Comment on HHS Mandate Before April 8

Thinking that a more global DUMP was called for,  Pharmer  wrote some  delicately worded and diplomatic commentary 😉   The most salient portion is in blue, but feel free to use any part if you have a need for speed.

“Since the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is neither protective nor affordable, it is more accurately called Obamacare.

Much of the Obamacare concept is conveyed in Obama’s address to the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, July 17, 2007. Despite efforts to modify Obamacare and the HHS mandate to reduce the killing component, it will always revert, because killing is at the heart of this concept of health care. Killing is also at the heart of the complete lives system which defines how Obamacare addresses lifelong healthcare. As government mismanages health care, resources become increasingly rare, necessitating the sacrifice of older people to preserve the lives of younger or “more useful” people.

Obamacare and the HHS mandate remain corrupt and immoral at their core. Both are a violation of human rights, most particularly the Right to Life which justified the founding of this nation, and the First Amendment rights which allow us to believe and behave in a civilized manner.

The HHS mandate most immediately enslaves those who respect human life, and forces them to service those who assert a legal authority to kill humans. Eliminating some modes of killing or excusing some social groups from the practice is not sufficient. The entire HHS mandate must be eliminated.

Individuals and groups should have the right to either deliver health care, or obtain health care in a manner which does not violate their right to refuse to kill any human organism.

As with any corrupt economic system, Obamacare will lead to exponential growth of the unregulated and non-taxable, black market, health industry which currently addresses the needs of our newest immigrants as well as our current drug shortages.
If we are able to eliminate Obamacare and the HHS mandate, perhaps we could more efficiently rectify the rampant drug shortages which are causing medical errors and deaths in our hospitals and communities.”

Outing the Infanticide

It could finally be possible to force the media to acknowledge that Obama is an infanticidal nutcase.

Pharmer harkens back to Memorial Day weekend of 2011, when New York Congressman (D),  Anthony Wiener,  was outed in the conservative blogosphere for showing too much of himself online to very young ladies.   The lamestream media tried its very best to stuff this  revelation back into obscurity, but it was too nasty, hilarious, titillating, or otherwise entertaining to too many people.  The online tsunami of information overcame the leftie press, and the disgraced  Representative Weiner was forced to resign his position.

It could be possible with the juxtaposition of Abortionist Kermit Gosnell’s trial for multiple  infanticides, the memories of Obama vigorously opposing the Born Alive Infants Protection Act of Illinois, and the latest OUTING of Planned Parenthood’s infanticidal agenda, to finally make the low information voters understand that Obama and his pro-abort supporters are off the wall extremists.

Remember what the lefties did to Sarah Palin for refusing to kill her fifth kid, Trig, because he had a prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome?  They’re still at it.

Remember what the Dems did to Todd Akin, because he thought that the stress of a violent rape makes a woman infertile?  Recall what they did to Richard Mourdock for suggesting that a new life coming out of the miserable crime of rape could be God’s will?   Who would try to tell Ryan Bomberger, Rebecca Kiessling, and the rest of these people, who were conceived as a result of rape, that they should be killed?  The media, using false pretexts,  beat up two legitimately good political candidates so badly that their own cowardly party disowned them.

Don’t you think it’s time to return the favor to the abortion supporters, and their left wing media, whose war on women has killed  millions?

Why do Pro-lifers Photograph Ambulances at Abortion Clinics?

If you click the image below, you’ll see a bigger death certificate of a woman killed by abortion by Reginald Sharpe in 2008.

The problem is that the certificate does not really specify the cause of death. Not only that, it refers to Sharpe’s abortion clinic as a BIRTHING CENTER, on the bottom line. It’s easy to see from this one example that no one is getting an accurate count of women who are killed, along with their babies, at abortion clinics.

Now that pro-lifers are using their cell phones to record the ambulance runs to abortion clinics, and using FOIA requests to obtain 911 call transcripts, people can finally begin to understand that abortion is not nearly as safe as has been represented.

This video is taken at the Summit Medical Services where Reginald Sharpe was in attendance on March 23, 2013. Sharpe is a new hire at this clinic, after closing his own clinics in Detroit and Livonia Michigan.   Many more botched abortions can be tracked using this means, and use of 911 records,  than by ferreting out death certificates and sifting through them to reinterpret the inaccurate information.

Why the Media Silence on Kermit Gosnell’s Infanticides?? PLANNED PARENTHOOD!

Abortion supporters have always mocked pro-lifers for worrying about the slippery slope of ever increasing killing.  At the same time, the pro-aborts have been setting the stage for this massive eugenic killing all along.

We’ve noticed the near blackout of the media during the trial of Kermit Gosnell, the Philadelphia abortionist known for snipping the cervical spines of babies born alive at his clinic.

Now you can see a Florida lobbyist from Planned Parenthood, Alisa LaPolt Snow,  arguing for abortionists and parents to be allowed  to kill babies born alive at their clinics.  She is shown addressing the Civil Justice Subcommittee of the Florida House of representatives.

“So, um, it is just really hard for me to even ask you this question because I’m almost in disbelief,” said Rep. Jim Boyd. “If a baby is born on a table as a result of a botched abortion, what would Planned Parenthood want to have happen to that child that is struggling for life?”

“We believe that any decision that’s made should be left up to the woman, her family, and the physician,” said Planned Parenthood lobbyist Snow.

Another representative questioned Snow again on this, and got the same result.

Let there be no mistake……. Planned Parenthood has always been about killing “unwanted” humans.

Legitimate Reason to Leave the Catholic Church ??

Magdi Allam made international news when he converted from his Muslim faith to Catholicism on Easter, 2008, at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, with Pope Benedict XVI officiating.

