Allen West says that Obama’s a different kind of president when he’s off teleprompter.
He also emphasizes more important problems: denying voting rights to military, the mismanagement of Middle Eastern foreign policy, the losses in Afghanistan and Obama’s domestic economic failures.

Bugs R Us: Birth Control Pills Associated with Increased Staph aureus Colonization
Hormonal contraceptive use and persistent Staphylococcus aureus nasal carriage.
In the Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases comes a study out of Germany, which finds higher incidence of Staph Aureus colonization in users of birth control pills.
Specifically, Gurls on the pill are 1.88 times more likely to have a positive nasal swab for Staph aureus, than females not taking the pill. The nose is where these bugz like to hide out. It’s warm and wet in there.
Those big sweaty guys are 1.57 times more likely then the demure and natural girls, not taking BC pills, to carry Staph in the nares.
The infectious disease docs think that this extra pool of staph carriers, associated with widespread use of the birth control pills, might significantly increase the reservoir of these bacteria in human populations, and the transmission of these pathogens to vulnerable individuals.
Our probes are pointing towards Sandra Fluke and the bulk users of BC pills at the steamy Georgetown University School of Law. Would they allow sampling from their nasal gardens of bacterial delights?
Birth Controlling the High School Herds in New York City
The Department of Education has expanded their “CATCH” Program (which involves giving birth control pills, Plan B and Depo-Provera to girls without parental consent) to 13 New York high schools. Parents can opt out of the program by FINDING a piece of paperwork allowing them to opt out, and signing it. The so-called information telling parents of this form has resulted in only a 1-2 percent response.
Prescriptions for the drugs are supplied by Health Department physicians. This can be obtained by seeing a school nurse, and taking a pregnancy test.
From the NY Post:
“We can’t give out a Tylenol without a doctor’ s order,” said a school staffer. “Why should we give out hormonal preparations with far more serious possible side effects, such as blood clots and hypertension?”
Last year, New York City boasted a 64% abortion rate among 7000 girls under 17 who got pregnant.
Watch and see if this program of giving out pills at high schools has any effect on the statistics.
Pharmer wonders who is the brainiac behind this new “CATCH-bugs” program, which is likely to boost the incidence of STDs in the area, now that girls will have less incentive to abstain or use barriers.
The following schools are listed by the NY Post as participating in the program to pass out birth control hormones to kids without parental consent. Adlai Stevenson and Grace Dodge in The Bronx; Boys and Girls, Clara Barton, W.H. Maxwell Career and Technical Education, Abraham Lincoln and Paul Robeson in Brooklyn; John Adams, Newcomers, Queens Vocational and Technical, and Voyagers in Queens; High School of Fasion Industries in Chelesa, and Port Richmond on Staten Island.
Seward Park Campus in lower Manhattan was dropped from the program because the school medical office couldn’t keep up with the business.
Appellate Court Upholds Decision Protecting Pharmacists of Concience in Illinois
Court: Illinois Can't Force Pharmacists to Sell Plan B Drug | LifeNews.com.
The 2005 Blagojevich edict forcing pharmacists to dispense the morning after pill and all other birth control drugs without question or delay, suffered a second defeat, this time in appellate court. In 2011 the trial court had found that the law was invalid because it targeted a specific group, and that Illinois law prohibits discrimination in licensing those who cannot provide a particular service due to religious beliefs.
This lawsuit, which passed its second review, was the one involving pharmacy owners, Luke VanderBleek and Glenn Kosirog. Another lawsuit, which ended in favor of conscientious objectors, involved employee pharmacists in the same state.
The Appellate court opinion is available HERE.
VanderBleek and Kosirog have been represented since 2005 by attorneys of the ACLJ and the Becket Fund.
Massacres Not a Surprise to Authorities.
Massacres are useful for a government which desires more authority and control over the lives of its subjects. Therefore, there is a lack of motivation to use the data which is already available from their already authorized breaches of citizens’ privacy.
The FBI had been tracking Wade Michael Page, the perpetrator of the Sikh temple massacre, for 10 years. He is said to be member of a supposed white supremacist band, and the media, has labeled him as right wing, without actual knowledge. As we know, interviews of white supremacists in the past showed that many are democrat supporters, and therefore not right wing. Michael Page was demoted and discharged from the army.
James Holmes’ psychiatrist alerted the university police that her patient was a potential danger weeks before the Batman massacre took place. For a psychiatrist to get up the nerve to breach patient confidentiality, there has to be a huge indication that the patient is about to do something harmful to himself or others.
“Work Place Violence” perpetrator, Major Nidal Malik, Hasan, (Fort Hood Shooter) was passed up the chain in the Army by departments which wanted to get rid of him, then let loose at Ft. Hood, where the military personnel were not permitted to be usefully armed. Both the Army and the FBI received sharp criticism in a Senate report for failure to act on obvious warning signs and reports that Hasan was radicalized, and a potential threat.
It’s time for law enforcement to stop suppressing the free speech of peaceful protestors, and attend to the reports they are receiving about people who are truly capable of mass killing. The politically correct ban on profiling instead has them checking the suprapubic catheters or breast implants of travelers at airports, and ignoring what’s in front of their noses. Unfortunately they are subject to a government which sees terroristic attacks as useful for converting the citizenry into cowering sheep, unable to defend themselves.
The Reason for FDA Approval of Ella, Ulipristal Acetate is HERE
RU—Serious? Jennie McCormack, the Next “Roe”? Good Grief | LifeNews.com.
Jennie McCormack aborted her 5 month unborn baby using mifepristone and misoprostil which she purchased online.
