Your Kids Belong to the Community, Says MSNBC Ad. How far will this concept go?

Everyone is losing their minds over what Tulane professor, Melissa Harris-Perry has to say  in an MSNBC “lean forward” (bend over) ad.  You can check that out for yourself at this link.  

Harris-Perry says that in the U.S. we  “haven’t had a very collective notion that these are our children.” “[W]e have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families, and recognize that kids belong to their communities,“

Doesn’t this sound like Hillary’s book  “It Takes a Village”?

There’s an idea put forth that kids are community property.   This lead your inquisitive Pharmer to explore just how far this concept goes.

Now that Planned Parenthood and Obama are Out of the Closet for Infanticide,  will the community have anything to say about this?

At what point of development does the baby become community property?

Will you be allowed to conceive without village approval?

Will the community direct when you should have an abortion?

How will this impinge upon the in vitro fertilization industry?  What about those frozen human embryos and the eggs which are being harvested from aborted baby girls?   Do they belong to the community?

If  you deliver a baby, and the “community” thinks she’s an FLK  will the collective be able to tell you to kill her?

Is the community going to insert itself between a leftie-gurl and her abortionist?

We can see that the Politico has chosen to feature the Texas college stabbing story, but a search of the site reveals N O T H I N G about Abortionist Kermit Gosnell’s ongoing trial for serial murders of already born, near term infants. at his Philadelphia clinic.

Why the attempt to cover this up?? Understand that the leftist media has been scooped thousands of times on this story, which they resolutely choose to ignore. Perhaps it might highlight the Planned Parenthood advocacy of infanticide while lobbying against Florida’s Infants Protection law, and Obama’s own staunch opposition to the Illinois Infants Protection Act.

Has the Infanticide Jumped out of the closet too soon for the media to have learned how to make it look acceptable?

 

 

Outing the Infanticide

It could finally be possible to force the media to acknowledge that Obama is an infanticidal nutcase.

Pharmer harkens back to Memorial Day weekend of 2011, when New York Congressman (D),  Anthony Wiener,  was outed in the conservative blogosphere for showing too much of himself online to very young ladies.   The lamestream media tried its very best to stuff this  revelation back into obscurity, but it was too nasty, hilarious, titillating, or otherwise entertaining to too many people.  The online tsunami of information overcame the leftie press, and the disgraced  Representative Weiner was forced to resign his position.

It could be possible with the juxtaposition of Abortionist Kermit Gosnell’s trial for multiple  infanticides, the memories of Obama vigorously opposing the Born Alive Infants Protection Act of Illinois, and the latest OUTING of Planned Parenthood’s infanticidal agenda, to finally make the low information voters understand that Obama and his pro-abort supporters are off the wall extremists.

Remember what the lefties did to Sarah Palin for refusing to kill her fifth kid, Trig, because he had a prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome?  They’re still at it.

Remember what the Dems did to Todd Akin, because he thought that the stress of a violent rape makes a woman infertile?  Recall what they did to Richard Mourdock for suggesting that a new life coming out of the miserable crime of rape could be God’s will?   Who would try to tell Ryan Bomberger, Rebecca Kiessling, and the rest of these people, who were conceived as a result of rape, that they should be killed?  The media, using false pretexts,  beat up two legitimately good political candidates so badly that their own cowardly party disowned them.

Don’t you think it’s time to return the favor to the abortion supporters, and their left wing media, whose war on women has killed  millions?

Boston College Wants to Discipline Students for Handing out Condoms

Administrators at Jesuit-run Boston College have sent out warnings of possible disciplinary action to students who have been passing out free condoms on campus.

Students have established so called “safe sites” on campus for distributing the prophylactic devices for males and females.  As readers know,  condoms and the premarital free for all is against Catholic teaching.  While the  administrators are not spying in individual dorm rooms for condoms and sex, they object to the public distribution at their institution.

One might expect that students who desired to attend a Catholic institution might have some respect for the religious sensibilities and teachings, even if they do not fully concur.  But we have learned, from Sandra (the riveted) Fluke that some students attend these institutions for the purpose of tearing them down.   The condom distribution is said to have been occurring since 2009.  Perhaps the practice has become extremely overt, or perhaps an administrator finally mustered the courage to address the issue.

