Update: LA Teacher, Bondage Abuser, Pleading No Contest to Charges

Mark Berndt, the LA teacher at Miramonte Elementary, who played bondage and ‘special sauce’ tasting games with his students had managed to hold onto his health benefits, and tie up his firing in legal processes since his activities were exposed in 2009.

Things have finally caught up with Berndt, and he plans to plead no contest to 23 charges of child molestation on Friday.   The plea agreement is for a prison sentence of 25 years.  Legal settlements for the LA Unified School district run into Eight figures.

Seventy six teachers at Miramont were cooling their heels at an empty high school while restructuring occurred, and 46 are returning to Miramonte under a new principal.  A second Miramonte teacher, Martin Springer,  awaits trial for fondling a second grader in class.

Unmentioned is whether Berndt has lost his health benefits yet.

Preschool Teacher Removed From Classroom After Allegedly Playing Tongue Touching Game « CBS Los Angeles.

A thorough investigation spanning from Feb through August had to be conducted before separating an unidentified male teacher from his preschool students.  Dr. Judith Wagner, director of Broadoaks Children’s School of Whittier College said that parents could not be informed (until September 5th) while investigators pored over allegations that the teacher played a tongue touching game with at least one of the little children in his care.

The California Dept of Social Services has found that the “personal rights of child#1 were violated when staff #1 played the tongue touching game with child #1.”

It appears that those Social Service people concur that the tongue touching is a “game”, but at least they have decided to “prohibit continued or future contact or presence in any facility licensed by CDSS.”

The teacher, reported to be the son of a school administrator, remains unidentified.  His privacy is apparently to be respected as he seeks out and probes the tongues of other pre-school aged kids, in locations not licensed by CDSS.  The Whittier California Police Department has closed its investigation of the matter, without filing charges.

Christine Quinn Would Supply Morning After Pill to 11 Year Old Girls

In New York City, there’s a hot democrat mayoral race, headlined by two practitioners of moral turpitude, Anthony Weiner and Christine Quinn.  If either one of them wins, New York loses, but more than half of the citizenry there is completely clueless.

Christine Quinn, current speaker of the city council, is good buddy to planned parenthood and foe to pregnancy care centers.  She is  pushing to supply the morning after pill in middle schools.  Mayor Bloomberg has  already been supplying  the highly ineffective Plan B to the high schools, but Quinn likely knows that in the upcoming economic collapse, people will be renting  or selling their  children as prostitutes.  At that time,  leftie pervs will be out shopping for bargain basement rates, to get what natural selection had denied them in more normal economic and social conditions.    With Plan B and Ella failing up to 50 percent of the time, Quinn’s  friends in the abortion industry will enjoy a strong financial resurgence.

New York’s latest pick of politicians, dredged up from the toilet, might  allow that city to surpass Portland, Oregon, to become the nation’s deepest and smelliest cesspool.

 

What Else is Wrong with NYC? Health Dept. App for Kid Sex

Teens  can download a phone app at the New York City’s Health Department website, which reminds them that they don’t need parental consent for abortion and birth control services in that metropolis.  The app also tells them how to obtain services based on where they live, and what they can expect at the clinics.   the directory lists as “Gold Star clinics”  those which offer free birth control and abortion.

The App links a video of New York girl, “Samantha”,  who talks about boinking with her boyfriend, and wishing that she were also doing it with her girlfriend too.  She describes the “free and confidential” birth control and abortion services, as well as not needing permission from anyone to obtain them.

NYC is on Pharmer’s ‘NOT’ List of  kids school field trips, for reasons of this kind of cultural rot.

CNS News says that no answers from health dept. officials were forthcoming about the  use of  federal or local tax dollars for encouraging kid sex in New York City.

Washington Illegal Immigrant Rapes 12 Year Old

AND FORCES HER TO GO TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD FOR ABORTION.

Of course Planned Parenthood provided the abortion without delay.   The girl was instructed to lie about a 14 year old boyfriend, but could not give the name and address of said fictitious person to clinic staffers.

Six weeks after the abortion, the girl told a detective how she got pregnant.  Her rapist, Luis Gonzalez-Jose, of Everson, Washington, who jumped her while her mom was in the shower, is now serving a six year sentence for the crime.  Gonzalez-Jose  pleaded to second degree rape of a child in April.  The girl’s family did not cooperate in the prosecution.It might not be so easy for lawyers to sue planned parenthood for damages on behalf of the girl, whose obvious plight was not reported as would have been  expected of any real health care provider.

