Protect Life Act HR 358 Has A Conscience Clause

H.R.358: Protect Life Act – U.S. Congress – OpenCongress.

Take a look at the actual bill.  The hysterical pro-aborts are whining that women will die on hospital steps because some hospitals don’t grind up babies in  utero, and suck out the chucks and juice.  Rather they keep the kid in there as long as the mom can sustain it,  deliver the kid early if the mom can’t,  and try to keep both the mom and kid alive. Pro aborts seem to passionately hate any legitimate medical intervention that doesn’t result in the kid’s death.  Otherwise why would it bother them that some people believe in preserving the mom’s life  without PURPOSELY  killing the kid?

NARAL finds it extremely offensive that some hospitals don’t grind up the kids instead of delivering them whole.

NARAL wants more dead kids, and wants you to pay for it.

Here’s the Non-descrimination language that has pro-aborts foaming at the mouth.


‘(1) NONDISCRIMINATION- A Federal agency or program, and any State or local government that receives Federal financial assistance under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act), may not subject any institutional or individual health care entity to discrimination, or require any health plan created or regulated under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act) to subject any institutional or individual health care entity to discrimination, on the basis that the health care entity refuses to
‘(A) undergo training in the performance of induced abortions;
‘(B) require or provide such training;
‘(C) perform, participate in, provide coverage of, or pay for induced abortions;  or

‘(D) provide referrals for such training or such abortions.
‘(2) DEFINITION- In this subsection, the term ‘health care entity’ includes an individual physician or other health care professional, a hospital, a provider-sponsored organization, a health maintenance organization, a health insurance plan, or any other kind of health care facility, organization, or plan.

‘(3) REMEDIES-
‘(A) IN GENERAL- The courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction to prevent and redress actual or threatened violations of this section by issuing any form of legal or equitable relief, including–

‘(i) injunctions prohibiting conduct that violates this subsection; and
‘(ii) orders preventing the disbursement of all or a portion of Federal financial assistance to a State or local government, or to a specific offending agency or program of a State or local government, until such time as the conduct prohibited by this subsection has ceased.

‘(B) COMMENCEMENT OF ACTION- An action under this subsection may be instituted by–

‘(i) any health care entity that has standing to complain of an actual or threatened violation of this subsection; or
‘(ii) the Attorney General of the United States.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

‘(4) ADMINISTRATION- The Secretary shall designate the Director of the Office for Civil Rights of the Department of Health and Human Services

‘(A) to receive complaints alleging a violation of this subsection;
‘(B) to pursue investigation of such complaints in coordination with the Attorney General.’.

(b) Conforming Amendment- Section 1334(a)(6) of such Act is amended to read as follows:

‘(6) COVERAGE CONSISTENT WITH FEDERAL POLICY- In entering into contracts under this subsection, the Director shall ensure that no multi-State qualified health plan offered in an Exchange provides coverage for abortions for which funding is prohibited under subsection 1303(c) of this Act

Kelley Williams-Bolar fibbed about the residence of her kids so they could go to a safer school than the one in her own home district.  For that she got a felony conviction, 10 days of jail, and probation.  She was studying to be a teacher, and now might  be excluded from that profession in her state of Ohio.

Kelly, it’s hard to  blame you for trying to find a safer school for your kids, so they survive their primary school years.   The Pharmer’s family spent  many thousands of bucks putting the kids through a better grade school.  Not everyone can raise  the funds for that.

Unlicensed abortionist operating secret ‘lethal injection’ abortion facility in DC: watchdog group | LifeSiteNews.com.

Abortionist James S Pendergraft injected toxic doses of meds into the hearts of fetuses in utero, and told their moms to finish up the job at a legitimate hospital, or other facility.  This way the abortion would be counted as a fetal demise, miscarraige, etc., and the mom would avoid the abortion stigma as well as much of the cost.

Ella, (ulipristal acetate) was put on to the market as a morning after pill, but the abortionists will be doing a similar thing with this drug, using it off label, and in increased doses, to cause fetal demise.

It’s another abortion pill, but without the regulatory controls applied to mifepristone,  ru486, it’s chemical analog.

For the time being,  Pendergraft is in hot water for practicing with a suspended license in Washington DC.

Activists Targeting Planned Parenthood Release Second Undercover Video – ABC News.

