. might wish he had not ridden Obama’s coat-tails to an utterly effortless victory.

Even though the Media called the election for Obama (while Romney still held the popular vote), the final decision hasn't been made. We still have to finish the vote counting, and THEN there's the final step of counting the electoral college votes in January. These are not always predetermined by the state results, though they usually are. Some people whine about the electoral college, but it's actually a pretty good design to avoid pure democracy. Pure democracy is the means by which you can have 49% of the population enslaved to support 51% non-working dependents. The U.S. is pretty close to that right now, though the electoral college remains the most significant tool for preventing the actual tipping over. Even if the electoral college goes Obama’s way, we’re still better off with it, because it still remains as the means to reverse the current trend.

Obamacare, itself, will also assist to reverse the trend of increasing parasitism and dependency on government handouts. Even with the exercise of favoritism, this method of health care is going to trend towards taking the lives of leftists first, simply because they tend to lead more risky lifestyles.

The overall availability of competent health care is going to fall precipitously. This, along with the worsening drug shortages, will select for those who lead more sedate and conservative lifestyles. Overall there will be a selective reduction of leftists.

Planned Parenthood is also assisting with the removal of social leftists. Operation Rescue has documented 16 botched abortions at those facilities in the last 22 months. Their most recent case was due to an abortion attempt on a woman with an ectopic pregnancy. This kind of thing results from the objection to using sonography to determine the condition of the embryo or fetus prior to the procedure. Understand that this data on botched abortions is collected by a single group which documents random incidents occurring while pro-life witnesses are present. It represents the tip of the iceberg.

The American people need to experience some real pain before they turn themselves around.

Judge John G Baker – Indiana Circuit Court 5th district: “Ruling in 1982 allowed Baby Doe to be denied a surgical procedure and starved to death in a Bloomington hospital.”

Robert D Rucker, Indiana Supreme Court: Supported a decision that allowed expansion of medicaid funding for abortion to “medically necessary” cases in Humphreys V Planned Parenthood, 2003.
Upheld the Indiana 18 hour waiting period prior to an abortion in Clinic for Women v Brizzi 2005.

For the time being, the IRS is rolling over on the issue of tax exemption for churches which dare to publicly address political issues and candidate endorsements.
Over 1500 pastors challenged the IRS this year on the 5th annual Pulpit Freedom Sunday. The response from the IRS is that the enforcement of the so called tax penalties for non-profits, which exhibit a political view, will be held in abeyance until the tax-masters get their regulations in order.

Influencing this decision is a court determination that the Internal Revenue Service needs to establish which officials have sufficient rank for setting and enforcing the policies. Another unspoken problem is the glaring partisanship of the supposed ‘non-profit’, Planned Unparenthood. The IRS would obviously have to remove tax exempt status from the abortion giant if it were to remove that of any churches. Uneven enforcement of regulations does not hold up well from a legal standpoint.

For now, it is open season FOR politics from the pulpit.
Pastors and preachers may freely tell their congregations that Obama is more pro-abortion than 99 percent of abortionists. An exception is Kermit Gosnell, whose trial for infanticides starts in March.

4 Ohio Men Arrested After Stolen Romney Signs Found in Union-Owned Truck | TheBlaze.com.

Romney Ryan signs, up to 4 by 8 feet in size were found in a union owned pickup truck, which also contained the tools needed to remove the signs from the private properties where they had been placed.

Corey Beaubian, 37, Sean Bresler, 33, John Russell, 39, and Christopher Monaghan, 41, got off easy, with a misdemeanor citation for  receiving stolen property.  They apparently had enough affiliation with the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 33 to be driving around one of that organization’s trucks.