A Washington DC group,  “Advocates for Youth, is donating $400 each semester for condom distribution at Boston College according to the Boston Globe.

It appears that the local ACLU is ready to jump into the fray.  Perhaps this would not be so bad.  If the Jesuits lose this argument in the legal arena, it might be a step towards smaller government.

If the ACLU can establish that penalties against  handing out condoms in public at a religious educational institution, are unconstitutional  then we can establish that laws against smoking in public are likewise unconstitutional.  Remember…. condoms don’t stop the spread of HPV (genital warts), etc.  In fact, new STI cases VASTLY outpace  than new jobs AND  new graduates in the United States, with an estimated 19.7 million new infections in 2008, says the CDC. This costs the nation $16 billion in direct health care costs per year.   On these bases ‘Nanny’ Bloomberg and Michelle Obama would have to shut down their obsessive-compulsive meddling.

Boston College need not “discipline” the students for their undiplomatic and discourteous treatment of their educational institution and its traditions.   Instead, the students  could be “praised” online with video and verse, and in letters of recommendation, for their very public “concern” for  the sexual health and availability of their fellow students.  Particular attention could be paid to the students who pass out condoms in front of the church.  That information would remain as searchable as the facebooks, resume, and other activities of the students, and help to  track them into appropriate career paths.  😉

Pope Francisco: Correction for the New York Times

coming from Mary Anastasia O’Grady of the Wall Street Journal.  The New York Times implies some complicity between Pope Francisco and the military dictatorship  in the  “Dirty War” of Argentina, largely by leaving out vital information.

It is similar garbage to that of the lefties tying Pope Pius XII to the NAZIs, after he helped 800,000 or more people get away from Hitler.   The New York Times contains too much misinformation to be regarded as a serious news source.

So just trot over to the WSJ  and learn that the Pope is getting smeared by the lefties at home, as he is by the lefties in the United States.  Apparently they’re  displeased by his social conservatism.  The commie pinko marxists  aren’t happy with him in Argentina, because he’s not toeing their line either.

The lefties are micturating lava.  That’s a big PLUS sign for Pope Francisco.

Taxing the “Rich” is Like Peeing into a Fan

The majority of people have envy of those who succeed in the financial world, to the extent that they would harm themselves in order to bring the “rich” people down a notch or ten.
This envy is utilized by the leftists in government to divide and conquer the people, and gather more power and influence for themselves.
Some people don’t realize that whenever taxes are raised on the “rich”, people in the middle and lower financial strata wind up paying the cost.
The truly rich people have the means to almost completely avoid the burden of taxes. They will pass the cost to the consumers of their products and services, streamline employment, and try to pay politicians to grant them exceptions. If these steps are insufficient, they simply move their money, their businesses, and themselves out of the country as the need arises.
Those who are not extremely rich, are more likely to suffer some harm from the tax burden, but they will shield themselves as long as they can. They will cut employment, cut costs, raise prices, perhaps move to another state, or close their business in an effort to preserve capital.
The smallest businesses will do the same, raise prices, and cut employment, and if the taxation becomes too burdensome, they will close down.

Note that in all cases, the business owners will pass the cost of taxation on to the consumers of their products. (If you are a leftist, read it again: the “RICH” business owners will pass the cost of taxation on to the consumers of their products. THAT IS YOU.)
Wanting the government to tax the rich is like peeing into a fan that is pointing back at YOU. It has increased the price on almost all of your necessities, and it has cut jobs!

If you dislike a particular business or rich person, you can boycott. That will not affect your finances to the extent that telling the government to tax the rich does.

Yes boycotts work. Pharmer has joined boycotts of businesses and charities which are known for supporting abortion, and many of these boycotts have been effective in stopping the funding. Unfortunately Obama and the federal government have made up the shortfall. It also appears that Obama has made up the shortfall to Wall Street by printing money and propping up the corporations which lefties purport to hate.
Perhaps Obama should be boycotted!

Soylent Brown- Double Horsemeat Fraud

Horsemeat found in British supermarkets ‘may be donkey’ – Home News – UK – The Independent.

It seems that a change in Romanian regulations has banned horses drawn carriages from the roads.   This has resulted in wholesale slaughter of horses, and is said to have precipitated fraudulent horse meat distribution throughout Europe.