Live Action has used a peaceful and effective means to oppose the unethical practices of planned parenthood.

ABC appears to be  most Uncivilly Inciting Violence by including an abortion clinic bombing video from 1998 in their presentation of Live Action’s efforts.  Pharmer is preserving a screen shot for posterity

The Aim of ABC is seems to be to  inspire some crazy person to do more bombings in response to the information revealed by Live Action of Planned Parenthood’s corruption, then try to smear the pro-lifers for this.

Live Action’s own aim is to see that planned parenthood is no longer funded by tax dollars, and that it stops aiding sex slavery, and stops doing abortions.

Media Matters Action Joins 26 Others In Defending Planned Parenthood From Right-Wing Attacks | Political Correction.

Soros’ Media Matters joins Julian Bond, former chairman of NAACP, and a gaggle of other left wing organizations to say that aborting almost half of Black Babies and aiding and abetting sex slavery  and abuse of minors is OK with them.

They’re all writing to Congress, asking to allow planned parenthood to continue spending our tax dollars on their idea of utopia.

Meanwhile, the Obama administration was sufficiently embarrassed at the rising abortion rate that  the CDC decided not to produce the data this past November as it has for the last 40 years.  After a good deal of public outcry, it appears that they have decided to produce a report at MMRW   (possibly) by February 24.

Here is a THREE PACK of videos from three more Planned Parenthood’s in Virginia from Live Action. Quotes accompanying the videos come from the script and site, AFTER the undercover actor identified himself as a manager of underage sex workers. All three videos are unedited, full length, even including a trip to the bathroom by the pimp, with sound effects.

Roanoke Virginia: Planned Parenthood staffer to the pimp: “From the age of 12 up, for birth control,
you can just come in and do that. You don’t have to have a parent,
OK?”

Charlottesville Virginia: Planned Parenthood Staffer to the pimp: “Anybody here can help you. Everything
here is confidential. We can’t give any information out.”

Falls Church Virginia: Planned Parenthood Staffer to the pimp: Planned Parenthood staffer: “We don’t necessarily look at the legal status, like I said. Abortion appointments do require photo ID. It’s
nothing as far as records. It’s just photo ID that’s ever going to be required.”

There is evidence online that people who work to save kids from sex slavery have become disgusted with planned parenthood. This is as it should be. Here’s an example. Be sure to read the statement in that article from Dottie Laster, a foremost U.S. authority on the matter of child slavery.   Here’s an excerpt:

“After viewing the Planned Parenthood video my first thoughts were of the victims I have served over the last 8 years. Specifically the women and girls — their horrendous statements of rape, gang rapes, torture, branding, starvation, extortions, assault and their reports of repeated forced abortions and miscarriages due to the trauma they received. Live Action has “ACORNed”* planned parenthood and much of the mainstream media in a single operation.

WikiLeaks cables: US agrees to tell Russia Britain’s nuclear secrets – Telegraph.

WTF!   The Wikileaks Task Force was not able to keep this corked up.

The US and Russia supposedly have long  shared their missile  information  (you KNOW this is one-sided),  but the UK liked  to keep their missile information secret, due to the relatively small size of their arsenal.

Wiki has leaked that the US appears to have sold the UK down the river in an attempt to get Russia to like America more, and sign the START treaty.  They agreed to give the info on all the Trident missiles supplied by the U.S.  to the UK.

This is something like a mother selling her daughter to a guy in order  to keep his support.  Utterly disgusting.

And the likes of  Senator Dick Lugar thought this was a good idea, apparently.

One of the first things Obama did when he took office was to begin work on removing department of Health and Human Services ability to enforce existing conscience protections for health care professionals who refuse to kill humans in their practice.

Some of this  work will likely be completed at the end of this month with recission of Bush’s executive order allowing for removal of federal funding to the institutions which descriminate against physicians who refuse to participate in abortion.

Obama expects health care practitioners to kill humans, and this is a main reason why  both the New England Journal of Medicine and the Investors Business Daily surveys revealed that almost half of physicians intend to retire early in the event of Obamacare.

Your health care might be free, but you won’t be able to get any in a timely manner, and you might not like what remains in the professions after the ones who refuse to kill their patients leave practice.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists consider participation and referrals for abortion to be a necessary part of practice to retain their Board certification.   In other words, it may  soon be a drawback to have your baby delivered by a board certified obstetrician.
