Apparently the U.S. Catholic Bishops are revealing an updated stance on gay sex practices and gay marriage, and approving the promotion of such things publicly, in front of children, at Catholic events. This is a far cry from simply allowing any person to march in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
If the Catholic Bishops wonder why church-going is down and there is a decrease in religious vocations, it could be that no one respects “leaders” who would do anything in order to be liked.

Mozilla, the company which brought us the open source browser, Firefox, Thunderbird mail client has really stepped in it. It seems that their co-founder Brendan Eich, (also the inventor of Java), has become persona-non-grata, for his politically incorrect views.
Eich has recently been made CEO. Then someone discovered that he had given a thousand bucks in support of California’s proposition 8, a law supporting traditional marriage, way back in 2008. This made him anathema to the Gaystapo and other totalitarian leftists, and demands were made for Mozilla to fire him.
Naturally Mozilla folded, and forced Eich to resign. Since then, thousands of people have been writing and petitioning Mozilla over this issue. Some say that the company is experiencing it’s own “Duck Dynasty” disaster. Remember what happened to A&E after they tangled with Phil Robertson? Below is what the Mozilla Firefox feedback page looked like this morning (April 7th). It seems that more than 90 percent of respondents are Unhappy with Mozilla for dumping Brandon Eich over his past support of traditional marriage.

The organizers of the South Boston St. Patrick’s Day Parade have opted not to allow members of Mass Equality, a gay advocacy group to display their sexual orientation on signs. For this reason, Samuel Adams Brewers is withdrawing from the parade.

There is no reason that groups of people should need to announce what kind of sex they like, while marching in a St. Patrick’s Day parade. That is not the purpose of the parade, which originated as an Irish Catholic cultural and religious event.

Both California and New Jersey have passed laws which ban therapy for the purpose of converting a person to straight lifestyle.

Dr. Susan Berry reports at Breitbart, that the plans of Francois Hollande to allow assisted reproduction for lesbian couples and surrogacy for gay men have come to a screeching halt. Many socially conservative groups came together to protest the “modernization” of family law.
La Manif Pour Tous is a group that has joined disparate religious and social groups together against same sex marriage legislation in Europe, and they have fought a successful battle against the latest plans of President Hollande.
Jean-Pierre Delaume-Myard, a gay man who speaks out for La Manif Pour Tous, explained that the majority of homosexuals have not been pushing for these kinds of laws, and in fact, only 4 percent of them have taken advantage of the legalization of civil unions in France.
Delaume-Myard asserts that children are the “first victims” of same-sex marriage. “It deprives them of a father and a mother. The desire to have a child by a homosexual cannot justify any kind of solution to fill this gap. Every child has the right to have a father and a mother”. He added that assisted procreation ‘turns women and children into mere commodities’.
Short message: only the minority of people with homosexual orientation are on board with the agenda that the leftists have planned for their lives.

Obama’s recently sold off Government Motors has a new CEO, Mary Barra, and because she’s a female, hiring her was a fiscally responsible thing to do. As you know, the Obama administration has been hiring women at deep discounts at least since the time of his first presidential campaign.
There has been a persistent rhetoric from Obama concerning the pay disparity between men and women, but Government Motors Company has hired Ms. Barra at 48% of the salary which had been paid to departing Dan Akerson (who had no prior experience in the automotive field). Barra’s total compensation is $4.4 million vs Akerson’s $9 million pay package. Their base salaries are $1.6 million and $1.7 million respectively.
As an outside senior adviser, Akerson will continue to outpace the new CEO, with a compensation package of $4.68 million.
Pay is said to be based on tenure and experience, but the 33 years spent by Ms. Barra at GM is not enough to compensate in this Obama-nation for the fact that she has ovaries instead of testicles.
Apparently Barra’s prior total compensation package was $4.94 million when she was VP of global product development. It seems that her “promotion” has actually gotten her a salary cut.

As is the case with so many other little details, the Obama Regime had no inkling of this as they hosted CEO Mary Barra, a shining example of income disparity, while Obama decried the practice during State of the Union address.
Michael L Johnson, a past wrestling champ from Warren Central High, Indianapolis has found himself in big trouble at Lindenwood University (St. Charles, MO). He was arrested on October 10, 2013 after being accused of exposing five or more sexual partners to HIV without informing them of risk.
On Johnson’s computer, 32 videos were found of him having sex with various partners. A man reported to authorities that he was found to have HIV and gonorrhea within a month of having unprotected sex with Johnson. In the ensuing weeks, 4 more men came forward with similar claims. All of the sexual contacts are Lindenwood University students.
Michael Johnson is now in jail, with bond set at $100,000, facing felony charges of recklessly infecting a person with HIV and recklessly exposing people to HIV infection. In Missouri, the first count brings 10 to life in prison, and the second charges bring 5 to 15 years penalty.
It appears, for Johnson and at least one of his victims, that defeat has been snatched from the jaws of victory.
For the past week we have heard from innumerable media wusses complaining that Phil Robertson was crude, crass, disgusting for uttering the medical terms “anus” and “vagina” while explaining his preference for females, and lack of understanding why a man would be sexually attracted to another male.
The real source of the complaints is that, in using those anatomical references, Phil decreased the marketability of certain homosexual practices to the primary and middle school kids, who know the basic details about the exit of the GI tract, and what comes out there. If one clicks on the link, one can review basic gastrointestinal anatomy, and become as smart as a fifth grader. The last thing that GLAAD wants is for the common sense of a primary school kid to be applied in evaluating these matters.
Pharmer was quite satisfied with presentation of this issue by Phil Robertson, which was direct, but not nasty, or obscene, and quite a bit more genteel than that used by the author who interviewed him, and by most others in the mainstream media (e.g. Anderson Cooper of CNN, the current king of too much information).
Phil Robertson, addressing a reporter of Gentleman’s Quarterly, a magazine directed towards adult males, was quite within the bounds of verbal propriety.
No one would dream of criticizing the manner in which this topic is handled by the United States Centers for Disease Control, which, by comparison with Phil is extremely graphic, using much more lurid and detailed slang terminology for the various activities under discussion.