Now it appears that there may be an added problem.  Some of the horse meat might actually be DONKEY!!   Is it actual donkeys, or have leftists taken their convictions about recycling to the max??  🙂

The Food Standards Agency of Europe is rejecting the idea of a ban on all meat imports.  Their claim is that all the products on sale are safe for human consumption.

Media is Out of the Closet, and ‘Fact Checking’ is Fantasy

Is CBS News your trusted news source? Pharmer sees no reason to obtain information from any mainstream television source. John Dickerson is called Slate’s chief political correspondent, but he is also the Political Director at CBS News. He’s been caught telling us just how he feels about the Republican party.

Dickerson thinks that Obama needs to destroy the republican party in order to prevail.  This is in keeping with his old habit, dating back to Illinois politics,  of eliminating, rather than beating political opponents.

Dickerson says that Obama needs to “pulverize”.  “If he wants to transform American politics, he needs to go for the throat”. 

Do you see a reason why the republicans should be striving for approval from CBS or any of the other alphabet networks??

John Nolte, at Breitbart thinks that the media, having come out so blatantly as sycophants of Obama, will wear out their welcome into the televisions and computers of the American public, and eventually go belly up.

On to the FUN story of the week.  Politifact has mud on its face slung by Reuters announcement that Fiat, which bought Chrysler will be making a hundred thousand Jeeps in China by 2014.   They’ll be working with Guangzhou Auto Group to become big players in the auto industry.

What was the biggest lie of 2012 according to Politifact??  It was Romney’s campaign ad, which picked up early on this news and ran with it.   Politifact refuted the ad as a lie, and  blamed the story on a conservative blogger.

The Romney ad claim, which Politifact  called the biggest lie of the year, is actually the  literal TRUTH!

 

Lefties at NYT decry for-profit health care institutions

Health Care and Pursuit of Profit Make a Poor Mix – NYTimes.com.

If you’re feeling bulimic today, you can read (above) a leftist, Eduardo Porter, telling us that profit and health care don’t mix.

Health care professionals are supposed to do their work for free.   Profit is evil and the motivation for making money should not have any association with health care. How this leftie  expects to attract people to incur huge educational debt, and enter  into a very difficult field to work for nothing, is anyone’s guess.

There’s a claim in the NYT article  that a health care institution which switches from non-profit to for-profit is more likely to experience patient  deaths over subsequent two years.   The cited study admits that the shock of switching management and workers, and a myriad of other factors  could have much more to do with this effect than the mere acquisition of a profit motive. In fact, the effect of the staffing changes, and the patient mortality rate recedes after the initial shock of change.  This is a strong indicator that the mere profitability has nothing to do with the mortality rate, and that the shock of reorganization and personnel changes has everything to do with it.  The initial pressures of an institution to sell out to private investors is also discussed in the original study as a major factor.

The NYT also cites a 30 year old study of an unmentioned number of Southern Wisconsin nursing homes, and implied from the invisible data that for-profit institutions used higher doses of sedatives in their patients than the non-profits.

That the New York Times would try to convince you that health care workers and institutions should provide services for free, or at cost, is no surprise. That they would extrapolate the study results from religious affiliated non-profits, and pretend that government-run institutions would operate similarly is similarly  not a surprise.

It would, however, be a huge shock and surprise to see the leftie press calling for ABORTIONISTS to provide their services at cost, and take no profits.   There’s a fortune in abortion, and this is true for Planned Parenthood, which is excused from taxes as a supposed non-profit  (though it does make and report profit), as well as the multitudinous for-profit abortion industries. See an example of Planned Parenthood’s form 990.  Don’t ever hold your breath waiting for abortionists to be held to the same standards as real  health care providers.

You will NEVER hear a cry from the New York Times that Universities should cease to take profits,  or stop  paying their instructors and administrators well over the salaries and benefits of equally educated private sector employees.  You will never hear them ask that the salaries and benefits  of public school teachers be reduced to that of similarly educated private sector employees.

Those involved in furthering the agenda of the left will continue to reap profits and rewards well above the national average with the blessings of their media machine.  However, they won’t be satisfied until the rest of us, who provide essential goods and services, are working and living as slaves.