She was charged for illegally obtaining those drugs, doing a home abortion, and violating the ban on abortions after 20 weeks. She is appealing her convictions with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The FDA approved Ella for use as a morning after pill in an effort to provide another avenue for procurement of drugs for home abortions. Ella, ulipristal acetate, is a chemical analog of RU-456, mifepristone, and, in sufficient doses, operates by the same mechanism. Ella can be obtained from an online pharmacy in Utah, and doing so would circumvent one of the laws which McCormack has broken in her home state of Idaho.
Korea: Morning-after pills changed to OTC status, Daily BC pills changed to prescription only
Morning-after pills can be bought OTC.
South Korea used to sell most forms of birth control over the counter, with the morning after pills being prescription only. They have reversed this trend, putting nine of eleven brands of morning after pill over the counter. Note: the articles in English do not specify if prescription status of Ulipristal acetate is affected in this change.
The KDFA justification for changing daily administered birth control pill brands to prescription status is due to their side effects, which were listed at the Korea Herald as: thrombosis, thromboembolism, thrombo puerperalis, myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral thrombosis among others. The pills are banned from being administered to women with breast cancer, endometrial cancer, hepatitis and thromboembolism. Their use is also restricted among women who are over 40 years old, obese, have headaches, depression or other related conditions.
The Korean association of OB-Gyns is not in favor of putting morning after pills over the counter, citing studies that show that their availability does not reduce abortion demand.
The Catholic Diocese of Cheongju has registered opposition, stating that they will call for KFDA head Lee Hee-sung to resign.
In the above linked report, as with most news articles in countries where abortion has become controversial, there is the unsupported claim that the BC works only by affecting ovulation.
In opposition to this, the Drinks Business Review reports:
“KFDA officer Cho Ki-ho said according to their panel of experts, the main mechanism behind the emergency pills is the interference of hormonal action, linked to interference of implantation.”
“”We are hoping that the wider access to the morning-after pill will prevent unwanted pregnancies. Because the drug is effective within 12 hours from sexual intercourse and at utmost 72 hours, time and access to the drug is very important. The pill is not an ordinary contraceptive. It is for very limited, urgent and frightening situations only,” Cho said.”
Why Sex Stopped Being FUN, and became a Job and a Human Right
Above is a touch stone, a headline from International Business Times, making a false claim about Arizona legislation which would make employer coverage of employees’ birth control optional.
This AZ house bill 2625 allows employers to avoid covering recreational use of hormones for birth control based on their religious beliefs. Women can still get coverage for medical need for indications other than birth control. This bill does not give permission to employers to fire employees for use of birth control pills. If the woman is obtaining her own pills, it would be a violation of HIPAA regs for the employer to have the info, and a violation of a bunch of other laws for the employer to fire for that reason. Nice try. The IB Times needs to surrender to the fact that the “war on women” ploy is not working. Birth control pills are just too cheap to merit such a whine-fest. Go back to that other loser “abortion”.
The headline is an example of how completely unreliable the mainstream press is, as well as the ACLU and Huffington Post.
There are many heated debates over whether employers and insurance companies should pay for birth control pills when used to prevent or stop reproduction.
One of the commenting individuals expressed offense that Pharmer used the term recreational drug to describe birth control drugs, and recreational sex to describe the kind people have when they don’t want to make babies. Specifically the idea was introduced that sex, with the desire to avoid reproduction, is NOT recreational. Pharmer thinks that when sex stops being fun, it is time to quit.
Sex becomes a job or a human right when people want others to pay for it!!! It rises to the level of a religious freedom issue. If a person has a belief that their sex is NOT fun, and it is a ritual activity that has become a JOB, then others should respect it as a human right under the first amendment and pay for it, even if that practice violates their own religion. It’s Sandra Fluke all over again, and despite this admission from the Left that sex is not fun anymore, Rush Limbaugh got in trouble for saying that it was a Job for Sandra.
Eureka! The pattern is elucidated: Recreation stops being recreation, or becomes an offensive term when people start wanting to be PAID for what should be considered FUN!! They turn it into a job, a ritual, or a human right!
It’s ‘welfare’ gone WILD!!!
Blagojevich’s Last Day of Freedom | NBC Chicago
Blagojevich's Last Day of Freedom | NBC Chicago.
Blagojevich is remembered for his governor’s edict to force Illinois pharmacists to dispense ALL birth control drugs without delay, regardless of clinical (e.g. thromboembolic considerations) or conscientious (e.g. abortifacient properties) objections. Perhaps Obama and Sebelius, who are imposing more extreme mandates on insurance companies, and the health care industry, will eventually obtain a similar opportunity for meditation and reflection as has been afforded to Rod Blagojevich.
We Knew it All Along, Abortion Coverage Costs Insurance Enrollees $1 Per Month
Obama Admin Finalizes Rules: $1 Abortions in ObamaCare | LifeNews.com.
There is a governmental mandate for U.S. Citizens to purchase health care insurance, or else pay a fine which will increase over the years. The Supreme court is reviewing this mandate at the present time.
Obamacare will be forcing taxpayers into various insurance plans which may cover abortion. There will no opt out in the individual plans for those with religious objections to abortion. There is a separate one dollar fee to be paid per month to subsidize the abortion coverage, with no opportunity to opt out of that particular element of the plans.
People will be herded into this form of insurance as the various companies offering other options, are forced out of business by the onerous regulations imposed on them by Obamacare.
In addition, there is the brand new mandate for insurance companies to offer “free” birth control, which, of course will be covered by all who pay into the plans. The video below explains:
Obama and his media were expecting the women of the U.S. to fall at his feet with joy at the prospect of birth control, abortions and sterilizations funded by others. Recent polling shows a dip in his approval rating, suggesting that women are more interested in an end to the upward spiral of gas and energy costs.