Planned Parenthood receives $400 million dollars annually from U.S. tax payers.  Some have remarked that this means we are funding the rape of our own adolescent girls.  This is especially true in Washington state, which does not require parental notification for abortions.

Gary Wilson, a psychology teacher, has been studying the effects of internet porn use on today’s males.   He discusses the over abundance of extreme versions of natural rewards, which lead to binge behavior, and then desensitization to the natural stimuli.

This kind of addictive effect, stemming from excessive dopamine production, and  an accumulation of  delta-FosB, (a transcription factor and molecular marker of addiction),  has lead to a pervasive problem of sexual dysfunction, particularly among young males.

While older guys recover from porn use in a few months after abstinence begins,  it takes younger guys much longer to recover.   This is believed to be due to stimulation by internet porn while their brains are still plastic, and remodeling themselves to adapt to the environment.

The Teen Years Are Scary in New York State.

Russell S. Hepler discovered the changes in New York State’s medical confidentiality laws the hard way.  Usually a person expects that the privacy regulations kick in once your child turns 18.  If you need access to the information to pay bills, your kids need to fill out paperwork giving permission.   In New York, that age limit is only 12.   Your little adolescent can be hauled off to a hospital or abortion clinic and given treatment without your consent.  Bills will come to your house, but you do not have the right to know what they are for, although you could experience adverse financial consequences if you refuse to pay.

Mr. Hepler discovered this when his son was taken by school officials to a New York hospital, where he was treated for a dislocated finger.   When the bills arrived,  the hospital refused to give his wife  any information, or discuss errors of information with them, due to privacy regulations of that state.

New York State law considers 12 year old children to be competent to manage their own medical affairs.

This change is mainly for the purpose of supporting and providing  sexual access to children.  It also provides profits for the abortion industry, as a reward for their long time support of the democrat party.  New York supplies the means to   treat children for  STIs,  provide  birth control, and perform abortions on the girls who are made pregnant, all without parental knowledge.   These regulations increase the chance for deaths in the aftermath of medical procedures or abortions, since parents are purposely kept out of the information loop.

New Yorkers have one more reason to leave the state.

Lefties at Mother Jones are losing their minds because some pervie youngsters at Freedom Works made a video of a nightmare sequence which featured a scene with a panda bear in a kinkie sex position with a person posing as Hillary Clinton. Linked above is a detailed article on this, as though it is infinitely more significant than the tales of Sen. Bob Menendez’s romps with underpaid minor prostitutes in the Dominican Republic, fueled with the resources of a Democrat donor. Below the article, the lefties are going ballistic in the comment section. Pharmer appended the following opinion:

Conservatives should stay out of the dirty film business, even if their conservatism is only fiscal, and not social. It’s a better way to get along with those of us who think that porn is disgusting.
Besides that, the lefties HATE competition. Dems know that they’ll lose a majority of market share if the fiscal conservatives begin competing with them in their own industries.
It’s apparently  OK for lefties to abuse Sarah Palin’s image in endless pornographic ways, but look at the outrage when the tables are turned.
Speaking of that, do you remember a photo and caption: “Incoming Obama administration director of speechwriting Jon Favreau (L) and a friend pose with a cardboard cutout of incoming Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton at a party.”- The Washington Post. Favreau’s hand was over the breast position of the Hillary cutout, and the picture went viral. The story still exists online, and probably as hundreds of screen shots, if you need it. And….. digging up leftie skeletons, here it is!!

Islamic Preacher Pays Fine, is Released from Jail after Raping, Torturing and Killing Daughter

Fayhan al-Ghamdi, a popular Islamic preacher and television guest,  doubted the virginity of his 5 year old daughter.  This is the claimed excuse for raping, torturing and killing her.

Lamia al-Ghamdi  (or Lama) was admitted to the hospital on Dec 25, 2011, with multiple injuries including a crushed skull, broken back,  and indications that she had been “raped everywhere”.  There was an attempt to burn her rectum shut.  She died on the following Oct 22nd.

The father served a short time in jail, but was released upon paying a fine,200,000 riyals ($50,000 US) of  blood money, to the nearest kin.  Activists in Saudi Arabia are protesting the light sentence.

Lamia’s death is said to serve as punishment, and this justified the light sentence for her father.   Islamic law does not permit execution for a male who murders his children or wife.

The scary thought is if  al Ghamdi has a wife or wives remaining with him.