Allam now says that he is leaving Catholicism, but will always remain a Christian.  He is upset that the Catholic Church has stood by for the “Islamization” of Europe, which he sees as an affront to Western civilization, and the “fundamental rights of the person”.   He points to the persecution of Christians in the Muslim countries, and  explains that a practice of appeasement will not be effective in stopping the maltreatment.

“I am convinced,” Allam stated, “that Islam is an ideology inherently violent as it has been historically conflictual inside and warlike outside.”

Pharmer does not see all Muslims as being cut from the same cloth, though Allam is certainly correct about the more extreme Islamic groups.  The main difficulty with Islam occurs when it is practiced as a political system, rather than as a religion.  There are those who hold that Islam is inherently a political system.

There are some additional forces driving people from the Catholic Church.  In the U.S.  the Church has been very weak in speaking up for the rights of the unborn, the elderly and disabled, preferring to sell them out for government funding of their charitable and educational interests.   The U.S. Catholic church has also seen fit to place charitable functions and health care into the hands of a very corrupt government.   After doing this, the Bishops then feigned surprise that abortion, birth control coercion, and IPAB death panels were a part of the government health care plan, brought by the most pro-abortion/infanticide president in history.

Yours truly thinks it is plausible that the Catholic leadership in the U.S. knew what was coming all along.  It is observed that the nominally Catholic lawmakers who pushed this abortive health care agenda are still able to publicly partake in the Eucharist.  This serves as an indication that Obamacare, and all the death and destruction it is bringing our way, might  have  been pre-approved by the church leadership in America.

Does it make sense, with this in mind, to follow the example of Magdi Allam?   Pharmer is not taking such a step.   Perhaps it makes more sense to stick with the ideals of the Catholic religion as an ethical system apart from so many current clergy and leaders who not taking it seriously.

Perhaps it also makes more sense to abstain from the Eucharist in the place of Biden, Pelosi, et al, and do penance for having allowed them to govern us.  

 

Oregon Public School Teacher May Be Fired for Dissing Planned Parenthood

Benson High School, in Portland Oregon has suspended, and may fire a pro-life teacher, ostensibly for his opposition to Planned Parenthood.   Bill Diss, who has taught computer science and math in the public schools for 11 years, is known, and sometimes baited by the students due to his openly pro-life views.

The math teacher was escorted out of the school by police on March 19th, and is on paid leave, awaiting a possible firing.   This is thought to stem from his refusal, in September of last year, to allow two planned parenthood employees into his classroom, because they did not have proper ID.   They were supposedly there to teach an optional sex-ed class to the students.  Mr. Diss also organized a protest at a school board meeting against Planned Parenthood’s presence in the school district.  He says that he had  kept his protests against planned parenthood outside of work until they were invited into the school to teach.

Another issue of contention was the use of Mr. Diss’s name on permission  forms sent home to the parents of students, for planned parenthood’s teen outreach program.   His attorney contested the misuse of Diss’s name as though he endorsed the TOP program, and demanded a retraction of statements on the forms.  Since that time,  the school officials have been sending notes to Diss concerning his teaching practices, and requiring him to attend various hearings.   He has been told that his teaching contract will not be renewed.

Diss concludes that it “appears to be much more important for the school to have Planned Parenthood at Benson than it is to have a teacher teach computer science and math”.

Mom Escapes Forced Abortion in China

Pressure from groups inside China, and from the U.S.  stopped the execution of  Cao Ruyi’s baby by abortion.

Shown above are Cao Ruyi, with her husband Li Fu, and baby boy, whom she named Li Dahai, acknowledging the help from overseas.  Women’s Rights in China, and China Aid brought in some extra pressure from outside  from U.S. Congressman Chris Smith, which helped to persuade the local government not to forcibly abort the baby.

Trouble still remains for the family, as there are fines pending, and a refusal by the government to register the child, so that he can eventually go to school and participate in other basic activities as a citizen.

Rae Stabosz reports having her phone taken from her, and being pushed to the ground by an angry woman, while she was protesting in front of Planned Parenthood’s  Wilmington Delaware Clinic, (625 Shipley St.)

She had been filming  the fourth emergency transport of a patient from that facility within the last five weeks, tallied by Operation Rescue.  It seems that the clinic has been having a run of bad luck, though they serve as a training site for budding new abortionists.

Ms. Stabosz, a 63 year old grandmother of 12, reports that she was able to get back up, after being knocked down, go into the clinic and retrieve her phone from the receptionist.

The Teen Years Are Scary in New York State.

Russell S. Hepler discovered the changes in New York State’s medical confidentiality laws the hard way.  Usually a person expects that the privacy regulations kick in once your child turns 18.  If you need access to the information to pay bills, your kids need to fill out paperwork giving permission.   In New York, that age limit is only 12.   Your little adolescent can be hauled off to a hospital or abortion clinic and given treatment without your consent.  Bills will come to your house, but you do not have the right to know what they are for, although you could experience adverse financial consequences if you refuse to pay.

Mr. Hepler discovered this when his son was taken by school officials to a New York hospital, where he was treated for a dislocated finger.   When the bills arrived,  the hospital refused to give his wife  any information, or discuss errors of information with them, due to privacy regulations of that state.

New York State law considers 12 year old children to be competent to manage their own medical affairs.

This change is mainly for the purpose of supporting and providing  sexual access to children.  It also provides profits for the abortion industry, as a reward for their long time support of the democrat party.  New York supplies the means to   treat children for  STIs,  provide  birth control, and perform abortions on the girls who are made pregnant, all without parental knowledge.   These regulations increase the chance for deaths in the aftermath of medical procedures or abortions, since parents are purposely kept out of the information loop.

New Yorkers have one more reason to leave the state.
